Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist with friendly receptionists to greet you. I saw the dentist Mohseni and it was a good experience. I needed an emergency tooth extraction, he made me comfortable and explained the process well whilst ensuring I was okay during the procedure. The nurse was also really reassuring. Although it was a daunting situation, the whole experience was made better due to the professionals.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience I had here, rude reception, unfriendly doctor, and very disrespectful

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and welcoming practice. All of the staff are lovely and put you at ease. The dentist is really knowledgeable and engages with you. He explains everything through the examination. When I went recently I had a small hole in an old filling which was causing me discomfort. He could have gone down the money route and advised removal and replacement of the filling. Instead he prescribed me some toothpaste which acted to block the hole and resolve the problem. This avoided unnecessary cost for me and also - more important - saved a painful process! Great service all round

Fantastic experience: I was so embarrassed to go back to the dentist due to a very bad experience with another dental pratice in Leyton 7 years ago and didn't go back. It totally put me off and knocked my confidence. I'm so glad that finally, I overcame my anxiety and fear going back to the dentist. I found Inspire Dental Practice within my area and haven't looked back. Lovely receptionists, Miriyam is fantastic and she put me at ease. Her assistant is lovely. ( I don't know her name). On my 2nd visit this week, it was so busy. That says it all about Inspire. I'm so glad I choose this practice.

Fantastic experience: I attended a check-up with Dr Hossein Mohseni on 25/9 and have been a patient of his for several years. He is always professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without ever making the appointment feel rushed. I also visited hygienist Monique for a clean on 2/10, having seen her once before. She is thorough, gentle, and ensures a comfortable experience throughout. The receptionist is always welcoming and friendly (blonde lady nearest the entrance - I don’t know her name), creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Overall, the team provides excellent care and I highly recommend them. Mrs Grey

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in about 9 years,due to my phobia and bad experiences with other places.I have been in pain with a wisdom tooth for ages and still kept putting it off. Decided to finally pluck up courage and book appointment.the receptionist ive known for years and is wonderful.My dentist was Lida and talked me through everything and I ended up letting her take my tooth out,something that ive always had to be put under sedation but Lida is fantastic and the other two who was in the room also.Im now going back for a deep clean..Thank you for dealing with me in such a kind and caring manner as my anxiety was through the roof

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental checkup and a hygienist appointment at Inspire Dental surgery in Walthamstow. During my dental checkup, my dentist was very professional and friendly, who put me at ease throughout my consultation. My dentist fully explained any issues he came across whilst inspecting my teeth and what my options were. Whilst the same can also be said during my hygienist appointment who as usual was also vrery professional, friendly and put me at ease. As well as having my teeth cleaned and polished, I was also advised on any issues she noticed and what treatment I needed to do to resolve the issues. All in all, I would say that I had a very positive experience during my appointments at Inspire Dental surgery in Walthamstow.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent NHS dental practice. Reception staff are helpful and friendly and it’s easy to make or amend an appointment, they also send you email or text reminders about your appointment if you choose to opt in. The dental staff I’ve had have always been friendly and professional, and they don’t try to push extra treatments on you as I’ve experienced in other places. Would definitely recommend.

I suffer anxiety going to dentist, and was made so comfortable and all treatment explained during it put me at ease. Costs also explained, and treatment done perfectly. Would thoroughly recommend.

When I called to make an appointment she confimed me this thurday at 9 am no date nothing and she said she is sending me the link when the thursday passed thats when she realised and sent me the link for next thurday when I said it was supoosed to be last thursaday she was arguing with me so I cancelled. Negative experience: One of the hygienists here, Monique, is brilliant. All the other staff I’ve seen over the last five years have been pretty bad. The latest one told me I had tooth decay and gave a load of high fluoride toothpaste but I don’t have tooth decay, just some receding gums. One hygienist was so rough that I needed pain relief l, while Monique performed a perhaps better service without any pain at all. And one dentist lost her glasses, was reading the computer through back to front sunglasses (I assume prescription) and missed my daughters mouth with a tool and cut the inside of her lip. I’ve changed dentists several times in the hope it will get better but it just hasn’t.

Negative experience: I’ve been to this dentist ever since I was a child, DO NOT GO HERE. They tell you that your teeth are good and they let you go after checking for only 30 seconds. I recently changed to a much better dentist and they found almost all my teeth are in early stages of decay. Inspire dental failed to see or treat my many problems with my teeth. Even my own mother had a similar experience and she stayed at this dentist for 20 years. The only reason she didn’t change was because she was worried she’d change into a worse clinic. Please for the sake of your own teeth go to a different dentist. Any place is better than here.

From the moment you step into the surgery you are greeted by smiling receptionist and get the pleasure of waiting in a clean and air-conditioned waiting area. When I had my service, Monique was nothing but professional, caring and did an absolutely amazing job at getting my pearly whites clean and polished again. Couldn't recommend this dental practice enough. Thank you ☺️

Positive experience: I was initially recommended by a friend to sign up with Inspire Dental Walthamstow as an NHS patient, after being `ripped off` for years through `private` dentistry. And how glad I was in being accepted. Hossein, my dentist, is not only top of his game regards treatment. He is also very informative and explains in detail what I need and what he is doing, or needs to be done. The only pain, is the payment, but this is not the fault of the dentistry, and more to do with the NHS. My last and recent check-up and clean was £26.80. and as an OAP on a pension, hurts! If, now aged 73, I qualified for FREE dental care through the NHS, which I think I am entitled to, I would have no hesitation in giving a 5* rating, so I am giving a 4* mark.

They made me feel very comfortable and their service was amazing. Lovely staff and clean and calming waiting room for those who find going to the dentist stressful. Really happy to have found them!

Negative experience: This dentist is completely unprofessional and I should have read the reviews prior to signing up. I have been going for a number of years and spent alot of money with this dentist, and they have decided to not let me book any further appointments and have claimed i have been blocked since 2018 for missing two appointments in 2018 which is a lie. I have even gone to them in 2020 and 2021 with no problem. Even doing a treatment with them and it cost almost £400, even during this treatment the dentist made mistakes and lost the mold of my tooth? She is completely careless and way in over her head. I have asked multiple times for an update with the manager as to why the system is showing this error as I have been to the practice since 2018 and no one is responding and the rude receptionist just kept repeating i dont know. Attend this dentist at your own risk they lack customer service.

Negative experience: My parents and I have been coming to Inspire Dental since I was a child, we have always liked the service they provide. However 2 weeks ago my mum who is 70 years old and suffers from severe Arthritis in the knees had an appointment with the dentist at 12pm. We got there at exactly 12.05pm as my mum struggles to walk fast, so getting off the bus and then crossing the road in total took 5 mins. I entered the premises at 12.05 whilst carrying my baby in a carrier and by the time my mum walked in, the time was 12.06. We were told by the receptionist that we were late and the dentist would not see her. I explained that mum was across the road, the traffic lights were green so we had to wait etc and the receptionist shrugged and said I should have called to tell them we were running late even if we were crossing the road. I explained that by the time it would have taken me to call and for them to answer the phone, which they never do, I would've have been there, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders again, dismissing my explanation and said I still should have called. She then offered my mum an appointment for 2.45 that same day expecting my mother to go home and come back again. For someone who struggled to get there in the first place in the cold, how would she have possibly gone home and come back? We were utterly disappointed at how we were treated. Considering there were 3 members of staff sitting behind the desk, one who I believe to be the practice manager. Hardly any patients in the waiting area, just the one. I could not believe that for being 5 mins late with a valid reason, mum was not seen. Why is it ok for the dentist to never see us on time? I am shocked, disappointed and appalled by what we experienced that day. We have decided never to return there again. If they have no empathy towards their elderly patients, we refuse to let them care for us.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday 3rd of August I visited to my dentist,,,i was just called to see my dentist exactly on my appointment time,,and my dentist dr badoor,,,i hope i called his right name,,,he was so welcomed and explained through before starting the process of treatment, he was so lovely and caring dentist,,during my treatment time he was calmed and doings with good smile and made me feel so much comfortable,,, I am so satisfied with his work and experience,,,, Looking forward to seeing again soon , I think that dentist name is janice,,,he is for hygiene appointments,and he is best a Dentist and adviser Also so caring about patients, always good listening skills and experience working,,, I highly recommend, and I will always be grateful and will always be there ❤️

My dentist always checks-in on how I'm feeling (especially appreciated because I feel very anxious at dentists in general) and constantly reassures me that I'm doing a great job a really lovely dental practice indeed!!

Negative experience: I can relate to a lot of the these complaints. I've been going to inspire from when I was a teenager and the service was fantastic. But in recent years the service has been absolutely terrible. The dentist is extremely poor at her job and always late which is very annoying especially because if the patient is late you lose your appointment and given a warning I know this from personal experience. I've asked to swap dentist's and they've kept giving me excuses until the manager just said I should go to another dentist. The only good thing about inspire is the hygienist Monique Gravillis she's absolutely amazing and the elderly lady on the reception she's always really lovely

Negative experience: I went there with toothache and they refused me an appointment. Told me to find another dentist, possibly half a mile away. I registered with them in 2000 but because I haven't had a check up for a while (and not given them money was my guess) my 'account' had lapsed, although all my details were still on their computer system. I still have toothache and can't find a dentist in walking distance yet...They haven't contacted me in years saying I had to renew or get a check up. I don't want to go to a hospital as I know they are overworked, but if the pain gets worse and I can't get a dentist in E17, that's my only option. So much for helping in the community....

Negative experience: I stopped going to this dentist because she was unprofessional, unhelpful, dismissive, forgetful, rude and did not seem knowledgeable about teeth or gums. But on a positive note the receptionists were pleasant and the hygienist was knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist is amazing she so nice and gentle with me ( as dentist is my biggest fear and theres always a problem with my teeth ) I use to avoid going to the dentist but since I’ve met my hygienist I go back very regular now :)
