Fantastic experience: Laura and her dental assistant ( apologies I don’t know her name) are amazing with my 11 year old boy who was absolutely terrified of injections and Laura and her assistant put him at ease when he needed a filling. ⭐️

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for about a decade, I was extremely nervous about being seen. From the moment I walked in, Michelle at the front desk was lovely and made the experience start on a positive note. Lewis and Heather were the ones who treated me today, and I actually cried tears of relief on the drive home. They made me feel so comfortable and reassured me every step of the way. They encouraged me to speak up if I needed a break—though I never did, because I truly felt I was in good hands. To ease my anxiety, I like to ask questions so I can understand what the procedure involves. They were more than happy to answer everything I asked. Beyond their professionalism, they were also great at making conversation and keeping the atmosphere calm and casual. This experience has massively eased my dental anxiety. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: After having a fear of attending a dentist most of my adult like I had to give in and attend. Since my first appointment the staff and dentist have been nothing but kind and considerate which has helped me overcome my fear massively. When I arrive I am greeted by a lovely receptionist Michelle who asks every time how I am and my family which I think is lovely. My dentist Julie is outstanding at her job and eases my anxiety massively. I cannot recommend this practice enough for what they do. A credit to the NHS thank you

Fantastic experience: The whole team at the dentist are so professional and friendly. The receptionists are welcoming and make you feel at ease straight away. Whenever I've had dental work done I've been made to feel at ease and every dentist have been professional, thorough and given me excellent care. They are open with what they are doing/planning to do, explain everything to help you understand and give honest opinions about what is the best for you. Negative experience: The dentists I have seen have been lovely. Receptionist staff on the other hand are a nightmare. Downright unwilling to actually be proactively helpful in anyway shape or form. I suppose the only upside is the prerecorded messaged gave me more time than the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: The dentist, nurse and reception are all simply fantastic. They could not do a better job than they do. Wonderful dental practice and should be recognised for their great work.

Negative experience: Taken 40 minutes late. Only after I had flagged to reception staff I had been waiting for 40 minutes. Was told there was a "communication error". Made to feel like it was my fault. Very, very poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Gordon Mcgavin for the last 10 years, I've recently been through a personal issue which I'm sure he knows about , he's never brought it up so I'm not uncomfortable which is very professional and kind. I think he's probably too good at his job as I never seem to need anything fixed! The service is quick,efficient and I've never felt that there's been any work suggested that I haven't needed. If anything it's me asking for things to be done. All in all he's kind, honest and reliable and I don't think anyone could ask for more. All the staff are very welcoming and funny and as I work crazy shifts they always try and fit me in. .

Always ensuring your teeth and smile are perfect and in good health. They have many different procedures to suit all type of teeth for that perfect smile. You won't find a better dentistry in the east end of Glasgow.

However I have to say the dentist and nurse who treated me (I was so anxious their names didn’t register) were so kind, professional and non judgemental. They managed to calm me down and talked me through every step of my treatment. Dentist I use David Lagan , apart from being very good at his job is also extremely personable and makes you feel at ease immediately when entering his room, I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone thinking of joining

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for years and been a patient of Lewis Cameron for many many years. I have to say though the staff have always been easy to contact, friendly, especially the dentists and nurses, whilst at reception they’re always very accommodating. There have been many years when my parents in particular have had to get an emergency appointments on that day which the practice has always accommodated, either with our own dentist or another in the practice. Would always say to someone to sign themselves up to the practice and hope to be coming here for many more years to come. Darren M
