Fantastic experience: A professional and caring service. Gabbi is an excellent professional.

Fantastic experience: While on vacation in London, a crown fell off and I went to Pall Mall Dental (with my crown luckily) to have it put back on. Picked them since they were close to our hotel and I was able to get an appt for same day. All went smoothly. The dentist did great job. He explained process for putting the crown back in place and let me know what was happening all the way through the procedure. He also took pictures and an xray so I could share with my dentist when I got back home. I was able to continue my vacation with tooth securely back in place.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Pall Mall Dental for my regular hygiene and dental checkups for many years as very convenient for work. The dentists and nurses are great and thorough and they never try to upsell treatments you don’t need or which are not proven to be effective. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with my bite wearing down my teeth, and it was starting to really affect me. Dr. Shayan recommended Invisalign followed by whitening, and the results have been fantastic. My teeth are now straighter, I can eat more comfortably, and I’m no longer damaging them the way I used to. The whole process was smooth and professional, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son is about to commence some dental work after an accident at home in Scotland. He’s residing and working in London and to take the pressure off him, I researched “dentist London” After much consideration / deliberation, I decided on Pall Mall dental based on the many positive reviews on google. Booked him in for an initial assessment and he was examined by Dr Soneji. He’s been excellent. I can’t praise him highly enough. An initial plan was put in place and this was subject to further discussions and fine tuning via email and a personal telephone call with Dr Soneji who spent a considerable amount of time going over the options available. I can’t praise them enough for the time and effort they have devoted to identifying the best way forward. He’s now looking forward to starting his dental journey with Dr Soneji.

Negative experience: Went there for the ultimate clean, my teeth were fine I just wanted them extra clean so I went with the most expensive choice. The practitioner didn’t clean my teeth properly at all just so I can pay more and come back again! It’s all about sales and not about your teeth! So disappointed there was not much difference. Please don’t trust everything you read!

Negative experience: An example of assembly line healthcare managed by robotic droids. Awful Reception staff. Having been a patient at the clinic for more than three years with regular bi-monthly hygiene visits I had called the clinic for an appointment the other day. I was told I needed to pay a deposit of 30 pounds to secure the appointment. I did not have my card handy and asked them to book my appointment and indicated I would call later. I was unable to call later but when I did call first thing next morning I was told the appointment had been cancelled as I had not paid the deposit before the end of the day. A minor event but it is reflective of the overwhelmingly greed and money centric private dental care in the UK. I mean at the very least the clinic could call a patient and say : "Hey we haven't received your deposit can you please pay if you wish to retain the appointment". Especially considering it's a patient who has been visiting for three years. Basically expect zero courtesy or consideration even if you have been a patient for years and spent a thousand plus. They do have a competent and friendly dentist and an excellent hygienist but the reception and manager team needs training in etiquette and common courtesy.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time with a Hygienist and they are much better at cleaning teeth than my own Dentist. I chose Charlotte and she was very friendly and thorough. I was very happy that she was gentle because usually when I get my teeth cleaned at the dentist, they hurt my gums. My teeth are super clean, smooth and brighter now. I'll definitely be going back in 6 months or so to maintain a healthy smile.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was lovely and very gentle with my teeth giving me tips about brushing my teeth and providing a great service. I would definitely come again and I felt that she actually cared about her work and customers. She communicated well with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Only downside is location of the practise- it took me ages to find from Leicester Square station.

Fantastic experience: After reading the positive reviews about this dental practice I decided to book an appointment with them. As it had been almost a whole year since my last teeth cleaning, I decided to book for an Ultra clean. My appointment was with a very nice lady called Charlotte. She was extremely professional, friendly , polite and made me feel very welcome. It was as if I was a regular patient there and felt very much at home. The receptionist was also very polite and welcoming. Charlotte gave me a very good dental cleaning experience and I felt brand new when she had finished. The whole experience from start to finish was top knotch and I could not have asked for a better service. I will definitely be going back to this dental practice as I felt that they knew what they were doing and at no point was I pushed or prompted to get any other work done ( which sometimes can be very off putting). Instead, I was given some good teeth care advice to follow which I will be doing. All in all, I was very happy with the treatment given and would have gladly paid more than the fee asked. I will be booking a teeth whitening appointment very soon now that I have first hand experience of how professional this dental practice is. Big thank you to Charlotte for the excellent service she provided. 10/10.

When I arrived, reception had the forms I need to complete ready so updating my details was easy. Charlotte gave my teeth a comprehensive cleaning - which is not easy with my over-crowded mouth - and also gave me some excellent advice. I highly recommend the service.
