Negative experience: Iv had a terrible experience with Rohan the owner please please don’t let this guy drill anything untill they have been xrayed and then I would take a second opinion from another dentist the owner likes to make his cash and fill teeth that have stains I had a root canal done and several fillings which was a disaster after convincing me he’s the best root canal guy in town he left two nerves in the tooth which was infected and if that wasn’t bad enough he left a filling unsealed right opposite which now needs a root canal !! He also removed a silver filing and now that needs a root canal . Not only did my new dentist find these problems and fix them . Rohan had two opportunity’s to find the problems but completely missed them, I was turned away and told it was covid and it was probably due to a sensitive mouth he was completely in denial and refused to take any accountability whatsoever then he offered me 500 pound compensation which I refused I get the feeling that it’s just rush rush in the surgery and I wouldn’t take my pet hamster there !!! I have a serious gum recession problem now and I was warned about this from co worker in the same building !!! Now I’m in a doward spiral battling gum recession and it’s terrible . after leaving this revive the staff who work there has left a serious of 5 star revives and himself which is pathetic this guy always tells everyone that he stands buy his work his fillings are the best an he’s the best dentist in the world !!! This doesn’t appear to be the case please be carefull with this guy .

Fantastic experience: The care and attention I received during the 13 months that I was a patient at this practice was second to none. The whole experience was made so much easier by all the staff and especially Rohan, Amrit and Amit who showed patience, care, nothing was too much for them, they were always available to talk to or even to see them same day if there were any issues with the procedure. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review after a few appointments that I had for myself and other family members. I am generally scared of dentist and do not like visiting them often. However, as I walked into the practice, I was greeted kindly by Leigh- Anne who was very lovely and polite. The Dentist Dr. Thankey was friendly and warm, very good at putting people at ease. He is also great at pain management and is very gentle with his treatments which is precisely what I needed. He is excellent at what he does. He talked me through the entire process before beginning the treatment and kept updating me regarding next steps during my appointment. The head nurse Amrit is also very good at her job. I took my mother in law here for a root canal treatment and she has since been singing praises of the dentist and the practice. I’ve heard great things about Dr.Saigal as well. I have a few friends who are patients here and have been very happy with the cosmetic treatments here too. Overall this is best dental practice I have ever been to and would recommend this place to anyone. It looks like they’ve picked the best staff and put them all in one place.

Fantastic experience: I had an Express GBT clean with the hygienist Kiran today, absolutely amazing, my mouth feels clean and fresh and all of the staining has gone. I found the practice on Instagram, got to say it lives up to the expectation! The practice is spotless and the staff were lovely and chatty and friendly. It was so comfortable and she was so nice, she explained the whole process to me before starting and she gave me break in between to let me rest my jaw as well. Fantastic experience: Amazing service! I recently moved to Leicester and wanted to find a good local private practice that did Invisalign. I found St Johns Road Dental Practice online and after looking at the Instagram page and Google reviews, decided that it was worth trying. I was really impressed. The staff were helpful from the time I completed their online booking form, calling me to arrange an appointment for me. I was booked in with Viraj, he spent an hour inspecting and x-raying my teeth, then he cleaned them and gave me a full report. The practice is beautiful too, really clean, (toilets were immaculate, ladies know what I mean!) and even the car park was designated and secure! I was so impressed with the whole service; they really take care of you. I’m now having Invisalign treatment and after only 8 weeks, I can already see the difference. I have been coming here for few years now and from my initial consultation to now I only can say Rohan and his team provide an amazing and thorough service. Rohan initially carried out a few fillings which I did not even feel or notice the work was completed, leaving me with a perfect finish. Having recommended him to a friend of mine who was having real trouble with their teeth and their existing dentist could not resolve. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend St Johns Dental Practice. When you deal with anxiety on a daily basis, going to the dentist can be a challenge. In one of my appointments I had an anxiety attack, Dr Rohan was so understanding, friendly and patient. Also English is not my first language and however I consider myself fluent sometimes I can struggle with terminology, again I was put at ease with "no question is a silly question". The waiting room and even the treatments room don't have that "dentist smell" at all. The waiting room is bright, fresh, clean and to help there is very calm music going on in the back, which helps. As soon you walk in you can tell hygiene is a priority. All staff members certificates are there to be seen, together with a price list. When I had my treatment the cost was explained to me, I knew exactly how much I would be paying. When you pay but you get the quality, professionalism and friendliness that you receive at St johns Road Dental Practice, than it is worth it.

Fantastic experience: Having had a highly coincidental introduction to the practice, I have to admit I initially had absolutely no expectations. I also never leave reviews, but thought that the facilities on offer, and my treatment in general warranted some praise. To put it bluntly, I have never had a better encounter with a dentist, from its kind-natured staff, to the efficiency with which I was seen, it felt like everyone was intent on making my experience as comfortable and patient oriented as possible. I had my teeth whitened with SJR dental practice, along with a composite bond fitted to a chipped tooth. I can safely say that many months down the line my teeth have never looked better! To keep things relatively brief, I just wanted to add something that particularly impressed me - the personal touches. This ranges from an unprompted reminder text for a check-up, to a Christmas card to your home address. Its these extra touches that really make SJR practice special, and I have already recommended to several of my friends!

Receptionist was polite, efficient and really helpful when i needed to move my appointments after booking. Treatment was pain free and went exactly as he said it would. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and professional, and I am thrilled with the successful treatment that I received and outcome of results - it was worth the wait. Every time I arrived for my check ups, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who made me feel right at home. The waiting room was always clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before I was seen in any of my appointments. From the very beginning, the Dentist put me at ease with their kind and reassuring demeanor, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions for the treatment life cycle. During the actual treatment, Dr. Rohan Saigal and team were incredibly skilled and efficient. They explained everything that they were doing as they went along the treatment plan, which helped me feel at ease and informed. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient - they took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and that the treatment was successful to my expectations. After the treatment was complete, they gave me clear and helpful instructions for follow-up care. Overall, I can't recommend the practice enough. Fantastic experience: I've just seen Kiran the Hygienist for a really amazing deep GBT clean. My teeth feel brand new, all of the staining has been removed and they look loads whiter. Special mention for the reception staff who are all lovely - really kind and helpful. I'd highly recommend Kiran and the whole of the practice :)

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Leicester and needed to register with a local practice. I found St John's Road Dental Practice on Google, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. I've seen Kiran the hygienist for a well needed hygiene session. She was patient, very gentle and provided the best clean I've ever had. She's got some very sophisticated equipment and the whole experience from the time I booked my appointment was very pleasant. 5-star rating to Kiran and her lovely ladies.
