Negative experience: Went to check my broken filling, they made me do the cleaning which was totally unnecessary. Then during the cleaning my that exact tooth was drilled more than necessary which started giving me biting pain. So they took an xray and asked me to do root canal because their mistake. I did the root canal from somewhere else as I don’t wanted to mess up my tooth again with them with those expensive prices. But even after 3 repeated root canals in last 2 years the pain never went away. Very expensive prices and learning dentists. Please stay away from this place.

Negative experience: Lack of communication between different dentists between different dental studios regarding my case. I have never been checked or seen by so many different dentists after only a few visits. So will change into a much smaller place who will have less employees and who will see to my case closely enough

Fantastic experience: I had the best dental hygiene ever this week. I am a dentist myself and my partner has always been my Dentist until he retired. It was with much reluctance that I finally saw someone else for my dental hygiene. My teeth are always sensitive and he could never use the ultrasonic scaler on me. Rachel and her nurse Sarah were exceptional – Sarah was very gentle with her suction and I barely felt it. Rachel is an amazing hygienist - she wears dental loupes so she can see everything clearly, she disclosed my teeth to show me areas where I could clean better, she then use the airflow machine on me to remove all my stain – it was really gentle but I could feel how effective it was. It’s so good that your teeth feel squeaky clean with all the stain removed without needing them polished, which used to make them sensitive afterwards in my case. She then used the ultrasonic cleaner which I was hesitant about because I usually have sensitivity – it was magical! She used it without any problems because her machine uses warm water so my teeth weren’t sensitive – it’s like having a Jacuzzi in your mouth – strangely so comforting! She finished off with a hand scale for the tiny finishing touches. And voila, an absolutely thorough dental hygiene where my teeth are beautifully white again, with not a lick of pain. And this was all while laying back in a very comfortable chair, watching drone footage over the Maldives and French Polynesia – I felt like I was on a beach somewhere exotic. Thank you so much to the team. This hygiene is worth every penny!

My hygienist Rachel, has done an excellent job cleaning my teeth twice now, walking me through the process each time and provides sound advice i have duly taken away. Negative experience: They have made nothing but asked to pay for the appointment. They’ve sent me by mistake to the wrong doctor. But it doesn’t matter for them. Promised to make a discount next time I’ve been stressed out. Spent more than 2 hours in clinic arguing with staff. They were forcing me to pay, undermined my mental health. I will edit my review to answer: my case is not unique - I needed to re-fix my temporary crown. I visited my dentist in Ukraine 2 months ago. It’s a very simple case but you couldn’t sort it. I told you I don’t need any discounts I will pay everything after you fix it. You can’t be surprised to my review because you’ve sent me the link and asked about feedback. And now you are answering not for me but for your clients and other people who will read it. Lying is the worst strategy. You refused me to provide further assistance. My clinic said you were upset because of the review. But it’s true. If you need evidences we have it. You were recommended to my clinic. You could say sorry it would be enough but you are using lie trying to protect your reputation.

Negative experience: I am not one to write negative reviews but I have had such a poor experience with the orthodontic part of this practice that I feel obligated to post something. I came into this practice in mid-August to get retainers made for my existing bite and to get an invisalign consult. My teeth were previously straightened with multiple rounds of braces by an orthodontist in the US but I lost my retainers a couple of years ago and have since had some minor crowding on my bottom teeth. A recap of my first appointment - Impressions were done with a digital device to prepare the retainers and I got xrays and pictures to get an invisalign treatment quote. This all seemed very straightforward until I was given an $8,000+ quote for what would only be 6 months of treatment. How could such a small change that would only require 6 months of treatment be considered the most intense and expensive invisalign treatment available? I was also told that space would need to be created between every single tooth on my lower jaw despite having existing space between teeth because of my previous orthodontic treatment to straighten my teeth. I paid for the invisalign consult as is standard here in the UK but knew I would not be moving forward with the treatment. That's okay, I thought, I will just take my retainers and use those until I am ready to get the treatment to restraighten my teeth elsewhere. I was told my retainers would only take a day or two to make and I was traveling 3 days after my appointment so this seemed to be okay. Fast forward a couple of days and the retainers were not ready. This was fine with me as I would be returning from my trip two weeks later which the orthodontist had assured me would still be totally fine and that they would just be a bit "snug". I booked an appointment to get my retainers fitted the day after I returned from my trip. On the day of the fitting appointment, I received a call from the receptionist letting me know that the retainers still weren't ready it would be another couple of days. This ended up being another 4 days. I had already paid for the retainers during my first appointment so at this point I was incredibly annoyed. When the retainers finally arrived and I showed up for the fitting appointment, the top retainer HARDLY fit into my mouth. The orthodontist struggled to get it on my teeth for a good 10 minutes and when she finally was able to place it, it was incredibly tight and painful. She said this was fine and would get better in a few days but I was never able to use the top retainer as I couldn't put it in my mouth after returning home. Since I paid for the xrays and diagnostic quote, I reached out to the practice yesterday (November 21) asking for a copy of my xrays. Not only did my email go answered (and it has now been over 24 hours), I called the office to ask for this and the receptionist said she would email everything on file. I also had to call and select 1 for the new patient line to get someone to answer the phone. I waited an hour, saw nothing come through my email and called the office again. They proceeded not to answer the phone when I attempted to call three separate times. When I called with my partner's cell phone, they immediately answered and when I asked again they told me "they recently changed systems and lost the xray." I asked if this was true for every patient and she said yes. Do yourself a favor and see literally any other orthodontist in the area. There are many with 4.8+ stars on google and this one is so not worth the headache or money. I can't speak to the dentists at this practice since I only saw the orthodontist so perhaps that team is better (and the reason for the 4.9 stars on google).

Negative experience: Inadequate Administrative Practices: I encountered challenges with the administration's efficiency. Initially, I received an inaccurate invoice which was subsequently rectified. Additionally, my deposit for a rescheduled appointment was not acknowledged as the administration contended that no initial deposit was made. Their automated email is too frequent and cumbersome Edit: It seems they have and AI system which instantly replies to negative reviews automatically (out of working hours). I’ve received no further correspondence from them

Negative experience: Dr Annie is a wonderful dentist as is Dr Patel but the administrative team is very poor. I have had appointments incorrectly booked on a number of occasions, most recently this Tuesday requiring me to rebook. I have not yet received my invoice by email, nor the appointment confirmation for the slot I had to reschedule, despite asking for it in person and by email. I am a doctor myself and feel my time is not valued and would be very disappointed if my own administrative staff performed at this level. I am so sorry to leave a review but given the lack of response to my emails I have no other choice.

Fantastic experience: Twice now, Dr Italo Moraes has gone beyond expectations for me. The first time was when I joined the dentist and had an initial check-up. On this occasion, he gave me a temporary emergency filling there and then. The second time, he somehow fitted me in against a busy schedule, so that it was suitable for my schedule. The reception staff Cristina, Daina and Asiba make you feel very relaxed, which is what I need. I have had a normal filling performed, and also a crown and both procedures were performed with care. Highly recommended.

Everyone at the practice is so nice and polite, and Dr Italo puts you at ease at the first sight.
