Fantastic experience: I usually go to the dentist Vishali and always very happy with the treatment I receive. A Thorough check up and a detailed explanation of any issues. Last time she managed to find all my 3 root canals to treat though one was a bit a hit and miss and she was very thorough with the whole treatment. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with reception and management, but great dentist I had a really frustrating experience with the receptionist and manager at this clinic. During my initial call, I clearly stated that I am an NHS patient. The receptionist assured me that the necessary form would be completed when I arrived. However, once I got to the clinic, she told me nothing needed to be done and booked me in with a private dentist—without informing me or asking for approval regarding the pricing. When I explained the issue to the dentist, he was very understanding and acknowledged that it was the receptionist’s mistake. He remained professional and kind throughout, and honestly, he was the only positive part of this visit. Back at reception, I was told I had to pay. I asked to speak to the manager, who was incredibly rude, defensive, and unwilling to help in any way. I even requested that she review the recording of the initial call (which they claim is recorded for "quality assurance"), but she refused and simply said she trusts her receptionist. Really disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this clinic based on how poorly the front desk and management handled the situation, despite the good care from the dentist.

Negative experience: They are very unprofessional, staff on the front office is rude and doesn't want to listen to the customer. They change appointments every time you book. They never inform in time and reschedule appointments all the time.

Negative experience: Impossible to get through on the phone, especially in the mornings or after 5pm and beware of a certain dentist trying to get you to take all sorts of procedures you may or may not necessarily need. Be aware and good luck !
