Fantastic experience: I walked in for emergency treatment for a wisdom tooth infection, which was the worst pain a human can experience (although I haven’t given birth) - all while in a cast with a double fracture in my right leg. The doctor went above and beyond, providing the right advice and treatment that quickly eased the agony. I survived until extraction and he gained a regular client, as I’ll definitely be back for regular checks. Also, fair pricing, which is rare for private dentist in that part of London.

Fantastic experience: I went for the Invisalign Opening Day and was immediately welcomed and offered a complimentary drink. The receptionists were extremely caring and friendly, they genuinely cared for their customers. The dentists were also very friendly and told me a lot about what my dental problems were and how I could fix them. I felt a very warm and welcoming presence within the practise and felt comfortable throughout my time there. This is definitely a very good and prestigious dentist and I can see myself going here very frequently despite living more than 10 miles away .

Negative experience: Had an unpleasant experience with this clinic. I booked my appointment with a hygienist and the amount I was meant to pay was £155 at the end of my appointment it’s end up being a confusion about how much I was meant to pay due to extra costs of a additional diamond polish which wasn’t clear how much more I was meant to pay to start with, also the hygienist gave a discount as I was only getting that done on my bottom teeth only in the end, I end up paying £140 I booked another appointment for a consultation about having fixed braces and when I arrived I automatically got told that I have to pay another £30 for my previous appointment meaning the whole appointment cost £170 which I don’t think it was right of them to do as they could of emailed, messaged or even gave a call so I would of been prepared. I explained that I ain’t got the funds on me right now and I ain’t in a position to pay that right now. I followed through to my appointment and was even more disappointed with the fact that the appointment only lasted 3min with the outcome that she won’t be able to do the brace on me…. And there was me trying to understand why I wasn’t able to get them done, the dentist kept interrupting me and and saying the same thing over and over again also recommending for me to go els where as she won’t do it, right at the end she cut me off with what I was saying and said the consultation is done and she got another client to deal with, not caring about what I have to say which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It was clear to see that she only cared about the patients that she was able to money off and I wasn’t one of them so she dismissed me. I will not be returning to this clinic for any further treatment as it’s over prised, receptionist is unorganised and some staff dentist are rude and only polite when they know your paying them money!!! There are other clinics around which I would recommend exploring than just coming here…. Plus this was my local clinic but now I’m more than happy to travel elsewhere to get and pleasant and better treatment as a decent price

Fantastic experience: needed a last minute appointment to check an ulcer. the doctor was very patient and gentle with a calm demeanor. the staff was very pleasant. from my understanding (expat with few dental visits during my time living in the uk), it is a bit pricier than most others (85 first visit, with a 40 pre-visit deposit) but I was happy to be seen same day and not disappointed by either the hygiene of the space, the staff and the doctor. thank you.

Fantastic experience: June 2025. The follow up visit. It all started with a WhatsApp saying, "We have a slot free this afternoon". Now I find myself in what can only be described as a state-sanctioned oral rehabilitation program run by Dr. Aliaa Mustafa and her ever-present accomplice, Mrs. Oana, at Aldgate House Dental Care. The building looks normal from the outside. Clean. Professional. Deceptively inviting, but once inside, time folds in on itself. You sit in the chair and suddenly it’s not 5pm — it’s Judgement Day. Dr. Mustafa looms into view with gloved hands and laser eyes, ready to extract the truth from your mouth like a confession. “Still not flossing?” I try to speak, but the suction tube is already in, taking every breath away and with that any chance I have of defending myself. It understands me better than I understand myself. Every visit is a bureaucratic nightmare. I file in, I open my mouth, and I am assessed, scanned, probed. My gums are poked like they’ve committed treason. There’s a chart. There are numbers. I never understand the numbers. But I know I’ve failed, again. “He's brushing too hard again!” she says, without looking at me, with that tone in her voice, you know you have disappointed her. It’s not a question. It’s a statement of fact, like gravity exists, or your enamel is receding. I try to explain that I brush with passion. That maybe, deep down, I’m trying to erase the sins of a thousand unflossed nights. But they don’t want emotion. They want compliance. Mrs. Oana silently records my sentence. She’s kind, but complicit. She gives me hope and then takes it away with a perfectly-placed dab of antiseptic. I leave with sparkling teeth and the crushing weight of dental moralism on my shoulders. I dream in fluoride. I wake up afraid of string. Would I recommend Aldgate House Dental Care? Yes. Of course. Their work is flawless. Clinical. Precise. But don’t go in thinking you’re just there for a clean. You’re not. You’re there to be re-educated. ...... I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Aliaa Mustafa for a routine clean and check-up, and I cannot praise her enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt at ease. The staff were welcoming and the clinic itself was immaculate, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. Dr. Aliaa's gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail made all the difference. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. The cleaning was exceptionally thorough, yet incredibly gentle - I didn't experience the slightest discomfort. Fantastic experience: Every dental treatment I had at Aldgate House Dental Care over the last 5 years with Dr Shirali, Amrit and Mary has always been been nothing but excellent, and then I met Dr Mehdiani and Oana for the fast braces treatment! During the last 14 months, I had the fast braces treatment and I must say I am beyond happy with the result! I really wanted a better smile, and I got a perfect smile instead! I trust the whole team at this practice, because everyone is professional, honest and carring, and you have made me feel comfortable from day 1 - which is so important to me, as I always feared the dentist (previous experiences….) Fantastic experience: My first time visiting the practice today and I had a very positive experience. Ines at reception was very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. I saw Dr Amrit who was exceptionally caring and professional. I have not been the best at maintaining my teeth and often have felt nervous and embarrassed when visiting the dentist, however Dr Amrit was able to help me without any judgement. I ended up having 4 fillings and for this Dr Amrit was assisted by Rintu. The two worked very well together and they were able to carry out my fillings expertly, ensuring I was not experiencing any discomfort throughout. Everything was really thoroughly explained and I was left with helpful advice on maintaining my teeth. It was evident that Dr Amrit really cared about my experience and for the health of my teeth. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Negative experience: The receptionists are always helpful and the dentist is friendly, as my mum recently had a treatment. I went to see the hygienist, I opted for standard clean, which was to cost £73. The hygienist suggested I need special polishing, which will cost me extra £30. After a rushed cleaning, I didn’t see/feel my teeth much different to what it was. I did indicate my teeth doesn’t feel clean. She indicate it was normal to feel like that after cleaning. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting again to see the hygienist. Definitely was rip off!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental problem and I made an appointment at Aldgate house Dental Care already by making the appointment the 2 receptionists Laiza and Ines were of an uncommon professionalism and kindness which encourages us not to look elsewhere. On the day of the appointment Laiza and Ines always the same with a warm welcome. I met the assistance of the dentist Shima friendly and smiling who encourages us to go for care I met the treating dentist Doctor Shiralipour who was of a professionalism and support which led me to introduce for the moment one of my daughters and later the whole family in this dental center with Doctor Shiralipour who gives us all satisfaction Bravo

Negative experience: Total con artists. Said I needed 9 fillings… went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion who said there was nothing wrong except for decay on 3 teeth which would most likely need fillings. Tried to suggest a bunch of things I didn’t need. Go somewhere else

Negative experience: I'm writing this review not to drive away customers, but for the practice to be better as I believe the receptionist was very nice and the practice was clean. However I felt like the dentist wasn't thorough with my check up, she was rushing me a lot and was just concern in selling me a mouth guard, even though there is a apparent filling needed in my teeth. The check up was faster than my 15 minute walk from my house to the dentist. Felt like an utter waste of time.

Mary is exceptional—after several unsettling experiences with other dentists, I was understandably anxious. However, her compassionate and attentive care quickly eased my fears. During my recent visit for fillings, I was pleasantly surprised to find that injections weren’t even necessary, a choice not commonly offered. This has been by far the best dental experience I've had. The front desk staff are equally fantastic—friendly and welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Negative experience: not the best dentist around. waiting room is tiny. they tell us to be on time but they don’t see you on time. dentist took one look and decided there was nothing else they could do for the tooth ache so we left seconds after sitting down. waste of our time after getting our hopes up that we’d finally found a dentist after suffering from a tooth ache. visited another dentist, they thoroughly checked every single tooth, found the cause of the ache, booked in for another appointment, even took multiple x-rays and prescribed antibiotics for the pain. i would avoid going here if you’re a NHS patient. they’re probably looking for private patients who will pay and then they will check your teeth properly.

Negative experience: This place has been giving my 85 elderly father the run around since last year 2023. It is not easy for him to travel as he is a wheel-chair user and the cheeky female receptionists laughing mockery was totally upsetting. Even the Manager of that place is not helpful at all. They have full clients and many thousands more on the waiting list, hence not bothered about quality of service or general care, in particular of the elderlies. I would not recommend any one to keep their registrations with them. The lack of respect and ill treatment really is upsetting that they can easily get away with such conduct.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience for my children they were treated with high level of care from the dentist team and service from reception to dentist department was extremely professional and friendly!!

Negative experience: Staff at the reception are lovely. The hygienist also very lovely. The main dentist not so lovely. I dont understand why he expressed frustration after hurting me at a past appointment. It was during an X-ray, he was vigorously shoving some leather in my mouth. Paid £80 for that and some grazes. I remember him getting emotional while I'm in a vulnerable position. Thought I was going to choke. Not a comfortable place to be. I visited last week only to see the hygienist, She's kind. I refused the follow up appointment with the dentist as I dont trust the angry man.

Fantastic experience: First time going to this clinic I had a positive experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The Dental Therapist Dr. Amrit was really great, gave lots of advice and also was able to remove some staining which previous dentists had not been able to remove before. All round a great experience, thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Amazing meet and greet from Ines, she makes you feel comfortable immediately, she tailors her service to the needs of the customer and she has amazing football knowledge, lads be careful not to fall in love lol. Dr Amrit the Dental Therapist gave me an upgraded clean for £94 worth every penny, she also made me comfortable and gave me clear instructions if the clean was feeling uncomfortable at any point. Also Dr Shirali is a top dentist who did my extraction and fillings to a high quality.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with my oral hygiene appointment at this dental clinic. The receptionist was incredibly polite. The dental therapist Dr Amrit was also very courteous and did an excellent job with my oral cleaning. Overall, a positive and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!
