Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice since I was 18 I would not use another dentist my three children are patients here and now my grandchildren attend here keep up the good work I would also like to mention the reception staff always go above and beyond to fit you in if you need a emergency appointment.

Negative experience: Very expensive glued a filling back in £25… less than 1 minute!! Went back no record of it amazing Tax evasion at its lowest…if I contact you then what? Refund?? I don’t think so!!

Negative experience: I will never come back to this dental surgery. The dentist were not welcoming. They were 30 minutes late, and never apologised for having me waiting. They were rushing me the whole time, different people were entering the small room without knocking to chat and laugh about things that had nothing to do with me. This caused me to feel very frustrated, and I told the dentist there was too much going on. He didn’t seem to care, still no apology and nothing was said to the staff. They were very unprofessional. Also, when I was leaving, a man was complaining that he had been waiting 45 mins again. This experience ruined my day. Please find somewhere else; where patients are valued!

Positive experience: Initially I could not get through to surgery as call got answered but put on hold to wait but got cut off the few times I called in morning. Despite the switch board difficulties I managed to get hold of the surgery just before closing. I was given an appointment for following day because of my urgency for treatment. Staff at the surgery are excellent, including the dentist with whom I’ve been a patient for over 30 years. Bipin Patel is one of a kind.

She is utterly flexible/patient with appointment scheduling. I notice time and again how polite, compassionate and jovial she is with vulnerable patients; and multi-lingual too. Mr Bipin Patel is the best dentist in the world.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few years now! I suffer with extreme anxiety around visiting the dentist, recently I need extensive work done and I cannot praise Dr Sowoolu enough! He is patient, calming and makes me feel at ease every visit! The receptionists are also very helpful and will do their best to get you seen asap with any emergency! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental care! 5 stars xxx

Fantastic experience: Living on board a boat means healthcare is particularly difficult. I would give 10 stars for the fabulous experience I had today. Last wisdom tooth decided to poke its nose out under my back molar. Called at 9.15 and was all done by 10.30 referred to hospital for removal antibiotics for the mild infection and advice on interim care. Thank you to all staff.

Negative experience: They prescribed my mum penicillin even after knowing she is allergic to it!! My mum took it wothout knowing and ended up in hospital with swollen face!! Should be filing a case against them !!

Fantastic experience: Mr J Clarke I would like to recommend this dental practice as the staff are so amazing at the front desk I felt like part of a family But the Lady Dentist I was treated by has been the best ever she took out couple of my teeth and I didn’t feel a thing. Previously had a tooth out and the pain was horrendous thank you for a much better experience I don’t know her name but she’s absolutely wonderful 10/10

Negative experience: Firstly, The Dentist is a complete and Utter Shambles. Unprofessional practice. Dentristry work very poor and rushed. They keep you waiting weeks for an appointment. Once you finally get an appointment then you need to wait hours on end to be seen. No background checks done on Patients. Complete Medieval Dentist Practice. Run by Amatuers. Negative experience: It states on their website that they are accepting NHS patients. Just phoned up this morning to be told that they are not now as they are really busy and to try again next month. The state of this country, you can't even get reasonably priced dental care anymore. If you don't take NHS patients, take it off your website! I will be writing a formal complaint to the NHS complaints department regarding this and my MP.

Fantastic experience: I had been in pain with my wisdom tooth for a few days! Phoned in the morning and was seen that day by Mr Patel who kindly took my wisdom tooth out. Excellent service all round.

I have come here so many times with a painful windom tooth that stops me from being able to eat or even open my mouth and I am told I have to wait a whole a year! When I came before this they were meant to put me on the referral and I have found out that they didn't even bother! Disgusting service

After that, I have always gone to this practice for my 6-monthly check-ups and the staff has always been really friendly and helping.
