Fantastic experience: This is the only Dentist I've been to that hasn't given me nightmares knowing i have to go back. Lets face it going to the Dentist isn't some thing you do for pleasure, all Dentist to me are torcher chambers but this Dentist is the best, If you have to be torched this is the best place for it, all very friendly staff and the Dentist make you feel at ease before he sticks a needle in you and unlike my last Dentist didn't seem to enjoy doing it. Would recommend this Dentist to everyone.

Negative experience: Eager to take your money, but not refunding. Screwed my holiday up leaving me short on funds. Over 2 weeks since refund form filled in. Phone call, I'm promised my money would be with me yesterday. Nothing, disgusted, 2nd rate firm

Negative experience: Today I had to attend to fill in a refund form as I changed my mind on my treatment. I was hoping to get it all done by Ben, a fantastic guy, but he is leaving. Anyway, I went in as instructed, waited my turn and approached the desk, conversation went like this. Rec: Hello, Can I help? Me: Yes please, I have come in to fill in a refund form. Rec: Are you booking in? Me? Sorry! Rec: What's your name? Me: Mr Chadwick. Rec: Date of Birth Me: ** ** **** Rec: Hm. your appointment has been cancelled and your treatment, you need to fill in a refund form Me: Yes, I know, that's what I said when you asked if you could help Rec: No you didn't! Me: Err, yes I did, it was the first thing that came out of my mouth. Rec: Oh, well I didn't hear you............sorry. Now this was 09:20 this morning, so it isn't as though she had a bad day to cook up her attitude, but I did not deserve it. He retort- No you didn't! was abrupt and in a nasty manner. I am self employed and If I spoke to one of my customers like that, I would lose the business. I hope they play back the CCTV and check this out before she tries saying nothing of the sort occurred. Reception staff are getting worse for arguing back, but as they have a policy now where if you say boo, they will not accept it, then its given them a right attitude. Disgusted!

Fantastic experience: The staff are always welcoming and make us feel valued. Especially my autistic son, he has a wonderful relationship with his dentist, which makes so much difference to his experience.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient at this dentist since I was a child. Always dealt with really quickly. Had a few problems with my wisdom tooth lately and they have always managed to get me seen really quickly. Both the ladies on reception have been super lovely and helpful!

Negative experience: Not happy the woman who deep cleaned my mouth didn’t numb it knowing I have gum disease and she was supposed to numb it now left feeling in pain there was blood everywhere definetly wouldn’t go to this one I’ve spoke with the manager everything’s sorted I’m happy to stay at the dentist

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I couldn’t even get an emergency appointment, the receptionist said “we are busy but I will call you straight back” and never heard back. When I did manage to see my dentist Samuel, I clearly stated it’s an emergency and I am scared, he’s just told me to keep taking painkillers as he couldn’t help me that day and the receptionists booked me appointment in a month’s time !!!! (he absolutely had time to help me that day). Next day I ended up in hospital where they kept me for three days because of the tooth issue, ended up with liver damage and I was treating my tooth for another two-three months after that, which could have all been prevented if Samuel helped me in time or I got the emergency appointment which I had full right to have. I would have even paid extra even though I was on NHS. There were more issues in the past as Samuel was forcing me to get amalgam fillings even though I was clearly stating I have uncomfortable reaction to metal fillings. The complete disregard of my own well being and health has really scared me. From what I experience, unless you go private or you are British (I absolutely do feel I was mistreated due to being foreign), then don’t even bother. Absolutely don’t recommend and will not come back anymore as I feel very very anxious and uncomfortable in this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Contacted the dentist (under a private plan) & asked to be seen due to an abscess that had flared up. Was given an on the day appointment & seen promptly. Brilliant service & met all my needs. So thankful.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists are all very approachable and friendly, be it via the phone or face to face. My dental surgeon Ben is terrific. His easy manner puts you at ease straight away. He is always willing to listen and it’s good when you go after six months to have him remember details about you. He also put me on to Martin a specialist in dental implants who I am able to see at the practice. To say I am a satisfied customer is an understatement.

Fantastic experience: Megan Hayes After years of being scared of dentists and how some can make you anxious and feel bad I've over the last few years been receiving treatment off Benjamin Parr and I cannot put into words how calm and OK this guy makes you feel at every appointment he is completely down to earth friendly doesn't judge what so ever always tells you the about what needs doing and helps make the best decision I'm due for some work done soon and not one bit anxious for my appointment, can't fault this guy hoping he is my dentist for many more years only dentist I want to go to now! Every time I visit my fear reduces, now I don’t hold my breath of shake as much!! The dentists explain things clearly and how to manage any problems properly
