Fantastic experience: I’m usually very particular about doctors and dentists, but I have to say the experience at AG Dental has been excellent. The atmosphere at the clinic is welcoming, the receptionist is friendly and professional, and Dr. Ghaffarpour is outstanding. His fees are fair, and he truly goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with this place. Did a composite bonding with doctor Wajih Khawaja a while back and two months after my teeth gone all yellow, bonding started breaking, got a bad breath because bonding wasn’t done properly and gaps were left between my teeth and gums which is perfect place for any foods to be stuck and marinade ew. Not only my affected teeth were done badly, my good teeth were “accidentally” drilled with the drilling machine.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and treatment today from Dr Ghaffarpour and his team. I was given an emergency appointment within the hour by the friendly, helpful reception staff. My cracked tooth was fixed immediately and painlessly. I am an NHS patient. Highly recommend AG Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had my first check up in years at AG Dentistry at the end of August. I saw Dr Mohammad Faizy- He was great and very knowledgeable. I am having lots of gum bleeding while pregnant and he also helped with my teeth grinding (which has been causing migraines) and provided a night guard. I now (early September) just had my first hygienist appt with Myllena. She was very kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable as I'm 6 months pregnant. My teeth feel great now - so thank you both!! :) Also my experience with a few different receptionists have only been totally kind and supportive too. I will be making sure this is my regular dentist now!

Negative experience: Just called the establishment for the second time and spoke with a different person. The first who I spoke with earlier today was kind and helpful, the second one (Nayara), was rude and not very patient when taking my details to proceed with the upfront payment details & booking. I am scheduled for next week only and thus cannot speak regarding the service; this review stands for two phone calls both done today (second one mainly).

Fantastic experience: For the past year I've been attending the Kensal Rise AG Dentistry practice for hygienist and general dental check ups. I really like it there, the clinical staff are so friendly and professional, they use high tech kit and the practice appears clean and hygienic.

Positive experience: Went to AG dentistry with my son last week. We saw the hygienist Farnoush for the first time. She was amazing. I am giving her 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She explained the cleaning procedures very well, she was patient and very kind. We will soon be seeing the dentist hence why I didn't give the practice 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ali Ghaffarpour is a very experienced dentist, really knows his stuff, and has an extremely welcoming manner and friendly presence. He resolved my gum issue and vastly improved the chip my adult daughter had on her tooth. If this practice were relocated to Harley Street, Dr 'G' wouldn't be out of place but his first-rate services would cost substantially more.

Negative experience: This review is solely based on a phone call with the receptionist. I called to enquire about reattaching a crown and she was extremely rude. I asked to an estimate of the cost and she said upwards of 120£ which is a ridiculous amount for putting some cement on a crown. If that is the price then fine but why the attitude when enquiring about an estimate? I would not come here based on her attitude alone. A poor reflection of the practice sadly as the dentists that work there may be brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I had the invisalign treatment, which was administered by Dr. Ali Ghaffarpour. I had a really narrow upper jaw with a severe overbite, and I wasn't sure if Invisalign could do the job I needed. However, I was proved wrong an Dr Ghaffarpour was so confident in his approach and his ability, and I had complete trust in him. I am soo happy with the outcome, and so grateful to Dr Ghaffarpour. The office team were also just wonderful. I had to rearrange loads of appointments and had some specific asks, and nothing was ever to hard for them. I would fully recommend AG Dentistry.

Negative experience: Been client for long and also recommended them to friends and family. I have always turned up on time to any appointment even though they never had the best of the welcoming attitude and if their dentist is sick they don’t bother cancelling your appointment last minute. Juliana at the reception is very rude, felt more treated like a number and all they really care about is money, definitely not your health. I happen to be sick on the day of my last appointment and I couldn’t show up and of course it was too late for the 48 h notice. I have kindly asked if there would be anything they could do and I have told that I must show up on that day and offered a second slot at 5.00 but I was really unwell and told them that unfortunately I really didn’t feel like doing that as I felt bad and I thought I’d prevent from spreading cold and flue to someone else, they insisted I must go the way I was. After that I have simply been ignored for almost 20 days no reply to my email. I popped in and again Juliana went: “you have to wait”. No consideration even for long time clients, 0 kindness, very rude customer service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve wanted to do Invisalign for super long so it was so important to find someone who understood exactly what I wanted. Dr Arti Shah made it an incredibly smooth Invisalign journey. She was available to always answer my questions and was happy to listen to any concerns. I’m so happy with the results and would recommend to anyone that’s thinking of getting Invisalign or even just any dental treatment!

Negative experience: Will take my business somewhere rather than tolerate one of the receptionist’s attitude. I have visited this practice 4 times. Every time I felt like I was talked down to or that I was distracting her from looking at her phone.

Fantastic experience: I had no dentist as I had moved, I telephoned and had an appointment the next dsy. I am a seriously nervous patient and they were wonderful, my dentist, Mr Ghaffarpour, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a temporary filling and antibiotics and I also had an xray, I paid the minimum as he said there was no point me replacing my white filling without doing root canal, he gave me all the options and no pressure to commit, the receptionist, a Brazilian lady, Jane was super sweet, and we chatted after, a lovely team here, I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Hygienist, Farnoush. She was amazing. Did a great job. Was kind andn polite and gave me some very useful tips before I left. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: We went here with a cyst under a tooth. Very badly infected, tooth was removed without taking care of the infection and left the cyst there. We were told that the cyst had been removed and that the antibiotics would help cure the infection. 2 months later still taking antibiotics and went to another dentist who found the cyst was still there. Dentist Mohammed never again.

Fantastic experience: I am a recent patient at this dental surgery and have received treatment for the past 4 months. I required treatment for a crown which had lost it's cap. I walked off the street and spoke to two friendly receptionists, Tabiana and Angela. They quickly got me booked in to see a dentist in the next few days as an emergency. My treatment was provided by the dentist Daniel Rabinowitz and his assistant Vitoria Vechani. Both are incredibly professional and reassured me of the necessary steps that would be undertaken to complete my treatment. I was put at ease immediately and it has been an easy journey so far. I was a nervous patient initially but they have been supportive during each appointment. I do recommend them to friends' and family members as I hold them in great esteem. The receptionists have been excellent in booking additional appointments, taking payments and always have smiles for everyone. Clearly, they enjoy their work. My experience has been positive and I would recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Gaffarpour for over 5 years, and after a previous long series of various other dental practitioners, I find this practice, both professionally and on a personal level, to be the most trustworthy, reliable and genuinely welcoming place that any medical practice could aspire to be. That I have been an NHS patient here and receiving all the attention of a private clinic is a testament of their commitment to the wellbeing of their patients. Couldn't recommend more...

Negative experience: Very Bad experience with this practice. I would like to address my issues to Dr. Ali Ghaffarpour, the manager at your practice. Unfortunately, my experience with has been rather unpleasant. I believe that her communication style is ineffective, and it has had a negative impact on my treatment. Furthermore, it appears that her staff has adopted an unprofessional attitude towards me. I have encountered situations where they pressured me to seek private treatment from the receptionist team. This is a matter of great concern for me I haven't had an Xray for the past 2 year and Dr Mohammend pull out my teeth without one, and I have submitted a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. My primary concern, however, is related to the treatment provided by Dr. Mohammend. During my recent visit, I was in severe pain and discomfort. To my astonishment, Dr. Mohammend conducted a dental procedure without obtaining an X-ray, which not only worsened my condition but also raised questions about the standard of care. I am deeply troubled by this incident and intend to report it to the General Dentist Council (GDC) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). On another occasion, I called to schedule an appointment due to severe toothache. I was fortunate to secure an emergency appointment at 3 PM for the 18.10.2023. However, the manager in charge of the practice instructed the receptionist to cancel it, seemingly abusing her authority. It is disheartening to believe that my pain and discomfort were overlooked in such a manner, which I can only categorize as negligence and leaving me to suffer in pain deliberately.

Negative experience: I had A very bad experience there with a doctor is name mohammad they asked about the money before to do my issue i got more than 1 year with Abscesses teeth first appointment they give me an antibacterial for the abscesses and still abscesses its worth more the 2 appointment they take the money before start , they want to clean inside my teeth to get the abscesses out after that still my abscesses still there , also i going there one more time there is a rude brazilian girl there so rude its look they talking u going there to it on free , 3 appointment the doctor i need to see another doctor to see what is that abscesses and i will give u a call what gonna do and im still wait that call more than 2 month ,,

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a great experience with AG dentistry, after almost 5 years of being a patient with them. On multiple occasions the reception team have gone above and beyond to help make appointments work in a variety of circumstances (and been lovely in the process), and the dentists, dental nurses and hygienist I’ve seen at the practice have always been kind, great at explaining treatments and issues, and provided really high quality care. Negative experience: I had a really bad experience in this clinic. I went in for a dental hygienist appointment and they only had time to do the lower part. The appointment time was ridiculously short and the service wasn't good. Even though I was warned by the doctor before starting the treatment that maybe there wasn't enough time for doing lower and upper, I still think that paying £100 for a 15 minutes appointment is extremely expensive. I should have said no and left at that very moment, but I was already there with all the setup ready so I just said yes hoping to have time to do all of it. Also when I asked for a reasonable explanation for why I hadn't been told when I called asking for information that the appointment was that short, they tried to put the blame on me to not being 10 minutes before my appointment. I was right on time and I hadn't been told to be 10 minutes earlier. Also, the doctor was rude and wouldn't listen. I have now just came out from another clinic and they have done me both upper and lower (again) for £70, with a general check included. Definitely not coming back.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Some receptionists are very arrogant and the waiting time there is a joke. My appointment was at 4:15pm and at 5:00pm there was still another patient to be seen in front of me. After being there waiting in the premises, I was recommended to rebook my appointment. Waste of time and energy :( I don't recommend this dentist to anybody.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist over 4 years ago. I had to wait past my appointment time. I have a childhood fear of dentists which didn’t help my situation. I had tooth trouble and had a check up and was asked to come back as it seemed to have settled down at the time. On my next appointment, I was informed that they had not kept any notes of my previous visit and didn’t remember my conversation which was a red flag for me. Although I had some work done, I was not satisfied with my experience and started looking for a new dentist. Although not local, I appreciate my new dentist who makes time which has built up my confidence to attend regular appointments. I understand that dentists are busy, but us as patients, also have busy lives to live and our time is just as valuable. I was not particularly impressed with the tone of the receptionists at the time but I am sure and would like to think that over time this has improved. I know that this is a popular dentist and that all dentists are different, but thought it only fair to put my review out there for people to be aware that we are all human and while a visit to a dentist may be seen as normal to some, it can be pretty daunting for others.

Fantastic experience: Dr Arti was really attentive, truly cares about her patients and is really passionate about her craft. My teeth didn’t look how I wanted them and Dr Arti extended my treatment plan without additional charge until I was happy with the look. She’s fab!!
