Fantastic experience: Hi I visited, KATRINA KAUR at happy dental clinic. I was very amazed because the dentist was amazing.I went there because I had a very painful tooth ache for 3 to 4 days. She was very nice and explained every thing about my teeth’s condition. I chose to remove my teeth. She removed it without me even realising it was already taken out. I have been in the uk for 10 years and I have never met a dentist as good as her. She was such professional. I really recommend her!!

Negative experience: This dentist is the worst three time I been there for cleaning and treatment of my Teeth but every time he scared me that your dental will become very sensitive and you will be feel it for three day like too much excuses not yo treat it and put me in computer treatment done make a bill to nhs but actually no treatment done only dumping the bills to NHS another beware of the UC income Floor if it is suitable for you then click if not they will send a bill of £300 I will never recommend this dentist to any one becareful he is not careing you he is careing his bills to pass. No turn system in the screen that you can see your name for the next turn to the dentist. There steps going up to the dentist cabinet is very dangerous becarefull with that. The smell rough inside no fresh and clean environment

Negative experience: I never coming back no understanding The fact that they wasted my time cancelled two my appointments and had the audacity to say my NHS appointments are fully booked, just the fact I missed two appointments in a year my uncle passaway in London so hard on way there big accident on motorway I would Expect me two do Fly to them get Arrest I never coming back to Practice under recommend no one does And they said you can rejoin in a couple of months there no here to help It’s a shady business

Fantastic experience: Went for the start of having an implant felt very nervous but was immediately put at ease by the receptionist their manner was very polite and professional. the dentist I had my appointment with was Nikesh Farmah he was friendly, polite and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment he explained what was happening step by step, also gave me a phone call the next day to check on my progress followed up by an appointment at the surgery as well. Would highly recommend this Dental Surgery.

Negative experience: So my filling fall out mu mouth amd iv ben in pain since after 2.00 am can't sleep waiting for them to open for them to say they can't see me cause I miss my old appointment I told you all I suffer from cluster headaches it's not that easy for me to just walk on in the day light and wt they said don't make since to me you said you can't see me cause I miss my old appointment which was yesterday but you can see me as private it don't make since you can see my NHS but can see my private your just looking to make money from the same filling you put in my mouth that has now falling out!!!!!

Spoke about as much as we could in the 1st appointment, honestly looking forward to my next appointment next week. I appreciate the fact he listens and relates as best he can. Fantastic experience: I was previously a patient with Sohal Dental prior to it changing it's name to Hapi for over 25 years, which should speak for itself. Their staff turnover is very low which is demonstrated through their patient care and service. The team are small, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Over the years my needs have changed and Hapi Dental have been fantastic in their diagnostics and care advice (even during Covid which was challenging), saving me from tooth loss associated with medication side effects. I cannot praise them enough for this, they definitely went over and above to ensure I was supported through a pretty stressful experience. My doctors have changed over the years but the service delivery has been upheld and consistent with Dr Katrina Kaur whom I cannot recommend highly enough. She complements Dal and the team and is a real asset to the practice. Thank you all for an on-going positive experience, something I needed after childhood dental trauma!

Apparently, the staff in my GP clinic didn’t even have an idea that my dental treatment is covered as a nursing mother. Having the correct information will go a long way to help people, I mean I have been in pain for months. I had a very good experience in Hapi dental clinic today, friendly staff and very professional as well. This is a good place for your dental care!

My check-ups were on time and I found Katrina a very polite and friendly professional with great communication skills, who was very gentle and extremely patient with me, taking time to check that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my check up which put me at ease immediately. Fantastic experience: i visited the practice today from liverpool and first things first..i couldn’t be any more happy with my treatment. i was seen by dr kaur who made me feel so at ease when i was a nervous wreck. The nurse maria was so sweet aswell i could not fault anything. I had composite bonding done an i am over the moon with the results. i cant stop looking at my teeth. will be recommending this practice to everyone iknow in liverpool. Well worth the travel 10/10

Positive experience: We've been with this dental surgery for a long time. The staff are pleasant and the dental surgeon is cheery, she always has a smile on her face. She is informative and thorough. Most important thing, she makes conversation with my children, which puts them at ease. Only negatives are, they are closed on Saturdays, so all my appointments are booked during the school holidays unless urgent. Also no free parking available as it's located on a main road. So best to book appointments first thing in the morning where there is street parking.

Fantastic experience: I signed up 4 years ago and am really happy with Dr Abbas’s work over the time. He has done 2 Caps and a root canal and does a good clean. Very professional. Staff are really friendly and when he gives injections he is really careful which makes me feel at ease. Highly recommend him.

I was wondering how much it would be to take out and replace with real gold and not dental alloy as was advised to go to the dentist that originally done the work thanks hope to hear from you soon
