Fantastic experience: I am a very nervy patient, I have just had a tooth extracted, it was quick and painless and everything before and after was explained thoroughly by Alex. He is always patient and understanding if you are nervous, he has been my dentist for 20+ years. The only downside with this practice is trying to get through on the phone at times.

Fantastic experience: I’m aware of the pressure that all dentists are under. I have a very painful problem under my bottom left denture, it was refusing to get better. I was anxious in case it was something sinister. I rang and was told to ring in the morning, which I did. I was given an emergency appointment at 11am that day - nothing sinister! All staff (especially reception!) are so brilliant! All deserve the greatest possible brilliant thanks and positive reviews. Thank you so much.

Hygienist was the most gentle person I've encountered, have never openly promoted a dentist before but I can't stop raving about how lovely an experience it was, felt very little discomfort and certainly a lot less than I was expecting. Have told my wife she needs to switch and will tell anyone else the same.It was Matlan, sorry not great at spelling though definitely ask, I'm sure they will know who I mean despite my inadequacy spelling.
