Fantastic experience: Deena and her team have been exceptional throughout, and still are as I'm still having work done. From the small things such as a wee whatsapp message to check in, get appointments done from the reception team. . .to having work done by one of the dental team and assistants, they are always professional and make you feel at ease. The team always remember little details about you or your commitments which shows that they actually do care about you as a person and not just as a client. I'll be with D Dental for the future unless I move out of thr country. Thank you to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: Best thing I ever done was find Dr Dee at Dee Dental. Totally changed my life. Some years ago I had an awful experience with a dentist and it put me off going for many years, hence my teeth just rotted. I was terrified to attend any dentist untill I found Dee Dental. Absolutely amazing, I had no pain on any of my treatment, everything was explained to me and if I wasnt comfortable with it, all I had to do was let Dr Dee know and she would stop . Everyone at the practice are so helpful and believe it or not I actually looked forward to each visit. My treatment is now complete and I can now smile with confidence, so a great big thank you to all at Dee Dental. I now go for check ups at 6 month intervals.

Negative experience: Have no place for a 6 yr old NHS because I'm not registered at their practice...... However I can register my son on his own at the practice if we go private for him!!! Yeah, absolute scam

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and would like to clarify our policy. Dee Dental is a private practice and, as such, we do not offer new NHS registrations. However, we continue to see children of our registered private patients as part of our long-term commitment to family care.
We’re always transparent about our services and fees, and we’re happy to answer any questions directly if you’d like to contact the practice.
Negative experience: I had booked an appointment and waited a month, only to have it cancelled just one day before the scheduled date due to the dentists being unwell. I was then offered a new appointment a whole month later than the original one. I requested a refund of my £70 deposit. The following day—on what was supposed to be my appointment—I was suddenly informed there was availability via the waiting list. This was extremely confusing and frustrating. I declined, as I had already rebooked with another clinic. Now, more than two weeks later, I still haven’t received my refund. I’m very upset and disappointed by how poorly this situation has been handled. I'm currently at their clinic, and there's no receptionist—no one is here to speak to.
Thank you for your comments. This is not accurate we offered a cancellation for two days after the day of your cancelled appointment unfortunately the dentist was unwell on that date as we explained. As a gesture of goodwill we’d added you to short notice list and as a slot became available we called and WhatsApped and when you declined we refunded you. The manager called when you said you didn’t receive it and again multiple times you did not come back to us. When you came in on the receptionist lunch break I personally re-refunded you to save you waiting on her. We are by appointment only and had you answered our management calls you wouldn’t have had to wait. I’m sorry we fell short of your expectations but I’m unsure what else could have been done as a clinic we strive on our excellence but sickness is not something that can be controlled!

Fantastic experience: 15th April 2025- joined in feb on monthly dental plan, great value for money and already had first appointment and service continues to be consistently excellent. Highly recommended for all services 17th sept 2024: treatment completed and completely transformed and perfected my teeth and smile, amazing service by Dinah and her tea. 8th August: teeth are in position and all gaps closed, 3 weeks away to end of treatment, Dee and her team have been fantastic throughout the journey and my only regret is I should have come for Invisalign sooner, but very glad I did this with Dee, as the personal human service is what you need when on such a journey, very satisfied and life changing journey thank you Dee and the team. Updated 19th March 2024: 36 weeks into my invisalign journey and im so glad i went with Dee and her team for this treatment, my teeth are on track to achieve its objective but the service received from the Dee Dental team throughout has been amazing, i highly recommend that if you have misaligned teeth and gaps like i had, definite step in here, you wont regret it and possibly one of the best decisions you will make. Previous Review: Dee and the whole team are amazing, everyone is lovely and really attentive and very professional, I’m about to embark on a treatment course for Invisalign and when I first walked in I was really nervous, but in mins all my nerves were laid to rest, I’m so glad I came here to Dee Dental to start that journey.

Fantastic experience: Like many people I have always dreaded going to the dentist but with Dee Dental I felt at ease straight away. The staff are so caring and make you feel like it's OK to be afraid and your not being silly. I have had a few treatments now at Dee Dental and almost cancelled at one point I was so nervous but after a quick chat with Dina I felt confident it was going to be OK. Negative experience: After I read the reviews about this dental, I decided to go for an examination because I have tiny holes in my tooth without pain. So after the examination, the doctor told me we need to do filling for 4 tooths and all that will cost me £ 605, and I said ok. After one week I start feeling pain every time I drink and eat, I thought it will be temporary but it still for 3 weeks so I decided to check if there is a space for me in the dental near me and it was so I booked an appointment with it for a check-up and the doctor told me the filling wasn't good because he did an x-ray for the 4 tooths and find that. I will not be returning to this dental clinic due to the poor service and high prices. I initially paid £700 for incorrect treatment, which forced me to spend even more money at my current dentist to fix the issues. I’m not going to repeat this scenario again. I find it surprising that you are responding to my review after two years, inviting me to return, and only now apologizing. This clearly shows that you don’t truly care about your patients.

Fantastic experience: So, I've had a few problems with my NHS dentist so I decided to bite the bullet and try somewhere else. After a glowing recommendation from a friend, I decided to try Dee dental. All I can say is, Wow. For the first time in several years, I felt like my issues were listened to, and options offered. Dee was outstanding and although I found myself crying my eyes out, I felt no judgement. So far, I've just had my initial consultation, however, I'm excited to get the first round of treatment started, so I can move on from my dental nightmare. Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your practice. My primary reason for attending was to obtain teeth whitening trays, and I made it clear from the outset that this was my sole interest. However, I was informed that an examination would be required to assess my teeth. During this examination, I was told that X-rays were necessary, but at no point was I informed that this would incur an additional charge of £30. Following the examination, I was advised that I required further treatment before being eligible for the whitening trays. Throughout this process, I was subjected to persistent upselling of a more expensive whitening product, which I declined. Despite this, I was then informed that I would not be provided with the whitening trays unless I agreed to the additional treatments. Furthermore, I was asked to pay £30 for the X-rays, which I had not requested, and which were not made clear as an additional cost beforehand. As a result, I feel that I have paid £70 for services and products I neither requested nor received. I am still awaiting a call back from the manager, as I was told she was "too busy to see me at the time." I find this lack of professionalism and communication unacceptable, especially considering the unsatisfactory experience overall. I also want to note that the cleanliness and overall condition of the practice left much to be desired, further diminishing my confidence in the services provided.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the most caring, professional dentists in the local area. I would say just Paisley buy Dr Dinah and her team are amazing, if you are looking for your smile to be improved or for NHS work with fillings etc then I love this place and the team are amazing... This is for 2024 yes I am still a patient and Dinah is wonderful, the rest of the girls chloe etc are very attentive but Sam who does the Implants basically went above and beyond with me this year with a previous dentist really messing up a root canal and therefore my bone eroded across 4 teeth which with any other dentist this would have been a hospital visit but nope Dee Dental was brill.. Plus Dinah is a great woman and full of fun...

Negative experience: Spent over £2500 getting composite bonding and crowns. 3 white spots cane out on my front tooth i got the bonding on and looks worse than before they started. Phoned and they refused to even look at it without charging me more. Disgraceful

Negative experience: I decided to go private with the dental practise as they sold me what I would say a 'dream'. The people who work there are really lovley but the prices are absoultey shocking and what you get told isnt what you think happens. I didnt even get the right amount refunded to me. Please make sure to do your reaserch and dont do what I did and jump straight into something without finding out more details. I have now went to a different practise and got priced half of what Dee dental offered me.

Negative experience: EDIT - If you look at all the less than savoury reviews Dee Dental simply refuse to acknowledge you as a patient however we are all aware that is not the truth, don’t go here guys it’s money over morales . Please save your money and do your research and go elsewhere. Had the most traumatic time of my life due to Dentist Dinah Nasaan. Was talked into treatment totally unsuitable for myself but trusting a trained professional I went ahead. I will now have to spend the rest of my life paying to rectify the state of my mouth. Left me with missing teeth after the birth of my baby with absolutely 0 sympathy or compassion after I had spent all my savings for a nice smile. I am now left with irreparable damage and PTSD, I have anxiety and constant nightmares about the whole ordeal. Thanks to Dee Dental I have a lifetime of dental correction ahead of me

Negative experience: Update: Unfortunately the end of my Invisalign story was not good. Whist having the attachments removed many of my teeth were chipped and cracked and the permanent damage to my teeth, including increased and painful sensitivity, was not acknowledged and repairs are out of my own pocket. I’m so disappointed this is how it turned out. I still have bite issues as my teeth have been settling and though I paid for a comprehensive plan with unlimited trays, I now need to go find another dentist to finish my Invisalign as I’ve lost trust in the integrity and honesty of this practice. There has been no responsibility taken by Dee Dental for this dental negligence. However I found Anthony and his dental nurse and all the ladies on reception to be brilliant, helpful, compassionate and communicative. The two stars are for them. If you decide to go here then it would be good to get an independent assessment of your teeth prior to starting Invisalign. I hope no one else has as much unnecessary damage and pain inflicted on them. Original review: A great experience from the start with prompt communication, friendly and welcoming staff and high quality dental care from Dinah. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and experienced no pain and a quick recovery. I’m looking forward to continuing my dental journey with you all and to working with Dinah whose work is excellent! I feel I am getting the best dental plan I could hope for. Thank you all!!!

The removal of attachments is a standard procedure, carried out with care to avoid any harm to enamel. Additionally, some bite settling is expected post-treatment, which is why retainers and follow-up guidance are provided to maintain your results.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Been a great experience so far, feels like a step up from most dentists inside looks very professional. You get a detailed treatment plan so you know exactly what you need done with plenty of options to go about it. Negative experience: Beware, left my partner who just had a filling, with a sharp piece of filling cutting his tongue. Phoned to get it looked at and wanted to charge £61. It was them who caused the issue absolute disgrace. Told them to send me t&cs and complaints process and for manager to call as yet nothing. Based on previous reviews i will be reporting them to the regulator, i wont let this go! Prices are extortionate and for a terrible service

Negative experience: I'm telling you straight, you need to take a long hard look at your pricing £729 to pull some nerves! Seven hundred and twenty-nine quid! plus £90 for an emergency appointment. I need to work two weeks just to make that kind of money. I get that private dentistry is pricey, but this is just outrageous. My mate got the same procedure done last week for £300, including the check-up! What gives? The massive difference in cost.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care from the whole team, from coffee to treatment. The whole practice is spotlessly clean I felt reassured that everything had been done to minimise the risk of infection when I walked into the treatment room and everything was covered making it look like a operation room. I still have my implants to be put in after the waiting period is over for the healing process. I look forward to going back and would highly recommend them. The only drawback for me was the stairs as I have mobility issues.
