Fantastic experience: My first visit to this lovely dental practice and I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I’d booked in to see Janayd for a check up and am a very nervous patient but his calm and professional manner was very helpful. He was very gentle, understanding and thorough during the examination. I’ll be seeing the hygienist in a couple of weeks time and have scheduled a check up for 6 months. I don’t think anyone wants to visit the dentist but I can recommend this one.

Fantastic experience: From first contact Salaman and his team have been amazing. A slight fear of dental appointments due to a bad experience elsewhere years ago meant I had not had any dental checkups or appointments for over 10 years but a tooth was causing problems and needed to be dealt with! Salaman was recommended to me and made me feel at ease instantly. The whole process (booking and attending) has been easy and stress free! Obviously having the offending tooth removed was not pleasant but the practices modern tranquil feel and the teams calming influence made the experience more than bearable. Almost looking forward to continuing my treatment plan now! Salaman has removed my problem twofold; a problem tooth and my fear of dental treatment dismissed. He has now passed me over to his colleagues to continue my treatment plan so I hopefully have a something to really be happy to smile about! The prices are very reasonable in my opinion and worth every penny for the experience and the personal treatment received. Thank you Silsoe Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am in the process of having an implant. I was nervous but I needn't have been. Rahat and Salaman, the owner were in attendance and were brilliant, also the lovely nurse. This clinic is second to none. The technology is so impressive and the expertise is brilliant. George, the hygienist did the best job, cleaning my teeth that I've ever had. Julie, the receptionist, is very welcoming and knowledgeable and I am so pleased that I became a patient.Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: Didn't have a current Dentist and needed an appointment for a problem urgently, they was very polite and helpful and gave me an appointment the very next day. Everything was explained to me very clearly and with detail about needed to happen. I'm currently in the middle of this process but very happy so far.

Fantastic experience: 50 years of being scared of dentists to the point I removed two of my own teeth rather the pay one a visit which was the cause of me having to visit them today to remove the infected roots They went above and beyond to help even staying open late to see me no pain root quickly removed I feel an idiot I cannot recommended them any higher

Fantastic experience: I first contacted Silsoe Dental Clinic in May 2025 to enquire about seeing a gum specialist. From the very first phone call, Julie was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended that I first book an appointment with George Duffey, Dental Hygienist and Therapist, before pursuing a specialist consultation. At the time, I was in a very distressed state due to ongoing gum disease and a recent tooth extraction carried out by a previous dentist, whose aftercare had unfortunately left me feeling neglected and unsupported. In contrast, Julie’s compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident moving forward with Silsoe Dental. Although I am usually seen under the NHS at another practice, this was my first time seeking private dental care—and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. George provided an exceptional level of care, combining thorough treatment with clear, detailed explanations of each step. He even used visual aids on the computer to help me better understand my condition and the treatment plan. His passion for his work, professionalism, and expertise are truly unmatched. Thanks to George’s care, my gums have significantly improved, and I finally feel like I am on the right path to recovery. Fantastic experience: I honestly cant rate this clinic and the Biggleswade one highly enough. The treatment, compassion and kindness I have received from everyone, particularly Dr Salaman, has been second to none. For nearly 5yrs I have had extremely swollen gums and excessive bleeding. I have been to 3 different local dentists in that time and they all wanted to slice my gums open which I didnt allow. Dr Salaman is the only who identified my Blood pressure meds as the reason for the swelling and bleeding, and put a plan in place. Within a few days of stopping the meds the bleeding had stopped and the swelling has started to slowly go down. Today, due to a crown coming off a split tooth under the swollen gum, Dr Salaman fitted me in quickly, extracted the tooth, stitched the gum and also removed some of the swollen gum. I wasn't expecting to have all this done today but it has worked out perfect as I didnt have time to worry about it! Due to the bad experiences ive had with many dentists, along with aneasthetic wearing off, I am very nervous going to the dentist, but Dr Salamn was so patient, kind and kept checking i was okay throughout the treatment. Julie on reception has been very helpful and kind, both in providing me with instructions on how to get to the surgery and where to park, but also making sure I was okay before I left the surgery and saying I can call her if I have any concerns. I honestly don't believe you will find a better dentist in terms of the treatment, care, kindness, cleanliness and affordability.

Negative experience: Can't fault the dentists themselves, but the admin team is another matter. Julie mucked up our son's treatment plan, then somehow felt it was appropriate to lie to us repeatedly about it! If, like us, you feel that it's important to be able to trust your healthcare providers, then this is probably not the practice for you. Please note: Silsoe Dental states in their reply to our review that they offered us a free of charge appointment - this is not true! More lies! :(

Fantastic experience: From Julie on Reception to George the hygienist, and dentists Salaman and Raha, my experience with this clinic has been exceptionally good. The facility is clean and modern. I have never needed more than basic services so far, but have never felt pushed to choose anything more. All the staff are polite, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They have all provided excellent advice in their own areas of expertise. Their IT systems enable Silsoe Dental Clinic to be efficient, but the team is also human enough to override them when necessary.

Fantastic experience: I recently had two dental implants fitted by Salaman, and the entire process from start to finish was professional, personable, and reassuring. From my initial consultation, I felt very well informed—X-rays were taken to determine if I was a good candidate, and everything was explained clearly. During the procedure, Salaman and his team were excellent, always checking if I was okay and explaining each step. When my initial implants were fitted, I was advised to return if they ever felt loose, and true to their word, when I called at 2 pm one day with a concern, I was seen by 4 pm the same afternoon. Their commitment to patient care is outstanding—you really feel like nothing is too much trouble. Julie on reception is lovely and sets the tone for the whole practice with her warm and friendly nature. The whole team creates a welcoming and professional environment. Now that my treatment is complete, I feel amazing—I can finally smile fully again! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering implants and will definitely return for any future dental work.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately my dentist does not do implants . Researched several websites and this practice came out tops. What an experience, on entering the practice it was spotless and very hygienic. The introduction to Dr.Salaman Iqbal was very informative. While doing the extraction he informed me every part of the procedure. I was nervous as this was my first visit , But when I go back for further treatment I'll have no worries. If you're looking for a dentist I would certainly recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I found Silsoe Dental Clinic. I have always suffered with really bad dental anxiety due to previous bad experiences and due to this I hadn’t visited a dentist for years. I am really glad I plucked up the courage and booked my appointment with Silsoe Dental Clinic. Salaman put me right at ease and I instantly felt calm and less anxious. He went through in detail what treatments I would need and a plan was set in place. I then went back and had my root canal treatment something that I was absolutely dreading but in the end it was not bad at all. Salaman put me at such ease and explained everything that he was going to be doing during the treatment and made sure I was okay through out. I now don’t feel nervous or stressed going to the dentist. Also Julie on reception is really friendly and chatty.

Fantastic experience: After my childhood dentist retired, I’ve had poor experiences at a few dentists which put me off going for some time: I was recommended Silsoe and have recently been three times, for a checkup and subsequent filling with Dr Shan and then a hygienist appointment with George. Both, along with the whole team at the surgery are amazing, explain what they are doing and why, and completely put me at ease. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited for the first time today for a clean and a check up and I cant fault anything. I was quite nervous but everyone was really friendly and it was pain free! My appointments were on time too so I wasn't kept waiting.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional practice. From the receptionist to the dental nurses, the hygienist to dentist, everyone has been lovely and really put me at ease.
