Fantastic experience: My dentist, Janki, is very knowledgeable and very careful. She can explain everything to me so I understand the treatment before she carries it out. She never recommends treatment without explaining why it is necessary and going through all the options with me. And lal the staff here are very friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since 1958 to the same room at this surgery, was welcomed and made to feel comfortable....and was impressed with both the dentist and receptionists advice to switch to sensodyne toothpaste which has cured some dental pain I was having. And a few years since writing this above words I'm still very happy to come to this same surgery albeit now in a different room, where I feel valued and respected by Aleena Ahsan and her assistants. And further to this review which I did a few years ago, I'm delighted that Aleena has now prescribed Duraphat toothpaste and recommended a Hygienist appointment which I've now had and Zoe Sheffield was professional, caring and did an excellent job including further advice on what I can do to keep my remaining teeth.

Positive experience: I had an appointment with Dr Thakrar as she was absolutely brilliant. I have TMJ (a jaw disorder) and she didn't make me feel as though I was a hassle. She gave me time to rest my jaw and was friendly and wonderfully bubbly throughout. You know a dentist is good when you can say the visit made your day. Really lovely receptionists too AND Dr Thakrar was on time which is so good when you've taken time off work. I cannot recommend this practice enough

Fantastic experience: An Excellent over all experience!

Negative experience: My old dentist Colin left. Have had 2 separate issues with work done since by new dentists resulting in broken tooth and infection. So I changed and have received far better care at another practice. Also after seeing hygienist at my new practice I realised that I was not getting as good care with hygienist at Granville either.

Fantastic experience: I never have any complaints with the very friendly and helpful staff who have taken great care of my teeth for 60 years. Its sad that they can no longer provide the NHS dental care, however I will not seek to change dentists and will be happy to continue my treatment there despite having to pay in future. They saw me all the way through covid fir all regular appointments and had the right balance of safety and care. I have no issues with any matters re hygiene, safety and their need to also be safe in the workplace, their actions are not at all intrusive or OTT.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife started going to granville dental clinic about 11 months ago both needing teeth removals and fillings, we also had our teeth cleaned. Zayd and Andrea are very professional but are also very supportive of my wife who has a phobia of dental work. i just want to give them the recognition they deserve and would recommend this clinic to anyone considering going here.

Fantastic experience: I came for my check up with Zayd for the first time and he was very reassuring, patient and kind. I have always been scared of dental work so when he said I need some work doing I was so nervous. Zayd got me in for my treatment quickly and proved to me once again how patient, kind and understanding he is. Ali his assistant was excellent too. Thank you both so very much. See you in February. Fantastic experience: I truly appreciate Diya’s care and attention. She communicates with my parents in Gujarati, as they struggle with English, and she explains and demonstrates everything diligently. I can’t explain how much that means to us. The entire practice is incredible. My dad is disabled and has health issues, and all the staff make us feel welcome and are always so helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Having had my previous dentist (same clinic) for literally my whole life it was a little worrying to move on after his retirement but I had no need to worry. Aleena Ahsan & her team have been nothing but professional, helpful & very friendly, especially as I have been going through a tough time with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Diya's treatment for my fillings was excellent. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Also the white fillings look so good I sometimes forget which teeth I had it on! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Become very expensive compared to similar practices with better facilities. Overcharged for antibiotics mark up £48 Approx. Waiting 4 weeks for treatment when in pain not acceptable. Also treatment plan was to take up to 2 months.

Negative experience: Very uncomfortable - I know it's never pleasant, but felt it was a bit rushed and not much time for pauses in between treatment. Mention at the end about inflammation of teeth and edges of jaws but not a lot of help about how to clean or floss teeth at extremes where it's difficult to floss or use dental cleaners. Suggested another hygiene session only 2 month's away - really?? This whole practice seems to me to be increasingly rapacious.

Fantastic experience: I've had a few dentists in my 65 years, some very good, the odd one not so good. Mr Aboo at Granville is right up there with the very best (if not THE best). His care, attention to detail and "bedside manner" are a real breath of fresh air. He explains everything very patiently and freely gives advice on lifestyle choices and diet to promote good oral health and hygiene. This makes it very easy to strongly recommend Mr. Aboo and Grenville Clinic.

His clinical expertise, calm manner, paramount focus on patient outcome, and how lovely all the staff are, makes me continue to see him - even with the 3 hour round trip!! Fantastic experience: The service was good as usual. However I was very disappointed that they have introduced a £30 deposit for booking my next appointment. This is strange as my dentist has known me for 20 years and in that time I have never not showed for an appointment. Loyalty seems to count for very little.

Fantastic experience: I've used Granville Dentist for years, always very good, but last year I decided to have Invaslign braces. Asma took me through the whole process. In less than a year I have perfect teeth and very grareful for Asma's experience and expertise. It is definitely worth and advisable to have Invaslign through the dentist.

Negative experience: The price is expensive. This is the first time I saw a dentist without wearing a mask. I didn't wear a mask because I needed to check my teeth. The doctor repeatedly asked me and my boyfriend to keep a distance from her. At first, I didn't understand what she meant. After leaving, my boyfriend explained that the dentist said that the distance was too close so she fear that we would infect her with the covid virus, but it was interesting that she did not wear a mask but despised us(my bf wear a mask always). I think this experience is not worth the high cost of consultation. I feel sad about what I experiend. But other staffs are friendly. Thanks
