Positive experience: When I had treatment the Dentist I saw was really nice and gentle during treatment. The reception staff was very kind and friendly too. They responded and took on board feedback I gave regarding issues with contacting the practice by phone for emergency treatment and the difficulties getting through which I appreciated as this can be a great cause of stress for patients, for acknowledging it and for the good practice when attending the clinic I’ve given a higher review and glad and grateful to be registered with them.

Fantastic experience: FINALLY I now have a Dentist who takes NHS! ALL of the Staff were warm and friendly and very quick to make one feel relaxed and at ease. This applies to EVERYONE I interacted with from the awesome Reception Staff, the lovely Dental Nurse and to my Dentist, Omar, who was also very good at explaining everything in a friendly, clear and concise manner.
