Fantastic experience: I had dental implant treatment carried out by Olive Dental Care and I can highly recommend them from the friendly professional staff to excellent standard of work, from the beginning it was all explained clearly in person and in writing, and full support was given throughout the process, the result being my nice new teeth. Shebin is a highly skilled and gentle dental surgeon with very little discomfort at anytime during the process.

Fantastic experience: My 15 year old daughter always gets very anxious going to the dentist. When we found out she needed 4 teeth to be extracted prior to having braces fitted, we decided to search for an alternative to our current dentist as we knew she just wouldn't tolerate an extraction this way. We are so pleased that we found Olive Dental Care. They specialise in treating nervous patients and can use IV sedation (using a qualified Anaesthetist). The whole process was easy from start to finish. The reception staff were helpful providing a quote and booking an appointment to suit us. On the day, Shebin, Biju and the team were so kind and they immediately put my daughter (and me!) at ease. She had her 4 teeth extracted without any issues and doesn't remember a thing! She made a quick recovery afterwards and has now had her braces fitted. Thank you to everyone at Olive Dental Care for a fantastic experience.

Negative experience: I'm in my 30's and had the same Family dentist for 20+ years but when my dentist retired, I moved to Olive dental. Upon the initial oral health assessment for new patients, I was quoted up to £10k worth of 'essential' dental work. This included having 2 wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic and 4 x fillings that may result in root canals. I was advised I wouldn't know if a filling was possible until work had begun and was irreversible where a root canal may be required, so I could be liable at the end of the appointment for £1800 per tooth, if a filling wasn't possible. Baring in mind, I went into this appointment with no tooth pain, bleeding or concern and my previous dentist had only ever done 1 filling in my life. To be presented with this extensive list of 'work' and the associated costs, I was gobsmacked. I queried this with Shebin and the email response was rude and unprofessional. The receptionists were always polite and the hygienist I saw a few times, but who has since departed, was fantastic! I have now moved dentist again as I was horrified by my experience at Olive Dental and have had a full assessment and been advised my teeth and gums are healthy and I require NO dental work, other than regular and routine hygienist appointments. In summary, 2 out of 3 dentists who have reviewed my teeth and gums have advised everything is healthy apart from Olive.. I have since spoken to multiple (past) patients who have had similar experiences - being advised to have lots of work (£££££) that they do not feel they need.

Fantastic experience: Just been back for another crown fitting. Amazing that your mouth is 3D scanned and a custom crown milled/fitted in around 30 minutes. No having to send it away & come back several weeks later. All the staff are top notch, from reception to the Dentist's chair! Great place to go if you worried about Dentists - very friendly & caring. Also great fun to watch them making your Crown with their CAD/CAM machine!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Olive Dental Care for Glutathione injections. If you have M.E/ CFS or long covid then please give them a try. After 20 years of living or barely living with CFSME, the injections have made a huge improvement to my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have been to in my life. The level of care and service is outstanding. Dr Koshy knows exactly what she is doing and has fixed 2 crowns, 1 root canal and i have had zero issues or pain from these procedures. Starting implants now and again the experience has been pain-free And the service of care exceptional. Receptionist is also extremely friendly. I cannot recommend olive dental care enough.

Negative experience: Very disappointed! Paid £120 only for 10mins appointment. The dentist(which was the owner) was ready to send us away even without doing a check up for my son. She asked more questions about how we found the practice instead to advise what does my son need.Everything is about money!! Not gone a visit again!!

The premises and staff are welcoming with a professional air, and nothing is too much trouble. The treatment is thorough and everything explained properly. Any questions I had were answered properly and I feel like I'm actually being listened to, rather than feeling like a number to get out the door. Fantastic experience: My journey started when I saw this dentist practice advertised on line and it looked pristine and modern. I phoned the reception for advice on my teeth, knowing I needed a lot of work on them. The receptionist called Sapphire was so friendly that I instantly knew that this was where I wanted to go. I cannot fault the progression from there with every appointment that followed. It is immaculate and all staff have been so friendly and helpful. I love the relaxation of the soothing music and landscapes on the TV that help lose yourself while you have the treatment. I had 4 crowns fitted at the front and this included having my teeth straightened. I felt safe and happy at all times with the friendly team they have created. I would recommend them and the thorough hygienists as well ! 10/10 for making my teeth look very natural and giving me my smile back !

Fantastic experience: Dr Shebin Koshy has not only saved my teeth, but I believe she has cured and helped me get over my greatest fear of dental visits and dental work. I went years with out dental work, and have never been made to feel embarrassed of my teeth or pressure into dental work that really needed doing. The focus was showing how much they care for me and building trust for my pain free dental work. Receptionists will, know your name upon entry and calm you instantly by her caring energy. I have almost fallen asleep in the hygienist chair where they are so gentle; This is almost unheard of. My greatest fear of sedation not working ‘again’ has been cured because of both Dr Biju Philip and Dr Shebin. Your appointment will be all about YOU and how YOU need to be cared for. I can not emphasise enough how this practice has changed my life. 12/10 stars.

As a nervous patient, I wanted my husband to be with me during the procedure, and the team accommodated my request. Fantastic experience: Great experience. I get very nervous with the dentist, to the point where I find it very hard to get treatement so I tried the IV sedation. I was skeptical at first because I just didn't know how it would work, but I had a tooth removed and I have no memory of it at all. The last thing I remember was feeling relaxed, then coming around in the chair and it was done, to my relief. If you're a nervous patient, then I would recommend the IV sedation.

Negative experience: "i thought they were very professional until my grandaughter of 12 had a filling at a cost of £240.00 less 10%, they said if we were not happy not to pay the bill, we paid the bill and my daughter challenged the price later, my wife was booked in the next day for an intravenous sedation (£300.00 per hour) and a surgical extraction from £260.00, because my daughter challenged the price they refunded what was paid but took my daughter and grandaughter off there books and were told to find another dentist, they then contacted me and cancelled my wifes appointment and was told to find another dentist, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD" the rating is not about the price its that you have removed my whole family from your practice for your mistake?

The practice is an ultra-modern relaxing environment with lovely helpful staff that are super-efficient. I’ve just had an implant and crown fitted and it could not have been a better experience. Fantastic experience: This is, without doubt, the best dental practice I’ve experienced. I’m a bit of a wimp where dentists are concerned and was quite nervous about having implants but Dr Shebin Koshy was amazing. The procedure was explained in detail and Shebin’s expertise and experience was obvious. Overall the treatment was pain free with very little discomfort immediately after the event. To anyone considering implants or any other treatment you couldn’t be in better hands. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice! Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and their equipment seems state of the art. The dentist and hygienist always explain exactly what they're doing, pausing every so often to check that I'm still comfortable. At a recent visit I had a problematic tooth I had to make a decision about. I was presented with clear pros and cons of all the options, with no pressure to choose the most expensive one (unlike at a different dental practice some years ago). I did end up going with the most thorough option, but I felt confident in my decision because I was given a lot of information and the time in which to make it. I was nervous about going to the dentist during a pandemic, but once I got there, I was reassured by all the precautions the staff are taking. Also, the soothing travel scenes that go by on the ceiling monitor when you're lying back in the chair are a nice way to pretend you're on holiday instead of at the dentist. :)

I suffer very badly with anxiety about going to the dentists and for many years didn’t have the confidence to go. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dental practice for just over two years now. I’ve always been anxious over non routine (fillings etc) dental visits due to my fear of needles. This anxiety is the reason I sought out olive dental care. The principle dentist Dr Shebin specialises in clients with dental fears and her reviews are all outstanding so I thought she would have a good chance of being able to help me. I’ve just returned from my second filling by Shebin and it was about as pleasant as a filling experience could be and my anxiety has almost disappeared. The routine checkups are useful and Shebin is happy to discuss any issues and answer any questions. The hygienist treatment is also very gentle yet thorough. Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Olive Dental Care! As soon as I entered, I noticed how clean and cozy the place is. I was welcomed by super nice staff. The doctors are absolutely amazing! They would talk you through any procedure you are doing and listen to your concerns, fears and needs. I got multiple IV vitamins and felt great the week after. I have also gotten my dental check up and cleaning and I was very pleased with the whole process and how the whole staff was very nice, caring and professional!

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient but Sheban is brilliant and puts you totally at ease. I have never liked going to the dentist since I was a child but would recommend Olive Dental Surgery as the best I have ever known. Not only Sheban but the whole staff make your visit a pleasure. I have just had a root canal and although the thought of this fills you with dread this is not the case with Sheban she is a very caring and professional dentist. I cannot recommend Olive Dental Surgery high enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Olive Dental. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The staff made me feel welcome and my provider was knowledgeable and honest about advising me on what cosmetic procedures to pursue for my teeth ( taking into account health, longevity and financial cost). Fantastic experience: My son Luke damaged his two upper front teeth when he came off his bike. This was at the beginning of the first lockdown and after phoning several dentists, none where PPE prepared. Then I phoned Olive Dental Care, and I’m so glad I did! Shebin fitted Luke in very quickly for an initial examination to see what’s happened and then made recommendations for the work that was needed. Shebin and Gary where great, making Luke feel comfortable and at ease. We have now completed the dental work and couldn’t have been more pleased with the end result. Thank you Shebin and Gary for making the whole experience very calming for Luke and myself!

Not just elective dental work for myself and my daughter but my wife required emergency dental treatment around lockdown time and both Shebin and Biju’s help is hugely appreciated. At Olive dental we are confident that we will always get the correct advise & treatment. The meticulous attention towards hygiene, antisepsis and making you feel comfortable is very noticeable.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I chose Olive Dental as my dentist. I've been a patient for just over a year and could not ask for better service. I've always had fear of dentists and Shebin always makes me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient, I’m so glad I found Olive Dental Care, they have always spent the time to make me feel relaxed. I find the practice cosy and welcoming. I have now been a patient of Olive Dental Care for roughly 4 years. I have enquired about treatments I have wanted and they have always honestly, with integrity, explained the treatments fully and have advised what treatments would work best for me and which ones should be avoided. I have had treatments from fillings to crowns and tooth removals and been very happy with the results. I find all of the team very warm, friendly and extremely professional.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about choosing a new dental practice, so read a lot of reviews before coming to Olive Dental for the first time. Turns out this was a great choice. The practice is very modern and conveniently located with parking available on site. Shebin is a very knowledgeable and gentle dentist - her approach makes the whole dental work experience as pleasant as it can be. The receptionists, nurses and hygienists are all very nice and professional as well. I needed a lot of dental work initially due to poor care elsewhere and I am pleased to say that 3 years later I didn’t need any further work done (apart from regular check ups and hygiene appointments).

I gained second opinions from a friend who is also dentist and when he saw the quality of the crowns I have, he was very impressed! They look very good.
