Fantastic experience: Who isn't petrified of the idea of having a wisdom tooth out. I sat in the chair expecting a traumatic experience. It wasn't. That is a combination of factors. Indra is a brilliant dentist. Alison is a brilliant nurse (full disclosure, she's my wife, but that's not influencing this review). Indra communicated every step before it happened (really important to me). I didn't feel a thing. Let's be honest, having a wisdom tooth out is nothing like going for cocktails, but if you prepare yourself, follow the post op rules (clean, rinse, anti inflammatories) it's ok, it heals and life will be good again. Fantastic experience: I've been a customer of Berwick Smile for about 10 years now and it is, by far, the best dentists I have ever experienced. The whole team do a fantastic job of being welcoming, friendly and supportive, with a real focus on excellent customer care by explaining everything about your treatment clearly (including reducing any fears that you may have!). The environment is super clean and well designed. I'm facing some health challenges at the moment and appreciate the team making an extra effort to accommodate my needs for appointment timings - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently moved to the area and, having always had a fear of the dentist, was always apprehensive of registering with someone new. The team at Berwick Smile have been great. The moment you walk through the door you are made welcome and put at ease (thank you Lewis!). I explained my fears and have been dealt with brilliantly by Lewis (a different one, the dentist) and the team. To get me to have through the door to have 3 fillings is no easy feat and I feel so much more relaxed about visiting the dentist. I highly recommend this team, thank you!

Negative experience: Not happy with the service it cost me £86 for an appointment then I was told a price for a filling then sent on my way went in with toothache came out with toothache still have toothache but now they want another £300 for a filling which I was quoted 130-150 and then I was told that they would check the price and get back to me 1 week later NOTHING !!!!!!!! terrible service
