Fantastic experience: After 30 years of hating NHS bridges that were fitted when I was 16, I finally took the plunge and booked a consultation with Alan after getting engaged and reading the reviews. From initial consultation to the final reveal he and his team provided an outstanding service. My teeth look incredible and I can finally smile! Thankfully, it also didn’t break my bank or timeline for my wedding as Alan was willing to work with me in not getting the result I was looking for. I can’t recommend Alan and his team enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, I would highly recommend. I went to Alan Wilson initially for a quote for an implant on my old root canal (front tooth). He talked me out of that as he recommended having a re-root canal. It’s been over a month now and I am very happy with the outcome. The after care was excellent as I was able to easily get in contact after the treatment and given great advice. All the staff are very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Alan explained all the considerations and options in our initial discussion, together with the schedule of treatments and costs for the implants. The work went exactly as planned, with relatively little discomfort; the result is perfect. I wouldn't say that any visit to the dentist for treatment is enjoyable, but Alan and his team try extremely hard to make it so - and get somewhere close.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Alan Wilson and his team highly enough, I felt in safe hands from the start. I had an initial consultation with Sandra who answered all my concerns regarding a front tooth dental implant, everything was explained very clearly. After meeting Alan and having dental xrays a full quotation was created which listed clearly what each stage would cost and it didn't change from that. Any time I had a query Sandra was always available and happy to help. It was a very invasive treatment and I'm so glad I found Alan to do it. I now have two beautiful front teeth, one which is a dental implant and the other was fixed with composite bonding which Alan did, it's a masterpiece. He did a fantastic job. So pleased to be smiling and biting through carrots again. If you are trawling the internet in search of someone to trust then visit Alan and his team.

Fantastic experience: Such a great Dental surgery! Firstly, the customer service is excellent. Kirsty the receptionist always welcomes me with a smile. She’s so helpful, friendly and super efficient. Secondly, Alan Wilson and his team are fantastic. Very informative and always puts me at ease. I had a procedure this morning which went so smoothly. Alan and his lovely Nurse Melissa were very professional and caring which was so reassuring. Lastly, the surgery itself is impeccably clean, has comfy sofas and love that there’s cold drinks and coffee on offer. Nice touch! I would highly recommend their services to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at AWD makes every aspect of my every visit to the dentist and hygienist more enjoyable than ever before in my life. I can't think of a great compliment than that for a dental surgery - after all, aren't we supposed to dread going to the dentist?! AWD certainly doesn't believe so! I always feel that nothing is too much trouble, especially with today's visit, which was an emergency booking due to a dislodged composite filling. Fantastic experience: I had two implants toe my lower jaw at Alan Dentistry about seven months ago , I had to leave it that long so that I can give you all a decent assessment about the whole experience . First of all I am so happy to tell you that was the best decision , To start with my lower denture would moved about in my mouth and even when I used fixodent , there was no way I could eat with it in my mouth , and it was so embarrassing when I am eating in public , I just had to hide my mouth behind the napkin . So after I was so fed up with it , I went on line and found Alan Wilson , he had the best reviews of all . After making an appointment which attending , Alan was happy to take me on . He was very friendly and approachable and very good in advising me , what is best for me , actually everybody who works there were very friendly and helpful . So Alan advised me to have two implants to my lower jaw and the lower denture will then clip on to them . The whole procedure of having the two implants was painless and it took one hour I think to do the implants , then I had to wait for six months for them to heal and once it healed , I had the locator fitted to my lower denture and suddenly , it was a new me , I could chew anything , steak , peanuts , apple , crisp and got my confidence back to eat in public and talking in public . Alan is one of the best , I can assure you that you will never regret going to him , he was a god send to me .Thank you Alan and all the people who work at the dentistry . I will always owe you . Fantastic experience: Had a total amazing experience today at Alan Wilson Dentistry. It was an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in, and I am not even a registered patient. I am also an extremely nervous patient and was totally made to feel relaxed from meeting the receptionist who was absolutely brilliant and made me feel like I had been a regular. The dental nurse was also second to none and made me feel so comfortable. Alan was amazing and did a repair I never thought would happen. Fantastic experience: I unfortunately had a very bad experience with a Dentist in Epsom who told me that I could not have implant treatment and no Dentist would be able to provide this treatment ,this was after very costly work undertaken by them.I was then told to try Alan Wilson Dentistry for a second opinion. Marcus (my dentist) and Isabelle (nurse) were also super friendly and kind. I was pretty nervous about some fillings and Marcus was great, explaining everything clearly so I understood what was going to happen. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, We've been coming for about 5 years. Looks after my whole family, from check-ups with Alan, to hygiene with Adam, Invisalign with Mariola, mouthguards for sports. It's a great environment, very polished. The reception/welcome team are fab (special mention for Kirsty, who has to manage my complex appointment needs!). If you care about your teeth, this is the best place you can go. Both my daughters have had Invisalign here and they have really gone the extra mile for us. Top quality.

Fantastic experience: I had an initial examination with Kelvin. He was so polite, respectful and professional which put me at ease. The examination was thorough at the end of which I was given great advice and recommendations which I could go ahead with or consider for later implementation. Fantastic experience: I decided to see 3 practices regarding implants to give myself a somewhat informed choice. I was impressed with the warmth and friendliness at my 1st encounter at the Alan Wilson practice who totally put me at my ease. I then met Alan who patiently explained what sort of implants I can and can’t have and why. After weighing up my 3 options, I settled on the Alan Wilson practice because I felt confident I was in safe hands. I definitely made the right choice, because the anaesthetist was brilliant no pain whatsoever during procedure, Alan whose work is of a superior standard and his assistant too is very good at her job. I was warned that I’d have some bruising, but there was none and the pain was minimal considering the major work carried out. It’s been 6 months since my procedure and I’ve just seen the Adam the hygienist and he too excels at his job. Alan has definitely picked a terrific team and I definitely gold stamp the practice.

Fantastic experience: What a find !...Just under a year ago I asked a good friend of mine who happened to have previously been in the dentistry industry up until about two years ago if he could recommend a good Dentist to take care my needs. His immediate reply was : “If it were me then there is only one !.... Alan Wilson in Epsom” : A tooth extraction at the very back was needed along with two implants in the same area,On top of that I had been concerned about the way my front top row of teeth had been heavily reducing in length due to many years of grinding,Alan also pointed out that an older crown would need replacing too.6 months on from my initial visit I cannot speak highly enough of Alan and his amazing team who have shown me nothing but professional care and genuine kindness in all aspects of the work that has been carried out ...Composite bonding on my front teeth along with the above mentioned work has now all been carried out and I could not be more happy with end results.

Fantastic experience: As usual my experience at Alan Wilson Dentistry was a very positive one.I was very anxious today as a crown had come out, I had a new dentist as it was an emergency and I was also in pain form rheumatoid arthritis! As soon as I arrived Kirsty the receptionist put me at my ease and gave me some water, making sure that I was comfortable while I was waiting. I then met Kelvin who carefully explained who he was and what he was going to do after I explained what had happened.He spoke calmly and immediately put me at my ease. Fantastic experience: From the first appointment to the second, the customer service from front desk through to specialist has been outstanding. My first visit was under distress of severe pain. The dentist [Dr Kelvin] was understanding sympathetic and most importantly sincere in providing treatment for what was needed, nothing excessive. My second planned appt was for a root canal with specialist endodontist [Dr Marta]. Her execution was phenomenal, patient manner excellent and the support staff very accommodating. Fantastic experience: First class, professional and highly skilful treatment from Alan and colleagues. I’d a 35 yo extensive bridge which was finally failing. In having that resolved I was keen to avoid having a dental plate, even temporarily, which some dentists had told me couldn’t be done. Alan devised a treatment programme for me which delivered this. Over the course of several appointments I’d extractions, bone grafts and 4 implants inserted. A temporary bridge was made during the healing process and I was never without teeth! The end result is fantastic and I can honestly say I experienced no pain at all during the 10 months or so the treatment programme lasted. I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending Alan and his team for anyone considering implants or other dental treatment. Thank you Alan and team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alan Wilson was recommended to me by a friend who used to visit his prior dental practice located in Eaton Square in London. I was in desperate need of a couple of dental implants but not keen as I don’t like invasive treatments. It took me a while to decide but after a few consultations with Alan, I decided to go ahead and this is the best thing I have done so far for my teeth. The procedure was straightforward and the implants look great. Alan is a very good dentist I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very good at explaining everything and also listening to your questions and answering them patiently. You feel like he always has time to listen. Also all the team in the practice are very helpful and pleasant. I feel like part of the practice now as I have spent quite a lot of time there lately. The fact I travel more than an hour each way to appointments probably sums up my thoughts that you won’t find a better dentist. Hygienist Adam is also very good to keep teeth cleaning on track and helpful friendly reception team to sort an appointment.

In February 2024, Alan placed two dental implant posts for me, on both a lower and an upper molar. He had to fix my previous dentist's work, performing a partial sinus lift on the upper molar and cleaning debris while adding an additional bone graft on the lower molar. He did a fantastic job, working quickly and precisely. I had complications during the extraction of the molars with my previous dentist, which led to an extra round of antibiotics, an allergic reaction to penicillin, and a follow-up A&E visit. Therefore, I can confidently testify that Alan's work is superb. I experienced minimal swelling and fast healing after the implant placements done by Alan. In June, two new beautiful crowns were placed, and my bite was fully restored. During the placement, the crowns needed only a slight adjustment, demonstrating Alan's skill and the quality of the lab his practice works with (unlike my previous private dentist, where a crown on a root-canal-treated tooth never felt right). Alan Wilson Dentistry also offers excellent all-around dental care. I have had a check-up with their general dentist and scaling and polishing with their hygienist. Both were highly professional, attentive to my anxieties, and, very importantly, handled the treatment delicately and deftly! I have regular hygienist cleanings, and some have left my gums bleeding, but not at Alan Wilson's Dentistry! The office and dental treatment rooms are lovely and spacious, and the administrative assistants (Sandra among them) are knowledgeable and impeccably polite. Due to my previous dentist's unsatisfactory work, I was very cautious is selecting implantologists and talked to several practices to ensure the procedure was done right. Alan Wilson's practice was offering a complimentary assessment for implants in autumn 2023, as did some other practices in my area. However, Alan was the only dentist who came fully prepared for my appointment, instructing me on what information to request from my previous dentist and presenting me with a comprehensive treatment plan with clear pricing and timing. Unlike other implant specialists I met with, Alan actually refused to place the posts straight away, explaining that due to the cow bone material used in the bone graft by my previous dentist, I had to wait around 12 months to let it bond properly. Although I had to wait four months to do the procedure with Alan, I felt that this practice prioritises patient care, and I am glad I put my trust in them. I am a very happy patient whose trust in dentists has been restored again! I am glad to provide further comments if anyone is looking for a dental implant specialist. It is very important to find the right one (and if possible, have your tooth extraction done by the dentist who will be placing your implants).

Fantastic experience: My husband Gordon used this dental practice to resolve a front tooth issue that had kept resurfacing for many years and had only been resolved temporarily by a series of dentists and dental hospital appointments. Alan Wilson was very understanding and professional and laid out clearly the options remaining. From the very first meeting my husband had confidence in him and his team and opted to have a tooth implant. Because of damage caused to the jawbone by repeated infection the procedure was slightly more complex than normal but all went very well and an implant screw was successfully fitted with a bone graft and then the final crown was placed. It all looks really good and, for my husband, the pain has gone and all foods can be eaten without concern. It's a welcoming surgery with pleasant, professional staff and can be recommended without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely exceptional care and treatment provided by Mariola, Dr Lee and the lovely team at Alan Wilson Dentistry during the best part of an 18 month fixed braces treatment plan to help give me the perfect smile. Fantastic experience: It’s rare to meet the level of expertise and professionalism shown by Alan and his team. From the moment you walk into the practice until the moment you leave, you’re treated with remarkable levels of care and personal attention which is hard to replicate. Alan and his team took me through an implant procedure which lasted nine months. The technology involved and the expertise shown was extraordinary. Lots of people do implants, but I doubt they do them as well as the team here. But enough about what I think - I’ll let my eldest daughter have the final word: “This is a MUCH nicer dentist than our old one daddy, can we come back here? Everyone was so nice to me”. Fantastic experience: Sandra being my first contact made me feel very at ease and welcoming, my first appointment was with the lovely Adam the hygienist, very professional and thorough. Next it was composite bonding I was curious about, has I had been gridding my teeth in the night for years which caused my teeth to crack, from the first time meeting Alan he was nothing but professional & fully highlighted the pros and cons, offering other options for me to choose. We went ahead with top and bottom composite bonding and I wished I had it done years ago. So very happy with the outcome, I haven’t got turkey teeth, I’ve now got a bright new smile on a lady of 56 whom looks like she’s been blessed with nice teeth. Fantastic experience: I came to Alan for an implant as I was told by two other dentists that my tooth needed to be extracted and I needed to get an implant. After examining my tooth, Alan gave me a few options to address my concern over losing my tooth. He said that the second root canal could be the first option. He forwarded my case to the expert who came back with a very positive assessment. So the root canal was successful and Alan fit the crown with such a high level of professionalism. Everything went so smoothly. He made sure that the biting was right, the gap between the teeth was right, even the colour of the crown was exactly the same as my other tooth. I could not tell which one was the crown and now almost a year later, things are still very good with the tooth which got the death sentence from other dentists. Throughout the whole process, I received very good care and clear communication. If you are struggling to find a good dentist, I really highly recommend Alan and the team.
