Fantastic experience: Have had the most amazing experience with Wimbledon Dental Wellness. Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, from the dental nurses to the receptionists. Have had many times where I’ve phoned up for a small query and the receptionists have been super helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions, or have passed on queries to the dentists and gotten back to me. They are always willing to help out wherever they can. My dentist Lily Wang has been incredible. She is so welcoming and attentive - she listened to any questions I had, and even answered further questions I sent via email. The work she has done with my composite bonding is amazing and exactly how I asked for it, and she even saw me again after treatment for some minor tweaks to ensure I was definitely happy. Lily, alongside some lovely dental nurses, were also very caring when it came to numbing my gums for treatment, helping to calm me down and make me feel as relaxed as possible, and as someone who is not great with needles, this was so appreciated! Overall, I can’t recommend Wimbledon Dental Wellness enough - incredibly fair pricing and amazingly talented staff that made going to the dentist a very joyful experience!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found Wimbledon Dental Wellness and the amazing Dr Pooja Pillay. I had a few unpleasant experiences with various dentists in the past, and I’m always a bit nervous when I have to visit the dentist but Dr Pooja made me feel completely at ease from the start. She explained clearly and thoroughly what needed to be done and she was extremely gentle and caring during the treatments. Her approach is holistic and she spends time asking important questions about your general health too including diet, stress management and so on. I also appreciate the fact she doesn’t push treatments which are not immediately or strictly necessary like it happens in some clinics. The whole team is fantastic and their professionalism and genuine care shines through. Highly recommended lovely clinic in the heart of Wimbledon!

Their approach is very holistic and individualised care and the focus as in their name is Wellness. As a person with hemophilia and also a medic in my own capacity I have to say their standard of care is beyond. Fantastic experience: I am usually very nervous whenever I have to go to the dentist, even if it's just for regular checks but everyone at Wimbledon Dental Wellness is really kind and lovely. My dentist and hygienist are always very reassuring, taking the time to explain what they will be doing and checking in to see if I'm feeling ok. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious and airy even in the mini heatwave. I highly recommend the practice.

Despite being apprehensive I was talked through the entire process from start to finish and made to feel relaxed from a friendly but professional staff. I can't recommend this Dentist highly enough.

Positive experience: They did a good job but I would have liked to get more information about the treatments beforehand. I felt I did not get enough information what is going to happen next and why and what is the overall schedule of the treatments. Also, after paying totally around 4000 pounds for the invisalign I still got some bill to pay which I felt should have been included in the treatment.

They also give great advice on how diet and lifestyle affect my teeth and how small changes can make a big difference for the health of my teeth. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I came to the practice as an emergency appointment and my prognosis pointed towards a root canal treatment. I was pretty horrified at this but I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Lily Wang’s calm and thorough approach is incredibly reassuring and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I am very grateful for her work which took away my headache and sensitivity in one appointment. The root canal treatment is painless and really not that bad. Sarah at the front desk always makes me feel welcome and even gave me a follow up call after my treatment. I am really happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I chose this dental practice because it is close to my work so I would be able to hop in during work days. I visited their website on a Sunday and was seen to the very next day and began the treatment to sort out many years of neglect on my part. From the moment you walk in the receptionists are extremely kind and hospitable. I'm being seen by Dr. Pillay and she is also very kind and patient, always checking in with me that I'm doing alright during the treatment and advising the best ways I can look after my teeth on my own. There was one treatment which was a filling on the very back wisdom tooth on the upper jaw, initially it would've been easier to extract it but instead Dr. Pillay went ahead with a filling and warned me that it might not take and if that was the case I would know the next day. I wasn't surprised that there wasn't any pain because all the treatments done prior were also painless the next day whether it be fillings or extractions 10/5 would rate if possible

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing service since the first time I came here. Have had 2 appointments and a retainer fitted and all visits have been smooth, friendly and informative. The whole team are always so welcoming and lovely on each visit and on the phone. Dr Lily Wang has seen me everyone, always helpful and gives me lots of information! There was even a hiccup with one of the retainers (manufacturer’s fault, not dentist’s), and the dentist sorted it swiftly and with no extra charge or worries. Will be staying here for a long time!

Fantastic experience: I thought I had a phobia of dentists. Turns out I had always gone to terrible dentists. I had to have a root canal done over 2 appointments and everyone here made me feel so safe and calm, and the root canal actually wasn’t that bad! As soon as you walk in to the reception desk you are warmly met and everyone there is so personable. It’s a great team. I was talked though potential causes and what I needed to do to reduce tooth decay in a personal and friendly way. I would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: So relieved to find a great dentist. After a few bad experiences I was wary of going the dentist, however I was immediately put at ease. Everything was explained to me as we went and I am now back on track with my dental care. I would highly recommend Wimbledon Dental Wellness. The convenience of being right above Wimbledon station is also a great plus. I also took the kids and they were brilliant with them, which was really great, as they now enjoy going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have used various dentist practices on numerous occasions--and have found the skills in providing quality dental care; and advice to be to be varied at best. I initially walked to Wimbledon Dental Practice on Saturday 20th January 2024; as part of a multi stop journey to find a suitable dentist to treat and enhance my teeth. Fortunately for me, I received exceptional advice and service on the matter from your employee Kim. This member of staff provided me with the information and advice; that I needed to help me feel confident in the manner I choose, and planned my dental work without making me feel I was adding to their job. This approach was also mirrored and further enhanced by Dr. Lilly; while the two worked in perfect harmony during my dental work. It has been said a great symphony is the work of many hands. This statement rings true; with the third member of this great orchestra of Dental hygiene, in the form of the lovely and proficient receptionist Ellen. While waiting to be seen in the waiting area, I notice how this member of staff is always, keen to assist those that ask for her help due to her approachable personality. Ellen achieved this by remaining professional at all times--while exuding a friendly and sincere attitude in addition to this. Ellen was also accommodating in my requests for dates, and times—also ensuring appointment reminders were sent to my calendar. If you are looking for exceptional dental care, and customer service, visit Wimbledon Dental Wellness. I can assure you it will be money well spent; and a service second to none!
