Fantastic experience: I was treated today by Aliz Tisoczski (Hygienist) and her nurse Lucky and it was honestly the best dental treatment I think I’ve ever had. Negative experience: I have had my last two appointments cancelled. The practice is completely overloaded and seems unable to serve its patient list. They request deposits upfront to confirm appointments, but this does not guarantee one. When appointments are cancelled, you may be required to wait weeks, if not months, to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Fahima and Kasia are absolute superstars! Competent and so friendly. Gave me the information I needed clearly and had patience with my million questions. Pricing is clear and well explained. Fantastic experience: I started Invisalign treatment in August 2023 (after a recommendation from a friend) with Dr Chris Penrose and was also treated by Kyla Smyth throughout. The whole experience was fantastic! The team were friendly, flexible, professional and I felt that they always worked to deliver the best results for me. They delivered the results that I wanted within a year and even in time for a wedding (that I didn't tell them about until a month before). The reception team are always polite, welcoming and work hard to accommodate any requests. I would definitely recommend to others and will continue to use them as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place, they are really great from the front of house staff Nathalya and Nadia to the wonderful dentists, Dr Fahima in particular. It's the only dentist I know that people don't dread and walk in to smiling!

Fantastic experience: Nathalya and Nadia on reception were absolutely lovely on my visit, I was very grateful they were able to book me in for an emergency filling. Fahima was an expert on all things teeth and gave me some really helpful advice for long term care while doing a filling on my front tooth. Their prices were -also more affordable than other dentist offices! 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: Came in for an Invisalign consultation, which itself was fine. Had no follow up communication for the better part of a month (the person responsible for this was apparently on annual leave, which nobody thought to tell me). The follow up itself was low quality. During this time they also managed to send my personal data to another patient. And are now being difficult about refunding my deposit. All this for a service that they’re charging thousands of pounds for.

Negative experience: Just tried to make a first appointment with this dentist as it was recommended to me by a friend. Firstly they took ages to answer the phone, when the girl did she sounded like she was half asleep. And the most important thing to her was the £34.50 deposit before I could book. Not a great 1st impression, I will stick to my friendly practice.

I've absolutely love the kindness, professionalism and amazing work on my teeth. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years. Front of house are super professional and helpful. Clinic is super clean, organised and process from booking to appointment always efficient. Clinic has high tech equipment and calm rooms. Dentist and hygienists always listen carefully to fears and concerns to put you at ease. Had a chipped front tooth capped that still looks perfect, and over the years my at home dental care has improved through useful advise and guidance. Recently the hygienist Diona did the most amazing job, my teeth have never been so clean. She’s also very funny and genuinely friendly.
