Fantastic experience: I only wish this dental practice had another branch closer to me in Croxley Green! The receptionist was so friendly, lovely, professional and helpful, a great person to have in a patient facing role. I visited as an emergency patient but based on the expertise of the dentist who saw me and the facilities, packages on offer and hassle free parking, I'm tempted to register and commute.

Negative experience: AVOID. AVOID. AVOID ABSOLUTE RIP OFF INITIAL £25 REVIEW IS JUST A CHANCE TO RIP YOU OFF LATER. PRICE QUOTED INITIALLY WAS ACCEPTABLE. UPON TREATMENT, THE NO OF SESSIONS REQUIRED SUDDENLY INCREASES ALONG WITH MORE SESSIONS AT MORE COST. TREATMENT THAT CAN BE DONE IN ONE OR TWO SESSIONS IS SPLIT INTO MANY, MANY SESSIONS IN ORDER TO MAXIMISE REVENUE. PAID 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT QUOTED HI. THE VISIT WAS MADE MANY MONTHS AGO. TO QUOTE ONE PRICE AND THEN CHARGE ANOTHER IS UNACCEPTABLE. ALSO TO BREAK DOWN INTO MANY VISITS IS A RIP OFF. TREATMENT SHOULD BE AT PRICE STATED, NO MATTER HOW MANY VISITS.

The receptionist has a good grasp of the available service being provided by the dentist and good transparency with the pricing. The dentist is patient and explain the dental condition of said family member and did a thorough job to help them out. Will recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my composite bonding on one tooth, having recently had an implant my canine tooth which was discoloured looked out of place but a brilliant job was done on it with composite bonding and it now blends in perfectly.

Negative experience: Unorganized and unprofessional. Cancelled my appointment without notifying me and then offer an insulting £6 for my trouble of driving out on a Saturday and to join back of the queue. Receptionist didn't know why or who cancelled the booking and it's magically been cancelled by their system.

Fantastic experience: It's an amazing dental practice!! I highly recommend visiting here. The dentist, the hygienist, and the receptionists are all super friendly! I came in for a new patient checkup with Oliver and he was super friendly. He was really helpful and explained everything in great detail, presented which treatment options might be useful and beneficial for me. The practice is really high tech, the dentist takes photos as well as x-rays of your teeth and discusses each photo/x-ray with you on what kind of treatment might be needed (if any), which I really really liked. I felt like the pricing and the treatment options available were very clear and very transparent. The hygienist was really friendly as well and very gentle with my teeth. She carefully removed all of the stains that I had and gave some really useful advice how to keep teeth healthy. I was super happy with the end result. I signed up for one of their treatment plans as I thought it was great value for money, as part of which I received a small gift bag with a few gifts inside, which is amazing!! (see photo) Overall really really recommend this dental practice. The staff are super friendly and super transparent with the treatment options.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Junction Dental! I walked in yesterday with a chipped tooth, and Oliver and the team were incredible. Their customer service is extraordinary—they made me feel comfortable and very welcome. Since I was just in town for a short visit from Australia for the Harry Potter tour, they really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. They not only took care of my tooth, but provided all the reports required for my travel insurance. Thanks Ollie and team!

Fantastic experience: Managed to book a Saturday morning emergency appointment online the day before on Friday for extreme pain in wisdom tooth, jaw and throat. There was communication even the morning of to confirm. Dentist Sanjay Rayarel and the receptionist were extremely friendly and welcoming, didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. After a brief look, Sanjay managed to diagnose exactly my issue and had antibiotics on hand (for £10) without needing a prescription. Best experience I've had at a dental surgery, fast, efficient and professional. Sanjay Rayarel also gave advice and was patient to answer any questions, he's a brilliant dentist and I can't recommend him and the surgery enough!

Surgery is super cleans & well mentained, I'm very nervous for my coming treatment but they have all been so reassuring that I have decided to just go ahead & book the appointment without giving it a second thought. I can't say enough about this practice, just amazing and already after a tooth extraction I have booked myself for a next appointment to go for further treatments. Sanjay immediately put me at ease and was very professional. Having a double extraction for my first appointment wasnt something I was looking forward too but Sanjay and the dental nurse were great. Even though I was obviously upset and probably not the most easiest of patients, he got the job done. The receptionist was kind, friendly and understanding and even managed to get me re-booked in for some fillings! I totally recommend this practice, especially if your nervous or have a phobia about dentists!

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful that I managed to get an emergency appointment on the first day of my worst tooth pain ever... Dr Ollie was amazing. Very friendly and informative. He calmed me down and explained to me everything very well and gave me some great advice about the treatment. I had the root canal treatment done first time in my life which was not that terrible and painful as I imagined. After few days there was no pain at all and me swollen face back to normal. The practice is modern and clean with free parking at the back. All staff very helpful, warm and professional, prices are reasonable also. I can highly recommend it. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had root canal treatment, and the dentist took time to explain everything and calm me down as I was very anxious. It was totally painless, to my surprise. The staff are warm, caring, and very professional. The payment plan is fair and cost-effective. The best dentist I have ever been to. I'm so glad I found this place. I'd already been to three different places to seek advice. I was so stressed looking for someone to extract the tooth. He took the time to show me the x-ray and explain about the roots of the tooth. I never knew a molar could have a couple of roots. He answered all my questions and saved the tooth. I'm confident in his knowledge and experience. I feel in safe hands. It is very easy to book an appointment with no long waiting times when you're in pain. I like that they give you a little ticket and send you an email as a reminder. They respond to emails very promptly. As I get older and need a little extra care, this place is perfect for me. I will also be sending the rest of my family and friends

I am not a fan of the dentist and I was made to feel welcome by Hannah right away. Dr Rayarel was amazing, gave me some great advice and wasn't pushy at all which was appreciated. Their opening times are great and they offer really good dental plans. The space feels warm, welcoming and clinically clean and smells amazing. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I visited about 2 weeks ago for an emergency tooth pain appointment. I came across the dental practice via Google as I am new in the area and hadn’t visited a dental practice until now. My experience was great, I was given an appointment quickly and my first impression of the practice when I walked in was very impressive. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. I was seen by Sanjay who immediately made me feel at ease and instantly told me that I had a severe infection and needed urgent treatment to resolve the infection before he could attempt to look at my wisdom tooth. I was given antibiotics instantly and he explained the severity of the infection and gave me a lot of information which I probably would have not known. I have issues taking tablets so Sanjay and his team did there best to help me get liquid form so that I can take my medication. Turned out my infection needed hospital treatment but had Sanjay not prompted me about the severity of it I may have just stayed home riding out the pain in hope it would clear away on its own. I am now going to be looking to go back to get my wisdom tooth sorted by Sanjay. I don’t like dentists and haven’t really needed anything done to my teeth over the years but now I do and feel confident going back to the practice and going to be registering my kids and husband too for yearly check ups. Thank you guys, I think I got my dental practice sorted now

Long story short, I had a raging infection in my tooth, my local dentist gave antibiotics and assured me this would stop the extreme pain I was in. Nope, After 3 days of not eating, sleeping and immense pain Juntion dental fit me straight away on a Saturday morning, when I arrived they could see how much pain I was in and saw me before another patient. They gave me my options and the dentist removed my tooth. This was the best extraction I have ever had. He was very gentle, professional and apologised that I have gone through this. Definitely would highly recommend this dental practice. 5* service amazing patient contact and will be using them going forward. Their prices are very reasonable too compared to other private dental prices

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to come to this dental surgery by a friend who is a retired dentist and as I trusted him I travelled from Suffolk all the way to Watford. I did not regret the journey as the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. For someone who has never been fond of visiting the dentist I was completely surprised. The receptionist and the dental nurses were absolutely lovely. The reception is airy and state of the art. The surgery was amazing. Sanjee, who treated me, put me completely at ease and actually made me laugh. He's brilliant and relaxed. Didnt feel a thing when I had my first treatment and he took all the time I needed to discuss my future treatment and made a plan for me. You may wonder about the cost. Extremely reasonable and not expensive. I highly recommend Junction Dental.
