Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental practice, one of the best I have been to. I flew back into the country a week ago, managed to dislodge half my wire retainer while eating dinner on Friday evening. Called 9am Monday, receptionist was great, told me she was new and had my details and would call back. 30 minutes later I had an emergency appointment in the afternoon! The dentist Zaid was fabulous, bedside manner was excellent, talked me through every step as he was working on me. No pain at all. Went home and ate a ‘solid’ dinner a few hours later, after spending the weekend on soup!

Fantastic experience: I contacted Cavendish Dental Care as I'm on holiday in the area and needed a crown refitted which had come out. I managed to get a cancellation and saw Zaid Al-Anbari who couldn't have been more accommodating. He explained all the options available to me and successfully refitted the crown. If I lived locally I would definitely use this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say I'm not a patient at Cavendish,i used to be and regrettably got took of the books because of missed appointments ooooh I so regret that but anyway I do have another dentist that are absolutely rubbish,so phoned up Cavendish as I know they are fantastic,couldn't get me in on nhs but willing to pay Private for my treatment as I was in pain and my dentist just fobbed me off saying it's sensitivity,I knew it wasn't, Cavendish got me in the next day and started my treatment absolutely can't fault them very pleasant staff all round ,I'm now contemplating paying the monthly Private dental fee as there is no spaces on the nhs sadly x

Fantastic experience: I had my appt with Zaid and it’s always a lovely experience. He puts you at ease & is very helpful with giving advice about my teeth & recommending products to help etc. I never feel pressured into booking any treatments. He just gives good honest advice & breaks down the cost & explains everything to you. I’ve been happy since I chose him as my private dentist and will booking in with him again very soon. His nurse was also very lovely I think it may have been Lilly. Thanks for a calming lovely visit.

Fantastic experience: Had my annual check up today .All the staff were courteous and the dentist was thorough but did pressure me into optional treatments.He didn't tell me how much the teeth cleaning was going to cost,or as I am a pensioner if I could afford it or was it really necessary at my age.

Negative experience: I have been going to the practice for years...until recently.I have broken 2 crowns and,as you can imagine my self esteem was 0!!barely opened my mouth,no smilling.I went to dentist-that I have not seen before,the young ones are pro rotational ,working at one practice for 6-9 months before moving to the next one.The dentist had told me that is nothing they could do and called the dentist from next door to show him what a "cracking jobbing did!!!both laughing at me,I never felt so hummiliated in my whole life!!I run out of the practice and never got back.Needless to say they wanted money for the "consultation ".Such unprofessional staff!!!

I felt nervous before I went in the practice but James was very calming and professional. The session was quite long but was as enjoyable as could be. And pain free. Thanks James. Adam is such a personable friendly person that I never feel anxious and totally trust his opinions. So wasn’t chat with. I always had a fear of Dentists but having been with this practice for over 30 years I never have a fear of any treatment that is suggested. Long may it continue.

Negative experience: Brought my daughter here once, will never attend again. Rude, obnoxious nurses and reception staff. Whilst waiting in the reception area two nurses were stood behind reception making derogatory comments about the patients they had seen that morning, to the woman on reception. One of the reception girls left the room to which the nurses conversation then changed; to making comments on this girl and how useless she was at her job. Unsure of the names of the two nurses but both looked very young, wore glasses, one with ginger hair and the other girl brown hair. The woman on reception was older but did nothing to stop the comments being made by these two nurses. It is hard enough for some people to go to the dentist and to over hear this conversation happening from trained ‘professionals’ whose job is meant to be having patients best interests at heart is so disappointing. Management is obviously failing these two nurses as they are in an environment which they clearly have been taught that slandering patients is acceptable! Dentist was lovely, my daughter loved her and was more than happy to go back, but after that experience it will not be happening and hope these conversations won’t happen in the future, in a private nor public space!

Fantastic experience: I always receive excellent care when I visit the practice. The receptionist are helpful. Luke the dentist I see along with his Dental assistant gives me a good check up and I have confidence in his findings. Karen the hygienist also provides a good service and I am well pleased with Cavendish Dental Care

Fantastic experience: This place is a bit special, unpretentious, caring & compassionate. I hadn’t seen a dentist in many years due to childhood trauma and have recently completed a treatment plan here with Luke after visiting over Xmas with a lot of pain. Luke & his nurse have put me at ease without judgement and restored me back to health. My anxiety about dentist visits is pretty much gone along with a very problematic tooth lol. Thanks guys I won’t be putting off my checks again. 5
