Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and have had two sessions with Alex, the first a check up and todays a mega session to fix a few broken teeth, including one massive filling. Alex was superb, totally professional (along with his assistant) and made you feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone there including the reception ladies have been top class. Very pleased indeed.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely petrified of going to the dentist. I have to be sedated to have any work done. Yesterday I needed to see a dentist as I was in pain and was suggested Swalecliffe Dental Centre. The dentist i saw was great! He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He spoke through everything before he did it and was very empathetic towards my fear. I have decided now that I will be going back to him and no longer have to wait to get an appointment with a hospital to be sedated.

Fantastic experience: Alex is far the best dentist I have ever seen! The last dentist was a butcher and put me off going to see a dentist. Alex done a root canal and a filling and I never felt a thing not even the local anaesthetic injection. Great calm, happy place!

Fantastic experience: A trip to the dentist can be filled with some anxiety!But The receptionist welcomes with a cheery welcome and aswell as being very organised,and patient.,There is laughter jokes and smiles! Fantastic experience: We changed dentists from another and this was my 10 year old son’s first visit. He was very nervous and the staff were brilliant. He felt reassured and safe and they explained everything in terms he could understand. The receptionist (Sharon) was amazing too!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Kaur for a few years now and have a fair few problems with my teeth due to low immunity. She treats me like an individual and personalises my plan to maximise my benefit and always considered the risks of surgery on me who is a pretty complex patient. She gives me all the time and reassurance when I have questions or concerns and is always very professional, kind, pragmatic and the dental nurses and receptionist Sharon are all lovely too. I consider myself to be very lucky to be an NHS patient there and I trust them fully. Update - 20.02.25 Just an update as I can’t seem to get a new review up. Since my previous appointment I have had a couple of appointments with the most down to earth, professional and kind dentist. I think the nurse assistant was Amy, who also was entirely professional, welcoming and made the whole experience a walk in the park. I am a fairly relaxed person with a high pain threshold but even during treatment/dental work, I am never phased and this is largely down to the staff who are not only brilliant at their jobs but also kind, patient, reassuring and also really easy to talk to communicate with comfortably. I am very lucky! Finally, the receptionist with red in her hair is so on the ball, proactive, polite, welcoming and professional whilst engaging in conversation with patience to establish positive working relationships. Thank you all.

Negative experience: Today January 20/01/2025 at 10.30am I had an appointment with Swalecliff Dentist according to the txt i recieved it was in Minster. So I checked out the bus timetable and arrived at 10.15 am. On reporting reception I informed the young lady of my appointment. To be told there is nothing showing and asked my date of birth.She changed her persona at that moment. Not sure if it flags up I’m unemployed which I am after over 40 years of working. I felt that I was discriminated.She the told me to call Sheerness branch to see if it was there. I politely asked if she could call for me. The reply was I’m too busy not even sorry Im too busy. So having no choice I called Sheerness branch and waited for half an hour on hold and decided to choose the leave a message option. I then had to get another bus back to my home in Sheerness. Having paid out for two trips now and I’m still no wiser to my appointment.

Positive experience: Helpful friendly reception staff, Mr. Desania is a very good dentist who cares about his patients and does his best to inflict as little discomfort as possible.

He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. The tooth was so good that you cannot tell it’s been replaced. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me.
