Fantastic experience: I had a front tooth extracted by Gemini with a view to an implant. The tooth had broken off so it was a tricky procedure. I was a little concerned beforehand as I was worried about pain, swelling and bruising and visions of having to wear a mask for a few days! My worries were unfounded as I was able to wear the little denture I already had to hide the gap!! It is the first time I have had treatment from Gemini. I had absolutely no after effects and I was more than happy with the treatment. I have every confidence in her skills and her assistant Mo, moving forward, to having the implant. Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed this morning by Gemini and her assistant Leatrice. Everything had been explained in a previous consultation appointment so I knew what to expect. It all went well, very quick, so much easier than I had anticipated. I won't worry if I have to have any more teeth taken out in the future. Gemini is lovely, very kind and concerned, and clearly very competent. I can highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I've avoided the dentist for over 10 years due to a horrendous experience at another practice. After awful toothache I had to be seen and registered at Two Mile Ash. Today I had a wisdom tooth out and met Gemini and Mo, they're simply amazing. I didn't feel anything, not even the dreaded needle. Gemini is the most wonderful dentist, she is funny, engaging and listened to my concerns. She explained everything and talked me through the procedure all whilst Mo was organising everything in the background like clockwork. My dental fear is now over and I'm actually excited to have a filling soon and I cannot believe I'm saying that. Thank you Gemini and Mo you're the best!!

Fantastic experience: I had to have yet another tooth out just over a week ago, after a crown fell out and wasn't able to be replaced. It was a tricky extraction as the crown was on a post originally and there was no visible tooth left. I was feeling rather apprehensive, having been made aware that I may need to have my gum cut to be able to do the extraction. Plus I really don't like the injection into my palate. Gemini was lovely and took the time to comfort and reassure me every step of the way. She talked me through everything from beginning to end, clear instructions for aftercare etc. She somehow managed to get the rest of the tooth out with the need for cutting the gum which was a real bonus. If you have to have an extraction that is not straightforward, I thoroughly recommend Gemini and her assistant Mo to put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I am a relatively new patient here as my previous practice could not perform the procedure, which was a tooth extraction. Well to sa I was nervous and anxious before going to the dentist is an understatement. From the begining Gemini & Mo were amazing, the inital consultation was very clear, they took time to ensure I knew what problems I had and the best approach to address it. The day of the extraction I was super anxious still, however from the moment I entered the treatment room I was met with calm and friendly team. The actual extraction was much quicker and less painful than I had convinced myself. The process was exactly how it was described, with Gemini constantly asking if I needed a break, which I didn't. As a middle-aged woman, I object to being talked to like an incompetent teenager and although I am willing to visit the hygienist as often as necessary, I don't like to be lectured. Every single member of staff at this practice has treated me with respect and kindness. I am delighted to have found this practice and would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients of David Sawyer at TMA since we moved to Milton Keynes in September 1985 and became accustomed to a high quality of professionalism, efficiency and care. They have always treated us as people, not numbers on a profit and loss account. After we moved to Towcester in August 2016, David announced his decision to retire and we thought that presented the ideal opportunity to move to a Towcester practice. After several weeks of rank incompetence at one practice here and attempted highway robbery by another, we decided to go back to TMA and I am delighted to say that they have welcomed us with open arms. I just didn't realise how good TMA is in absolute terms as for over three decades it was our norm with nothing to benchmark against. Benchmarking has been done, and TMA comes out on top. I do strongly object, however, to its recent unilateral moving of the goalposts in terms of what the longstanding DenPlan arrangement covers. I am not entirely sure why we should continue with the arrangement when it no longer covers the additional necessary treatment that we signed up for some 25 years or so ago.

Negative experience: Wasted my time and money - they didn’t tell me they had no room left on their books until after charging me for a check up and taking lots of X-rays which I’ve been told by my new dentist are no good.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist for three years as we have been shielding and eventually ventured out to see Karrar Yassin a few weeks ago. I ended up needing just one filling. What an absolutely gentle, kind and understanding dentist Karrar is. He coped with my nerves wonderfully, put me at ease and I have a filling in my back tooth I have totally forgotten about. Fantastic experience: I went to see Alex to have a tooth removed and I was extremely anxious about it due to a bad experience a few years ago.Alex was amazing , she put me at ease straight away and thoroughly checked my mouth was numb .She extracted the large molar with no pain and I know if I have to have any more teeth extracted I would definitely go to her .It was an amazing experience .Thank you Alex you are the best dentist I have ever been to and I would highly recommend you .

We continue to be very happy with the service we receive each time. Both the dental treatment and the hygienist appointments are always excellent, and treatment carried out with care and kindness.

Dr Gemini Parmar was amazing- so calm and reassuring and professional, as was her assistant. I needed a difficult tooth extraction and I'm an extremely nervous and anxious patient and Dr Parmar really took care of me and was extremely patient and kind. This really is a fantastic practice, with a fantastic team.

Came here and had a stubborn tooth extraction, but Gem was brilliant and comforted me through the whole thing despite the fear, had no pain at all during the extraction as it was done so professionally and cleanly. Negative experience: Fantastic staff, very friendly and professional, easy to get an appointment and the surgery is clean and modern. Unfortunately the terms and conditions of Denplan have changed overnight so that it's no longer a subscription for checkups, hygeinist and any normal dental problems (excluding cosmetic work, that's always been understood) now only the basics are included, anything else is now charged for.

Fantastic experience: I had bad toothache, worse every day, for a week. I had been warned by my usual dentist, closer to my home, that if this tooth gave trouble it would have to be extracted. On Monday morning I was in agony and started phoning my regular dentist from the moment they opened at 08:30. It took me till after 09:00 to speak to somebody, who then told me there were no more emergency appointments that day and I must phone again next day. So in desperation I phoned Two Mile Ash Dental & Implant Clinic in Milton Keynes, where I had been a patient years before. The phone was answered immediately, I was offered two altetnative times for an emergency appointment that same day, and I was offered useful advice on what to eat etc. I got to Two Mile Ash Clinic at 4:50. By 5:50 Dentist Kapil and Assistant Mo had removed my tooth. This was all done in a veey professional but caring and supportive manner, which helped me a lot as I was extremely anxious about my first ever extraction. Methinks I will be returning to Two Mile Ash as a regular patient again.

Negative experience: On June 3rd, I was experiencing intense tooth pain, so I reached out to this clinic for help. During the phone call, I inquired about booking an emergency consultation and expressed my concern regarding the possibility of needing a filling or root canal treatment. I specifically asked if it would be possible for the doctor to perform the procedure on the same day. The receptionist confidently confirmed that it could indeed be done. Encouraged by this assurance, I proceeded to book the appointment by paying a deposit of £20. So far, so good. When I arrived at the clinic, I explained my situation, emphasizing the urgent need for a filling or root canal. The dentist suggested taking an X-ray to assess the condition of my tooth thoroughly. Together, we proceeded with the X-ray, and she carefully examined the image. After a thorough evaluation, she presented me with two options: a root canal, which she did not have the necessary preparation for, or an extraction, which she was capable of performing. However, I expressed my preference for a root canal. Understanding my concerns, the dentist agreed to send the X-ray to their partner, who is an experienced specialist in this area. They assured me that I would be contacted within the week with a comprehensive treatment plan and associated costs. During my visit, the dentist also prescribed amoxicillin to address any bacterial infection present in my tooth. They promptly directed me to the receptionist to pay for the consultation and obtain the prescribed medication. Although I left the clinic feeling somewhat disappointed due to the uncertainty surrounding my treatment plan, I returned home with the necessary prescription Concerned about my tooth pain and the potential expiration of my NHS medication (codipar and naproxen), I decided to call the clinic on Monday for an update. I explained my situation to the receptionist, who genuinely apologized for any inconvenience caused. She informed me that I would have to wait for an email from the partner doctor, which could take up to two weeks. Although this news was disheartening, she reassured me that a solution would be provided “soon” However, after four days without any updates, I decided to seek a second opinion from another dentist. This dentist promptly conducted an X-ray like the other did,and confirmed the necessity of a root canal treatment upon seeing the deep cavity. They efficiently provided a detailed treatment plan, including the price and the number of subsequent visits required, without any complications or delays. I believe it is essential for whatever professionals to be truthful and transparent with their patients. If they are unable to perform a specific procedure or lack the necessary expertise, it is crucial not to provide misleading information , if I knew that I would never book the emergency appointment with them. As patients, we seek emergency appointments because we are in urgent need of a solution. Tooth pain is undoubtedly one of the most excruciating experiences, and timely and accurate treatment is crucial. I am grateful to the other dentist for their prompt and efficient service, providing me with a clear plan for my treatment without any unnecessary delays or uncertainties. Note: I’m not saying they are bad professionals, I had not chance to know, they said if in the future I need some check up come back in the clinic, the problem was: I was needing something more urgent and specifically ,unfortunately they didn’t provide that to me,

Negative experience: I booked an appointment, it was the same day actually. I think the receptionist didn’t like me or had issue with me turning up. She was extremely rude to me. She was so angry I left the premises without being attended to. As I was leaving she called me a foolish man. I have no idea why the receptionist will treat me like that. I left without requesting for a refund. She is the black receptionist with the yellow tooth.

Negative experience: I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones but this one I feel is necessary. Having used them for the last few years for cleanings, a filling and then a full root canal when my filling fell out a year later (yes fell out, no I have never had that happen before and I have a couple other fillings done in the USA) I can say I would not recommend using this dentists office. The people who work their are verity lovely but I am going to the dentist to check on my oral health not make friends. I just went to another dentist in the area and the difference in how I was evaluated has been night and day, at the new dentist they picked up on things my dentist at Two Mile Ash dentist either missed or didn’t think it was pertinent to tell me.

Everyone at reception so friendly and helpful, Alex who I saw initially was lovely and made me feel at ease, and especially Gemini and Mo who did an extraction whilst grappling with my fear of dentists and a nasty infection. Fantastic experience: We are relatively new to this practice, but our experience with two different dentists has been outstanding. My older son needed to see a dentist on an emergency basis, at short notice. Not only did they fit us in on a Saturday afternoon in August, the whole team went above and beyond. Anita on the front desk is possibly the most smiley person I’ve ever met! Gemini - the dentist - was so kind and reassuring to my 14 year old son. Highly recommended.

I have a phobia about dentists, but I had to have a tooth removed and it was pain free. The dentist and her assistant were first class and really attentive. Negative experience: Avoid this dentist. Once this was sold onto portman, I was changed to a new dentist for virtually each 6 month check up, and was seen on time probably twice. Finally left after being told that they only have one denplan dentist and can't see any other. Why? Well the new dentist was 30 minutes late seeing us, rushed us through, and declared that my wife has severe gum disease to bump her payments higher. Funnily enough when we changed to a different dentist, they completely disagreed.

Fantastic experience: I have recently seen Karrar, who did a great job of fixing a broken tooth - he has a very calm manner and is a wonderful Dentist! Everyone you meet at this Dental surgery is friendly and professional, from the lovely receptionists through to the Dental assistants, they all make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have been going there for years now and feel like a valued customer. I would recommend them all!

Fantastic experience: This morning I successfully underwent a surgical tooth extraction completed by Gemini. Although no one ever looks forward to having a tooth removed, I do have to portray how excellent Gemini was, she offered such a calm and extremely friendly presence. She also politely explained the process and the aftercare. The standard of the procedure was outstanding and considering what this entails, I was pain free throughout and finished in well under and hour. Fantastic experience: The dentist, Kapil, and dental nurse were both excellent. I was nervous about the procedure but they made me feel comfortable, explaining everything that was happening and carrying out the procedure quickly so I was not in too much discomfort. While it's never that fun going to the dentist I would say this was as good an experience as possible! Reception team are also very friendly and it is very quick and easy to get appointments which fit around your schedule.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a good dental patient, so when I first received treatment from Dr Yassin I knew I would keep going back to him. He is so calm and talked me through everything as he was doing it, which really helped put me at ease. I have total trust in him as he works on my teeth, which is really important as you sit there in the chair with your mouth clamped open!!! For anyone who wants a professional, calm and friendly dentist, Dr Yassin is your man. The dental practice as a whole is small and really friendly. The whole process was carried out with complete empathy for myself as the patient and everything went without a hitch.
