Fantastic experience: We were both delighted with the friendly welcome on arrival and Paul's easy manner made you feel comfortable during the treatment which we think is First Class.Would recommend to anyone seeking a Dentist to go to Baildon Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had three dental implants with Mr Barden. The care before, during and after was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This has been my dental practice for the last 40 years. During this period i have been a patient of Micheal Leatham for the 1st 20 yrs Following Micheal’s retirement I was assigned to Steve Batty and I have found Steve a very pleasant, competent and helpful dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth which was bothering me. I called in the afternoon and was given an emergency appointment for the following morning. The problem was not straightforward and I was taken through the options by Mr Bardon. We settled on a course of actions, which I am following. I am very satisfied with the all-round excellent care.

Fantastic experience: They have really helped me get transferred across and register my children when I was stuck in an emergency. The reception staff were so helpful and really gave us solutions. My son saw Helen who was lovely and worked with him to get the best outcome even when he wasn't being the easiest patient. Very grateful for all your help.

The staff are organised, friendly, and make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Both the Dentist and Hygienist are incredibly gentle, helpful and informative - they take the time to explain everything clearly and make each visit as comfortable as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist over 20 years. I was a bit sceptical about it being taken over but all the staff seem lovely and polite, I got told that they were very passionate, professional and very good at there job before they took over. I definitely saw that today, the waiting room is much more relaxing. I have not had the time to see the hygienist yet but my Mum absolutely loves her appointments and she is so pleased with how good her gums are now after following her new routine. She gives me an ear full every time I go see her and bangs on about it all the time so I get a free lecture and lessons when I visit my mum at the minute, so now I’m looking forward for my hygienist appointment just to get my Mum off my back.

Fantastic experience: So pleased to get an appointment on the same morning I rang in. Treatment was as good as ever. Really pleased with my new tooth implant. The process was much less painful than a root canal treatment. Would recommend the practice to anyone thinking of having a tooth implant. All the people who work in the practice are very pleasant.

Procedures required are fully explained before hand. Further dental work required for one teenager in the future. Everything has been dealt with brilliantly, all relevant referrals submitted and dealt with efficiently. Fantastic experience: I was having tooth pain and was offered an appointment with Paul for the day after I called. He saw me on time and addressed the problem after a good explanation of the issue. Excellent service, and all staff are pleasant and friendly.

Can't recommend Baildon Dental Centre enough...everyone is so friendly and professional, and the place is always spotless! So glad I move with David and Debbie from my old Bupa dentist in Bingley. Fantastic experience: Another excellent visit to the dentist, I can’t believe I actually enjoy a visit to the dentist for a filling! No pain, fully advised of the treatment and the reason for it in advance, lovely cheerful and pleasant all staff.

Negative experience: They always seem to try to find faults in order to add to your bill. I am now having to pay over twice as much as the previous dentists. In addition following my review Of what I thought were my legitmate concerns around costs. The dentist has now spit the dummy and removed me from the practice. A warning to anyone if you have any concerns about Baildon Dental Practice do not leave them a poor review as they don't appear to take criticism very well.
