Negative experience: Kept my child over a year waiting than after booking him for apoingment they kept cancel his apointment almost 4 times with stupid reason and unreasonable I'm sure they were priorities thiere favorite and people who they know by canceling my child apointment Unprofessional and time waster very bad customer service 9 years and in February 2026 will be 10 is young !! My child dentist him self was surprised and not understanding your unreasonable reason for cancelling and rescheduling his apointment and he every time he see him he asking about his braces need to be done, I'm sure he could of say to me something his young no to worries but he insisting for his braces to be done

Negative experience: It's been my family dentist since I was 4. I've never had any issues until recently. At first they were kind enough to allow my Dad an appointment ( he's 81 and has dementia ) as he hadn't been to the dentist for a few years..never mind the many years before. They appointment was for 11.30..my daughter was taking him. Most days he loves to go out..that day he was refusing to get out of his pj's..she was worried that they were running late..so asked me to let the dentist know. I was told..even if they were a minute late..not to worry about going and they would reschedule...a caring family dentist. I calmed my daughter and explained..nothing to worry about..this kept my Dad calm too..which was good. The bus got them to Uxbridge dead on 11.30am..which meant they were late..she called me..I in turn called them..to be told that they weren't interested in helping us anymore..so they do not care for the elderly and vulnerable..he made the journey in his pj's..yes..and just needed a dentist to care

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING behaviour from the receptionist. My mother was on the phone to the receptionist to reorganise an appointment that was wrongly issued by yourselves. The receptionist then said that our appointment may incur charges even though it was your fault the appointment had to be changed. The receptionist then proceeded to talk over my mother and then cut off the line. When we tried to call back, our calls were ignored until I called back on a different number. I then listened to everything the receptionist had to say, but she could not show me the same respect and interrupted me and told me to hold and transferred me to another member of staff. I would encourage the manager to listen back to the calls and provide training to this receptionist on how to be respectful to paying clients. Additionally, I believe my mother and I are owed an apology due to the horrific way we were spoken to.
