Fantastic experience: Two badly broken back teeth rebuilt by Neil. Neil explained methods of treatment available and best course of action to be taken. Treatment was completed with great care with Neil taking obvious pride in his work. Very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Neil repaired two of my teeth that had old amalgam fillings with white fillings and also coated a sensitive tooth. He made me feel at ease, described what he was planning, showing me images of the completed work. Charge was reasonable and done with skill.

David, a remarkable dentist, went over and above the call of duty to resolve an extremely problematic and complex extraction. Previously he's been extremely professional, deligent and skilled in resolving a number of other dental issues. The staff at the practice are very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the practice has a relaxed vibe, which of course is always helpful as dental issues result in an inherent anxiety for most.

Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and done lots including additional phonecslls from her to get me earlier appointments, which was really good and made difference. Hashim is my dentist and he is always friendly and spends time looking at best options for treating few issues I had to deal with this time . I felt I got best ideas from Hashim for the issues and he put time and effort at time of treatment to get me best results. Fantastic experience: Used this clinic for a few years,on my second Dentist at this practice. His name is Hashim,and he's an absolute Gentleman. Nothing is too much bother for him.Went in one day and my fault ,misread my appointment, the big fella was on a break,and overheard my mistake and gave up his lunch to sort it out..top class.

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant dentist. Had a bit of infection and the lovely Paula tried treating it with antibiotics and root treatments to follow. Unfortunately the pain was too much so phoned this morning 13/5/25 and was seen at 10.30. After giving me a few options I decided to have the offending tooth pulled. It was over and done with so quickly with no pain. From the lovely reception staff to the dentist I was so well looked after. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks Paula.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient with the Clinic for some years now and have seen a number of different dentists during this time. My 2 most recent visits have been with Dr Hashim Rafiq and i can honestly say, he is the best dentist I've ever seen. From the moment i entered, he made me feel at ease and couldn't be more kind or polite. As a testament to his skill and expertise, the scale and polish i had done today, was virtually painless. In previous experiences of this procedure, i have suffered a substantial amount of pain and had been spitting a fair amount of blood, but this was as close to a pleasant experience as it could have possibly been.

Paula is friendly, professional and takes her time to get to know her patients which is a big thing for me as I like many get very anxious when going for dental work. Treatment options are always given and explained honestly with pros and cons without any bias to a specific treatment. Everyone at the practice is always very helpful and organised which takes a lot of stress away from scheduling. I would highly reccomend to anyone having thoughts of changing dentist or are new to the area looking to find a family dentist.

Positive experience: I'm afraid of dentists (a very unfortnate experience in my youth). And terrified (phobic) about (hollow) needles. Which is why I had left it over 20yrs to get anything done about my increasingly frequent (and extremely painful) toothache. If all dentists had been as good as Rachel 45 years ago, I wouldn't be so unwilling to go. She has a very calm and sympathetic approach. Clear explanations and a patient understanding of my problems. After initial consultation I had a single extraction about three weeks ago, and was (just) brave enough (and trusting enough after that single extraction) to go in again today for multiple (6) extractions and a denture fitting. I cannot claim it was all pain free (my mouth is certainly aching a lot just now... 5 hours after emerging safely) but... I survived intact (minus 6 teeth, plus denture). No screams, no vomiting, no clinging to the chandelier, no passing out. Genuinely (surprised and) very pleased with the service and with the skill and professionalism shown during my treatment by Rachel and by the reception staff at Cardonald dental clinic. Still can't give 5 star review because 5 would be a magic bullet that replaced all my teeth with diamond or tungsten replacements without any discomfort. Nevertheless, excellent work, I will recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
