Fantastic experience: This is probably the best dental practice I've ever been to. I was suffering from severe pain, I hadn't slept in 4 or so days and no one was willing to take me on as an emergency patient. When I was seen by a previous dentist, I had received antibiotics and no follow up afterwards. I phoned on the verge of tears as the dentist I was already registered with was not picking up the phone. Sabrina was so sweet and understanding she had me booked in for an emergency appointment 2 hours later. I was welcomed with kindness and reassurance that everything was going to be okay and that I would be taken care of. I had really bad experiences with dentists that I grew up with, making me really nervous even into adulthood. Dr. Adam was really great, he asked loads of questions, answered an abundance of mine (apologies for the influx), he made sure I was comfortable, tested every single one of my teeth to find the source of the pain, listened to me and what I was feeling and made great suggestions based on the information I provided. We did an extraction then and there and the pain was immediately gone, I've never felt so relieved. I spoke with Rayna, the business manager who again made sure I was okay after the procedure and arranged for a check up 2 weeks later. I ended up registering with the practice then and there as well as my husband. Honestly, I can't sing enough praises about this practice and the people that make it. I felt right at home and for once in my life, I'm actually looking forward to my dental appointments from now on. Thank you so much, to everyone at Oakley.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist, especially for nervous patients. Everyone I've interacted with has been polite and helpful. Great receptionists, patient dentists and Cindy, the hygienist, is the star of the show! I can't recommend her highly enough, she is so friendly and caring, she really has helped me get my teeth back under control.

Fantastic experience: I have been insecure about my teeth for my whole life. I also used to be terrified of dentists! When I moved to Manchester I signed up for Oakley Dental. I’ve had a wisdom tooth removed (which was painless and Danny was amazing throughout, constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable) which made me much more confident going to the dentist. More recently I had some cosmetic work done to cover the gap between my teeth. I can’t emphasise enough the impact this has had on me. Danny and the young lady who did the composite bonding were SO kind, and again constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve cried multiple times because I no longer feel like I have to hide my smile. It looks SO natural and I’ve had so many compliments. Thank you Oakley dental for giving me the confidence to smile widely!

Negative experience: 2 years later I still feel the affects of a bad experience I had at this dentist and my problem was never resolved.. i lost my teeth and now i scare to go to another dentist and they not even try to fix it and told me you was not lucky.. its a jok

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone with any fears of the dentist. A couple years a go I would have passed out at the thought of the dentist but Uzair Lone and Clare have really helped me deal with the anxiety and fear of procedures. Constantly putting my mind at ease and making me feel in charge as they will go at your own pace I couldn't recommend them enough. Super kind people always with a smiling and calming attitude. I would never go anywhere else.. from the moment you walk throgh the door everyone is always trying to help and make you as at ease as you can be. During a procedure I even got headphones from Clare to distract me and make me feel more comfortable- you dont get that comforting treatment anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed implant treatment and the whole process was expertly managed from the clinical team through to administration of appointments etc. Implants are a major investment for your oral health as well as aesthetics and also if you are phobic like me it can be quite a daunting treatment to consider. However Adam and his team did an incredible job to reassure me, they guided me through the whole process and ensured that I was comfortable and confident prior to each treatment. Costs are also transparent and clear and Adam provided me with various different options to suit my budget. At no point did I feel that I was being forced to make unnecessary or costly decisions. The end result is beautiful but ultimately its their understanding of my completely debilitating fear of the dentist that made all the difference. I have gone from not being able to walk into a dental surgery to having no problems at all. The team were so patient with me and did everything at my pace. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Five stars!

I first came here 4 years ago for a consultation for composite bonding, at the time I didn’t have a dentist as I was a nervous patient when it came to dentist and hadn’t been for years. From the minute I meant Danny he put me at ease, informed in detail of the process and I couldn’t wait to get my new teeth journey started. I am so happy with the outcome! I get so many compliments and comments on my teeth, when I tell people I’ve had composites they can’t believe it as they are so natural and blend in so well considering I’ve only had 4 done. I’m now a regular every 6 months patient for check ups and hygiene appointments. I cannot recommend Danny and Oakley dental enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Oakley for over a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I'd definitely consider myself a nervous patient but everyone at Oakley has been brilliant. I had multiple appointments to get work done under concious sedation with Adam last year, he made sure to explain everything in detail beforehand and made me feel at ease and listened to. I came to my first appointment extremely anxious, lots of tears and panic but thanks to Adam and the lovely staff at Oakley, by the final appointment I felt the most comfortable that I've ever felt coming in for an appointment, and my first time without crying! Recently I also had a dental hygiene appointment with Jaynisha and Chelsea who were both absolutely fabulous, they explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout, I felt safe and well looked after. Again, they made it as stress free as possible for a nervous patient like me. I truly cannot recommend Oakley dental enough! Everyone I've seen and spoke to there has been professional, kind and understanding. I no longer dread visits to the dentist which is something that I never thought would happen.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with the hygienist Cindy Thomas last week. A fabulous friendly person who explained the treatment before commencing and it went perfectly. After the treatment, Cindy gave excellent aftercare advice. The whole experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend Cindy. Thank you for your great service. Also, the hygienist assistant was also friendly. Have my next appointment in January with Cindy. You always get email and text reminders of the appointment. The surroundings are clean, modern, and comfortable. Reception staff are very polite and friendly. Everyone here makes you feel relaxed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic experience: Recently I underwent a complex tooth extraction at Oakley Dental. It was done by Dr Alina. She made sure to explain what she was doing every step of the way. Her reassurance and kind manner made the procedure so much easier to go through. I was very happy with the service. The receptionists were amazing too at arranging everything and calling the next day to check up on me. They really do make sure to take good care of you at Oakley Dental.

Fantastic experience: Just had my hygeine appointment with Cindy and Chelsea (Hygienist and Dental Nurse)... I have to say, I always look forward to my bi-annual checkup & hygeine appointment; and I've been coming back every year since 2006 (18 yeays)... It's great to get my dental check out of the way (without any dental issues of course! ) and, then onto the best part, having Cindy do my hygeine and any feedback Cindy is an excellent Hygienist, very thorough, and calming / relaxing - which is great if you're a tad apprehensive with people working in your mouth!! Fantastic experience: Having endured many years with a poor NHS dentist, my wife, Samantha, decided to try Oakley Dental in 2018 and I soon followed suit. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, understanding and most of all, extremely professional and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Cindy and Chelsea for our hygiene appointments, and Danny and Amber for our dental work/check ups.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Oakley just over a year ago after not being to a dentist for a while. I was dreading the first visit, I don’t know why, as Danny made me feel completely at ease. Amber and Chelsea are absolutely lovely, they’re so caring and friendly. I had a consultation to have invisalign, with composite bonding and teeth whitening. After 9 months on the journey I finally got the smile I’ve always wanted. Danny, I just want to say you are simply THE BEST. All I can say is WOW I can’t get over my new smile, it’s just absolutely amazing. Im blown away. The best journey I’ve ever been part of I now have regular 6 monthly check ups, with Danny and hygienist Cindy which I look forward to every time, I mean, who says that about going to a dentist? Cindy is the loveliest person ever, so caring, shes so knowledgeable and gives great tips and advice. We spend most of the appointment laughing and joking. The whole team at Oakley are amazing, they’re like a family, by going here, it was the best decision I ever made

Fantastic experience: I have been registered with oakley dental since opting to have cosmetic dentistry 3 years ago. Since then I have regularly had hygiene appts and dental check ups. Jaynisha and Jess both made me feel at ease during my appointment and Jaynisha explained what needs to happen next with my dental plan. I highly recommend oakley dental, all of the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Oakley Dental since 2016 and I cannot recommend this practice enough. As a former nervous patient, it was very stressful for me to attend the dentist, but I was completely put at ease and treated with understanding and care and with all the staffs help, I've conquered my fear! I particularly want to mention Cindy and Chelsey from the hygienist team. I cannot thank them both enough for their care, professionalism and kindness in my dental treatment. Having hygienist treatment used to be something I dreaded but with Cindy's excellent approach and experience, I now actually look forward to coming into the practice. Cindy and Chelsey both regularly ask if I'm ok or in any discomfort when I'm having treatment. They ensure everything is explained to me so that I know what's happening and I always leave with lovely clean teeth and gums. Fantastic experience: I used to have a fear of dentists but after having intensive dental work done by Dr Daniel Watson of Oakley Dental I no longer worry about visiting the dentist. I attended on numerous occasions and I can honestly say it was absolutely pain free! He’s a really nice guy and cares very much about his patients. The finished work on my teeth is amazing - I can smile again, I’m so pleased.

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic 10 days ago and had my best dental experience so far. With a combined fear of needles and contamination OCD, I'm never in my comfort zone at the dentists. Fantastic experience: I've been with Oakley for 2 years now and can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thanks to poor dentistry on the NHS, I've had a number of problems all of which has been fixed by Oakley. The reception staff are brilliant, the facilities are modern and having seen a number of clinicians and dental assistants, most recently Dr. Lone, I can hand on heart say they are exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Oakley dental for just over 8 years I was a nervous patient I came across Oakley dental though google and they sound what I was looking for in dental practice as my teeth was in a bad way after a few years of getting them right I started my Invisalign 3 years ago and it wasn't an easy journey but with the help and support from Rita, Claire and Cindy and the rest of the team I got through it, I only just finished my journey and my teeth look amazing thank you so much for giving me my confidence to smile again. Negative experience: I had never heard of this company. They sent me completely unsolicited marketing mail and as if that wasn't bad enough they somehow had found out that I had just moved house and mentioned that in their letter. I find this unacceptable and creepy. If I could give zero stars I would.

They are not here for the money they are here to give you the best treatment possible unique to you. They are full of joy and happiness and make you feel so comfortable. My dental work is beautiful on two very cracked teeth, they look amazing and I am so happy with the work. Dr Uzair and Claire are so amazing I cannot recommend them enough. They are a great duo and I am so glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, but opening hours aren't up to date on the website or Google service for holidays. Note: Just received a call from the branch manager very politely confirming the times and the correct channels for confirming the opening times in the future: social media and via the branch phone number. I would still recommend that the opening times are labelled on Google to avoid confusion, but very happy that the issue was resolved. P.s. All members of Oakley that I've had the pleasure of interacting with are thorough and excellent. Well deserved 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Been using Oakley Dental now for the past few years. I had very bad experiences with dentists as a child and I've been anxious about visiting dentists ever since. ALL the staff at Oakley Dental are fantastic! From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, they cant do enough for you. I've had to have a number of extractions over the course of the last few years, absolute hell if you're an anxious patient, but I've never experienced one moment of pain during any of them. The staff here are pure professionals and I wouldnt hesitate to reccommend them to anybody, be them nervous, anxious or any other phobia.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very good experience of Oakley Dental. After years of having neglected my teeth due to anxiety about dental procedures, I have been able (with the assistance of sedation) to have essential dental work done. As a result of having had these initial positive experiences, I now feel sufficiently calm to have dental treatment without any sedation. I anticipate continuing this in the future as I gradually develop a more normal psychological relationship with dental treatment! Thanks to all the staff at Oakley; most of all Uzair and Clare, who have helped me get to this point.

Fantastic experience: After searching for years for a dentist who could help with my anxieties I came across Oakley Dental. From day 1 I felt the instant understanding from Adam and Cindy, who both showed a willingness to help and support me. They both take the time to listen, explain everything and never make me feel silly for struggling, even when I’ve turned up crying due to fear!! The reception team are always welcoming and try hard to put me at ease on entering the practice, reassuring me and checking in on me. The whole team shows so much care. Oakley Dental really does understand that not everyone finds coming to the dentist comfortable and I would highly recommend them for anybody who feels they need a little extra help. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend a superb dentist, Alina Malik, at Oakley. She helped me decide on whitening and fixing my chipped teeth. Alina was very professional and personable and she discussed my options with no pressure. She explained everything clearly and carefully and made sure the work done was very natural looking which was one of my main concerns. The cost was very reasonable and the results are excellent! Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, I'd been putting off going to the dentist for far too long. But the entire team here looked after me superbly. Right from my initial appointment, to treatment under sedation, and then finally to treatment without sedation (!) my views were listened to, my nerves were calmed and I was reassured every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I can’t even express how grateful I am to wonderful dentist Dr Ibrahim Matadar. I had a very complex case and was at the stage when I wanted to remove my front tooth. Dr Ibrahim helped me cure my problem, save the tooth and made all of my teeth look so good like then never looked before. I am beyond grateful. Highly recommend this doctor. Also, reception staff is very friendly and understanding. Easy to schedule appointments. The absolute best place in Manchester to look after your teeth. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency treatment for an abscess, and they fitted me in the next day. The receptionist made me feel at ease and welcome and as soon as I entered the practice I knew I was in good hands. The dentist was professional and I felt confident that I would be sorted. The day after my treatment the practice rang me up to see if I was alright , which has never happened at any other dentist. I rang them in the first place as I read a good review, and I am glad that I did. All the staff are lovely from the receiving staff to the dentist and assistants.

Fantastic experience: I had the Philips zoom tooth whitening done at the surgery today . The staff were brilliant. As soon as the procedure finished I knew I would get instant results but it was better than my expectations.
