Fantastic experience: I too have been with Maple for many years. Reception staff have always been pleasant and friendly. Mr Mathura is the dental surgeon my appointments are with he and the dental nurses are always pleasant, caring and patient and, even though I’m always waiting to feel pain I never do I use the NHS, Private and also Maple hygienist, both her and her assistant are very nice. (Apologies their names have escaped me) It’s a thumbs up from me! !

Negative experience: Called up twice before my appointment to let them know I was going to be 5-10minutes late and asked if it was worth still coming or rescheduling and was told to still come and it would be fine. I arrived 8 minutes late (between the 5-10 minutes) and they refused my appointment even though I had doubled checked if it was worth still coming as I live out of borough. The receptionist is rude and arrogant

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment at this clinic and saw Mrs Ranganathan to have a root removed. She put me at ease straight away explaining everything in such a lovely calm and reassuring manner. Having had the injection and checking area was numb within a few minutes root was removed. Couldn't believe how quick and painless the whole procedure was. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this dental practice. I will be back!

Negative experience: Dentist is not very hygiene and the receptionist are very rude. And they says NHS patients fully booked. But when you says you private treatments immediately yes you can come tomorrow. And NHS patients have waited 2 weeks. AND MOST IMPORTANT BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT YOU NEED PAY FIRST. I HAVE USE 2 DENTIST ONCE FINISH THEY SAY THATS BILL.AND MOST IMPORTANT DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE TO GO THOUGH THE STAIRS. I DON'T KNOWS HOW CONSUMER OF TRADING STANDARDS DON'T KNOWS.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extraction at Poynters Road that failed. The dentist had to leave the root in my gum as they were unable to get it out. I had my appointment referred to a specialist - the dentist in question was Mapel dental Clinic. I was so scared to have this appointment carried out as i knew I had to go through the extraction all over again. I was taken in to the room by my surgeon MRS R RANGANATHAN and her assistant ( apologies I can’t remember her name) - she talked me through the process and kept me calm, it was obvious how nervous I was! She numbed me up to the T!! I couldn’t feel a thing. After the last experience of the previous dentist trying to take this root out and pulling on my jaw with no luck MRS R RANGANATHAN got this root out in one piece within a matter of seconds. I cannot thank you enough MRS R RANGANATHAN and your lovely assistant for holding my hand. You both made me feel so calm and safe❤️I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY SURGEON AND THE DENTIST! Thank you so so much! I feel like a weight has been lifted ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: I am a patient, I have a 2 month old baby, I have been suffering from toothache for the past 7 days, and I am not able to breastfeed my baby because of toothache. Then today I called 111 and they said to call Maple Dental Clinic to make an appointment and I have a maternity certificate. Then after I called, a person she named Nadia answered the phone and she said that they only have private patients who have an appointment and have to show a fee, I said we have a maternity certificate, I also have a 2 month old baby, you don't book me now when there is an appointment, they said they don't have free appointments, then what does this maternity certificate mean if you don't see it. If you show money, there is an appointment, if there is a maternity certificate, there is no rule

Fantastic experience: I am 61 yrs old and in the past I have sat in the dentist chair many times...never a pleasant experience. Today I had the most amazing experience in the dentist chair. My Dentist was an ange.... so attentive , explaining my diagnosis with supererb alacrity, .In addition the best bed side manner one can only dream of. I highly recommend Maple Dentist. 10 out of 10

Negative experience: Bad attitude on unhelpful receptionist. I called the day before to reschedule my appointment and first of all, took ages for them to answer the phone as usual. She asked for the reason and I said I have university (Last minute assessment thing otherwise I would’ve cancelled before). Anyway, after stating the reason, she said well you’re supposed to cancel 48 hours before (fair but I was unaware) and now it will be hard to book with us because it will be considered a late cancellation. I was genuinely confused as to why it would be hard to book so I just asked why, what do you mean and her tone became very harsh as if I’m bothering her. Still confused, I asked well is it the same for rescheduling as I’m not flat out cancelling without making a new booking, I would like to reschedule. At this point I can hear the annoyance as she said well you are cancelling so it’s the same. I just said okay. And then she says okay and hangs up! No new booking was made. The thing is this service is not free. I have to pay for these appointments to get nasty behaviour and a lack of customer service skills. So I will be taking my money elsewhere and I would not recommend them at all as I know exactly who it is from the attitude they present in person as well.

Fantastic experience: i had a tooth extraction at this dentist yesterday and i was seen by Dr Mughees and Sanima i was terrified but they took me through the whole thing step by step and made sure i was comfortable with the procedure and felt no pain and i cannot fault this dentist and would highly reccomend Dr Mughees and sanima you wont regret it

Negative experience: Paid for a private consultation with x-ray for my wisdom teeth. Never heard back from the doctor that was supposed to assess my further treatment or reffer me to the hospital. So I've wasted money and time, and still didn't solve anything weeks later. Inquired about any updated, never heard back from them. But when I was a new patient willing to pay for a private consultation I was called withing 10 minute. Avoid, I would say!!

Negative experience: My daughter was misdiagnosed and was checked for only 5 min at her appointment. It was her orthodontics who highlighted about caries in her tooth which lead to my daughter being in pain and carious tooth. Obviously under these circumstances when she questioned her dentist as to why she never mentioned about decay in her previous check up despite beign a fee paying patient, the only lame excuse the dentist and the manager had was to falsely accuse my daughter of beign rude and arrogant. We have raised this to the regulatory authorities about the fitness to practice about her dentist. On the contrary the manager has the audacity to send letters to my daughter threatening to remove her from the practice when we had already deregistered a while back as we no longer trust the dentist working there. We have taken legal action against the practice as we have all evidences to prove that they are wrong. Please be aware of who you see there as most of the dentists keep changing in that practice and are incompetent who are rushing patients just to collect their nhs points rather than caring about the oral health of their patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ayesha and Sahima for the last 6 months after years of avoiding the dentist. 6 months ago I knew I need to take the leap and I am so glad to have these two lovely women as my dental team. They are so calm and reassuring through every procedure and check up, always checking with me to make sure I am comfortable or if I need a break. In 6 months, I have gone from a blubbering mess to 3 fillings with no numbing. Thanks to them I feel like a rockstar when I leave and I have the confidence to smile again. I honestly cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with my dentist and her assistant (Nadia and her assistant Alina) were very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable during my treatments. I am definitely happy with their services.

Negative experience: I had a dental appointment on Friday. After the check-up, they did not provide any reports or a receipt. They performed an X-ray. The receptionist argued with me, stating that they don't provide reports and that the doctor should explain the findings. I explained that not everyone is proficient in English and that we are not clinically trained to understand verbal explanations. The receptionist then displayed the X-ray on a computer and asked me to take pictures. However, there were no patient details or clinical findings included, making it unclear how we could know the report was for this specific patient. Additionally, they were playing loud Indian music during customer service, which made it difficult to hear each other properly. I noticed that a staff member even lowered the volume because she couldn't hear while talking to a customer on the phone. And importantly while I was talking to him, he ignored me and said he needed to talk to the patient. She is my wife, and I am handling everything. If you only talk to the patient, why didn't you take the payment from her then? I believe there is CCTV that should monitor this situation.

Negative experience: My experience with the center was 0.The dr (N Darzi) after consultation of my wife's tooth simply said ooh this is too difficult u must see our specialist we shall charge u £385 more come after 4 days n our specialist will remove the tooth and in peices. (which was really funny). I was charged around £85 for nothing (consultation) and when i requested the Dr that she is in severe pain can u give atleast an injection/pain killer ?she kept on saying ooh i cant i dont want to risk it. You being a Dr saying this it seemed u were more scared than the patient. The same day went to a clinic in London Golders Green Vale dental center. The Dr Extracted it in few minutes with 2 injections and story over.

Fantastic experience: I had hygiene today with Mrs Sara (Hygienist) and Nurse Asma. They were very helpful and polite. My teeth look and feel a lot more cleaner than before. The hygienist is very experienced and explained everything regarding my teeth patiently. Would recommend and will definitely see her again in the future

But one was Asian ladie she start Hygiene cleanin with Long Nadle she didn't ask me about Machine clean or hand clean Ohh My God My daughter mouth was full With blood she look so bad and keeping splitting blood was 30 min long same process this week I was with my son same process with Very kind Different Dentist Was even not small blood come from mouth and he charge £85. I never ever go To Maple Dentist they are Horrible people All of them and I paid £110 she said book appointments for next time I said I will think about good bye...

Negative experience: Hi I had an appointment today and the road was blocked due to ambulance, I tried calling the clinic 10 times however nobody answered and therefore I was 10 minutes late. When I went there 3 receptionist were chitting and chatting with each other and didn’t bother answering the call and they told me that I was late and that the doctor said she wasn’t going to see me. I told them it’s not my fault I tried calling you and you never answered. And the doctor should have at least asked me the reason why I was late but she didnt. Whenever we have appointment we waste half an hour just waiting for the doctor but the doctor couldn’t wait 10 minutes for me

Fantastic experience: I’m always greeted with a smile by the reception team. They are friendly and efficient. The rest of the team are very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, which I find relaxing. All the above is a compliment to senior management for creating this environment.

Negative experience: Stuck 100 yards away due a police emergency on a public road so called in to notify the delay. Delay accepted. Walked in 10 minutes after the appointment and got turned away. My 4 years old daughter now will have to bear pain for another two weeks. Saturday morning wasted.

Negative experience: This surgery removed my daughter from their list as she hadn't been there for 3 years, they also wouldn't reregister her as she is on universal credit, I hope you don't receive any government support because this is disgusting. Unregistering people on benefits is immoral and is a clear indication of the lack of understanding your surgery has, it used to be a very good surgery that understood patients varying needs but clearly you've become just another business trying to profit off of people's health.

Negative experience: Seems students are practising here instead of professional doctors I haven’t got any perfect treatment here * With 1 month dental pain (last tooth of upper side) I've attended my appointment here, but I haven’t got the solution! She just counted my teeth and gave me one small TePe telling,"buy a longer one and clean your teeth and take ibuprofen"... nothing else

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience getting a molar extracted today by Raji and her assistant Agnes. Everything was explained clearly, they made sure I was comfortable and the procedure was very quick and painless, very professional, I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: If I could give no star I would. This place is a joke. No professionalism whatsoever from the management. Dr razzak was ok, but they ask everyone to leave reviews, hence the number of reviews on Google reviews ( they literally tell you to scan the qr code to be taken to the reviews), uncomfortable when you don't actually like the surgery. I'll be moving myself and my family to another surgery now. Getting to them is a hassle as it is as they don't have a customer car park and the roads surrounding are always full or your having to pay for parking not knowing how long it'll take to be seen. The worst bit is the management, and when you management isn't good, the chances that your organisation will be good is much lower. Too many horrible experiences with this place. They're not worth the hassle.

Fantastic experience: I am lucky to meet Dr. M. Razzaq and Nurse Ms. Agnes today. I must tell these two are my saviour. I can’t thank enough for the service what they provide today. I was suffering from tooth break and severe pain since a month. They made my life easier today. I had to go for removal of teeth as it was half broken. I am unhappy with the initial service provided by other dentist, knowingly asked me to go for deep cleaning which was not at all required as I was suffering from severe pain already and the one who did my cleaning also gave the injection to numb though she knew she won’t be touching that teeth and surprisingly she didn’t clean the upper part and I paid 55£ for nothing and it is private. I suffered extra pain because of the injection. I request you don’t mislead and please give the right treatment. If you would have suggested cleaning after the treatment, I would have been happily go for it but unnecessarily I had go through this pain for another 10 days. Once again thanks a lot Dr. Razzaq and Ms. Agnes. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I had dental emergency and every dental clinic in Luton rejected me, but this clinic accepted me. The principal dentist came to work during their day off to see me and help me with my dental emergency. 10/10 Dentist that really care about people.
