Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and got one when I called. I was seen promptly and treatment options explained. Work carried out quickly and nearly pain free! I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. No one likes going to the dentist but service at Coppull Dental is excellent.

On my first visit I had horrendous tooth pain, swollen gums, wobbly tooth, gum disease, and missing back teeth, also very stained yellow teeth and I was very conscious when smiling. John and the Coppull team, including the hygienist got to work, showed me how to brush my teeth properly, helped me get rid of my gum disease which enabled me to have some implants, sinus lift, bone graft, including root canals. The care Coppull take is another level, they explain what they are doing and there is no pain whatsoever. This team have made such a positive impact in my life and I no longer fear the dentist. I trust them 100% which means everything. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Mr Valentine for a 2nd opinion, after suffering many months from tooth ache after receiving treatment from my own dentist, I have been back to my own dentist to try and resolve the issue, but the pain continued, so Mr Valentine explained my options and I went ahead with treatment, the procedure went well and though it’s been less then 24 hours since treatment, the pain so far hasn’t come back so I will be going back in a few weeks to finish the treatment, again Mr Valentine didn’t rush, he continue explaining throughout the treatment and I came away learning something new too, also all the staff were very welcoming and nice and I am thankful for the recommendation from a friend to try this dental practice, which can be worrying for my friend as not all recommendations can be spot on, but in this case, it was, so I shall be using this dental practice as my regular one, so a Big Thankyou to Mr Valentine and his staff I’ve just had another fabulous experience with my appointments yesterday 22/09/25, again all the staff were very friendly and it certainly didn’t feel like you were at the dentist, it felt like you were with your friends, they all took time to ask how you were, what had you been up to , no feeling like they were rushing you to get the job done, and I’m so glad that I was recommended this dentist and certainly would think of changing, even though it’s a drive away from where I live very happy with the service of Mr Valentine, the hygienist and all staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, so brilliant service, Thankyou to all the staff

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Coppull dentist practice for over 20 years now. I have 2x checkup and hygienist visits annually. All the staff are very friendly and Dr. Valentine is extremely professional. The few times I have required treatment have gone really well, all the staff were great and the procedure as comfortable and quick as possible. More importantly they have helped me develop a routine that means I mainly just require my check ups to keep on top of things. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Had to see John quite urgently as 2 of my old fillings were crumbling and causing me discomfort. John took out and replaced both fillings in 1 hour. He warned me that there would probably be some pain when the numbness wore off, but there is nothing! No pain or discomfort! I am going to eat carefully for a week or so to make sure it has settled down. So far so good! Thank you so much John!

Fantastic experience: I recently attended a hygiene appointment and a check up at FHP Coppull. The receptionist was very efficient and helpful and kept me updated as to what was happening. The Hygienist was very thorough with the scale and polishing, giving me excellent advice for how better to care for my teeth. The Dentist did a full examination of my teeth highlighting the dos and don'ts of caring for my teeth in the future. All in all, a well set up practice with friendly staff who know what they are doing. Very efficient.

It has been painless - much to my surprise, not having had this type of treatment before and having been dreading it, and the experience has been as easy and comfortable as it could be. Fantastic experience: A return dental hygienist check-up went very well. I get wound up going to these checks. The staff are warm and have a caring attitude toward patients that's a help calming people, like myself. I attended for hygienist and staff they were all lovely with me. The clinic is clean and up-to-date equipment. The dentist himself, Mr. Valentine, is great technically and when talking to his patients. They are great doing their individual roles and as part of a successfully working team.

Fantastic experience: I have been seen by John the dentist and Sophie the hygienist. Both are straight taking and honest about what is required and they tell you in a way that’s easy to understand. I have now joined as a member.

I saw Sophie, the Dental Therapist, who was so welcoming and put me at ease straight away. She took time to explain what she was doing and why, which was genuinely refreshing. Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to have a crown re-glued back. For approximately 10min work to complete the cost was £85. I have been a regular patient at Coppull Dental practice since it was opened for regular checks and hygienist. To be charged such an extortionate price it was quite beyond belief.

Fantastic experience: Mr Valentine and his staff are awesome at what they do even though I presented a myriad of dental problems that NHS bodged up through shoddy treatment and neglect. Highly recommended. Worth every penny.
