Fantastic experience: I found Blue Pearl in 2023 because they were nearby for me but didn’t realise that I’ve discovered a gem of a dentist practice! initially came for a cleaning and 2-year xrays and was super happy with the service provided and recommendations. They’re super helpful, always reachable. Flexible with appointments wherever possible and their reception is competent. I’ve had invisalign done and I am really thankful for the time they took to do corrections at the end and all the face-to-face appointments they were offering to make sure everything goes by plan. They are on the pricier side though, but I appreciate their price list on the website and they were always transparent regarding costs. I was never surprised by what I had to pay. They offer financing options as well.

Fantastic experience: I finished my treatment at Blue Pearl Clinic earlier in the year, going from not being able to take a bite of a pizza or a sandwich to having a closed bite which I am so happy about! It is life changing and I thank the team and Dr Jesus for all the work. I was really, really afraid of starting the treatment (7 theets extracted) and it has been difficult (and yes, painful) at times, but the team was always there to answer questions, offer support and alternatives. Today I love being able to eat properly, and I always thought this would have been impossible to achieve without surgery. So thank you so much everybody in Blue Pearl Dental Care !

Negative experience: Normally have good experience but my most recent visit was not good. Aggressive cleaning Left me in pain and swollen glands soon after. I actually jumped out of my chair in shock from the cleaning. This has never happened before. The dr I had this time was not very patient, rude and would not go back to see her. I will be speaking to the manager about her as this was an unacceptable experience.

Fantastic experience: Cured my fear! I'm have very sensitive teeth and am very nervous, but every time I come here I get more and more relaxed. My hygienist is very gentle and supportive. I have numbing gel just in case, but I'm not scared anymore . Only costs a few £ more than NHS and is totally worth it for the ambience alone. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional dental practice, highly recommended. I did my comprehensive invisalign treatment at Blue Pearl Dental. It lasted around 15 months and I'm very happy with the results, which exceeded my expectations! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Blue Pearl for checkups and cleaning for a few years but recently I also had an implant done with Dr Arie Yuffa. The experience was really good. We had to do extraction and bone graft before moving into the actual implant and the whole process was smooth and painless. Have not had a single issue and I am super happy with the quality of the work, the explanations throughout, the attention received... Everything!! Arie has great hands, and him as well as the rest of the staff are super nice and professional. Would totally recommend :)

Negative experience: I went to the clinic for a general check-up and had a rather unpleasant experience. The dentist seemed focused on promoting unnecessary treatments, presumably to inflate the overall cost of the plan. It appeared as if they receive commissions based on the recommended treatments. My initial purpose for the visit was to address a crown for a previously treated tooth. However, the dentist proposed adding three specialized visits, two additional crowns, and treatment for four cavities to my plan. This made me feel uncomfortable. In my opinion, it's crucial for dental clinics to prioritize building trust with their patients before suggesting extensive treatment plans

Positive experience: It's a good dentist but the admin and set up is a little sloppy sometimes. My refund for my appointment took 3 attempts after having followed instructions to send my details via whatsapp at first and then resorting to phone and email. Also i had a few appointments cancelled at short notice but i think this was covid related so not their fault. Overall a pleasant dentistry with good equipment.
