I saw Andrew today, who looked after me tremendously, made me feel comfortable and listened to and performed a cleaning with zero pain of discomfort. Fantastic experience: I went to Heath Street Dental for an extraction filled with trepidation after bad experiences with previous dentists ..... I can't tell you how much time and effort the dentist at Heath Street took to put me at my ease, taking time and patience to explain the process to me and allow me to calm down. As to the procedure itself - the dentist was quick, efficient and very professional. It was over before it had begun! If you are a nervous patient or just need somewhere for a check up, then I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: Trouble started for me during Easter break in April and I started to get severe tooth ache (and fever) on the left side. Saw Dr. Radhika via emergency appointment on Easter Mon, she did thorough examination and sent me for some scans next day. They gave me antibiotics for 5 days which helped with the pain and fever. Dr. Jaffer then extracted the upper left infected wisdom tooth and performed root canal on cracked lower left tooth. He was awesome! Dr. Radhika saw me in a couple of weeks for interim checks and then booked in for crown measurement session in couple of months. Crown was fitted end July and all is well at my end. Overall, fantastic experience and care. Kudos to Dr. Radhika and her team. Throughout these 3 months, the practice proactively kept in touch with me to check on my wellbeing. Thank you!

Negative experience: Very unreliable!!

Fantastic experience: I live in the US and had just started a 3 1/2 week vacation in England and Italy when the temporary crown came off a tooth that had undergone a root canal about a week before. My sister-in-law and niece, who live in London, highly recommended their dental practice. I was seen by Dr. Kajal and her team. They immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I didn't need to hop on the next plane back to the US! It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Heath Street Dental Practice has helped me few times over the last few years mainly with emergency appointments. Jay has always been very responsive, attentive and did everything possible to fit me in, get me an appointment with the right specialist and always very quickly! I have been to see them with a toothache, fallen out filling and extraction ( my latest visit). I saw Dr Tim and Dr Ramona. Both were highly skilled and friendly. Practice itself has very ambient atmosphere that puts patients at ease! I highly recommend !

Positive experience: The day to day running of the practice is quite disorganised. They like to WhatsApp you which can be annoying and they get confused sometimes on times and dates of your appointments. Could be better!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Dr Ioannis Papadopoulos this morning and couldn't be happier with the result. The filling of one of my front teeth fell out and needed replacing. The procedure was painless. Dr Ioannis Papadopoulos and his team once again showed high attention to detail and professionalism. The practice is well run and efficient in dealing with patient requests. The clinic presents modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would certainly return whenever needed. Fantastic experience: Super quick and amazing treatment for a dental emergency. They’re also open on bank holidays which is awesome and not common. Friendly and reassuring staff that are very communicative and reassuring. Love this!

Negative experience: The practice is clean but the service is poor. Extortionate, many other more skilled dentists in London charge a fraction of their prices. The price could be justified if the skills matched up but they fall far below. Service comes across as gimmicks more than treatment. An abundance of new tech screens to do very little. Every appointment requires further consultation regardless of having x rays and so in emailed from other dentists. Would not recommend.

My Dentist and Nurse were very welcoming, made me feel at ease, and gave me useful and practical advice about my dental hygiene. I'm glad I made the switch to this practice!

Dr Timothy is a great dentist, very professional, gentle, patient, caring, providing tailored advice, with an incredible memory from one appointment to another, and a great sense of humour too. Dr Jassar helped me go through some of the most worrying dental experiences I have had. As well as being a great professional, he is very understanding and kind, explains each step in detail, and I felt I was in the best hands. The front desk team is super responsive, and communication is great. I cannot say enough good things about the practice. Many thanks to all the team!

Negative experience: I recently went to Heath Street Dental and although the dentist was lovely and did a good job, the service at front desk was TERRIBLE. They constantly wassap me in the evening and over the weekend previous my appointment to change the times. And another interesting thing was the deposit. When I had to make the appointment I had to put down a £40 deposit. They told me this deposit would be reduced from the final payment on my last day. But on the last payment they charge me the full amount without reducing my deposit and they dare to tell me they are keeping my deposit for any future appointments. I obviously had to fight to have my deposit back which is very uncomfortable. I felt lied to. And won't be back to this place. The people at front desk seem very young and not well trained.

Throughout my treatment plan, I have been consistently reassured, informed of next steps and well cared for (including aftercare). Overall, the entire team are friendly, professional and super accommodating (always able to get an appointment that suits my schedule). Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited Heath Street Street Dental practise last month. I was experiencing an aching jaw as I was grinding my teeth vigorously. I was seen by Dr Kajal Shah. My experience during the whole process was very pleasant. Dr. Kajal Shah thoroughly explained the reasons for an aching jaw, why it’s happening, if untreated and the options I can go for. The outcome of the consultation, I decided to go for a mouthguard. The whole process was quick, efficient and more importantly I knew I was in safe hands. Once the mouthguard arrived, Dr Kajal shah contacted me within a week. She explained the process of how to wear the mouthguard and maintaining it. The customer care was excellent, after a week, was contacted by the dentist to see how I was doing.

For someone who can be slightly nervous at the dental clinic, she reassured me and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that I don’t live in the UK to be able to continue the treatment with Dr.Jassar. He was as knowledgeable and thorough as he was kind.
