Negative experience: We were at the dentist today.doctor Saira or sara ,I've never encountered such an unexperienced and unfriendly doctor for kids . My son turned 12, and I asked her about braces, so she could refer me further. She immediately decide as a dentist, that he didn't need braces at all... even though he absolutely needed them... besides, she's not an orthodontist... they decide whether a person needs braces or not... I've decided never to go to this inexperienced dentist again. Please, everyone, do your research before going to this dentist...

Negative experience: Awful Awful service, they never pick up calls. I have been on hold for 1 hour 40 mins and still not been able to get through to receptionist. The practice manager has stinky attitude with no people skills. Some of the dentist are inexperience. I would not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: I had several appointments a few years ago, and I’m still traumatized by the experience. While the receptionist was friendly, the standard of patient care was completely unacceptable. The dental care I received was negligent. My experience was far from satisfactory, and it has left me feeling traumatized and distressed.The purpose of my appointment was to undergo a root canal treatment. However, I must emphasize that the procedure was not carried out to completion, which has resulted in severe physical discomfort and additional damage to my tooth. Furthermore, the manner in which the procedure was abruptly halted has left me emotionally distraught.The dentist began the root canal treatment and dedicated more than half an hour to addressing the issue. Unexpectedly, she discontinued the procedure, citing difficulties in obtaining an X-ray due to my limited ability to open my mouth wide enough. I found her struggle to capture the necessary X-ray images concerning, as it demonstrated a lack of preparedness and adaptability on her part. She decided to cease the procedure altogether, leaving me in tears and with increased pain a few days after. The solutions that she offered were a hospital referral (which takes a long time to be processed) or extraction. Moreover, I must draw attention to the quality of the subsequent filling applied to my tooth. The new layer of the filling and surface was noticeably uneven, making it uncomfortable to touch or bite down on the tooth. The filling has not settled down even after three days, resulting in an unnatural sensation when biting and chewing.Additionally, I have been struggling with pain in my upper teeth recently following my visit to fix a filling on the other side of my mouth. The pain has continued for a long time. However, the dentist was unable to diagnose and address my upper teeth.My dental condition deteriorated and my overall health was affected. I was left with no help and solutions. Following my appointments, I developed a severe tooth infection. I was left with no assistance and had to seek emergency help from 111. At the time, my entire face was swollen, and I endured excruciating pain. I experienced weakness and persistent headaches. Furthermore, it is worth noting that during an emergency appointment at a different practice, the dentist encountered no issues with my mouth opening. I have endured significant pain and discomfort, both physically and mentally, as a result of my experience. I believe that I have been neglected and the level of care provided to me was inadequate. The dentist ignored the seriousness of the situation. Years after my appointments, I’m still suffering from dental complications caused by the procedures I underwent. The lasting damage has been both painful and frustrating, and I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of proper care.

Now, as a seasoned parent, I was bracing myself for the worst—three fillings! I mean, last year, we had a dramatic tooth extraction that was more intense than a horror movie. Picture this: my daughter, a tiny ninja, screaming and clenching her mouth shut like it was a secret vault. We had to change clinics after that performance! Fast forward to this appointment, and I was mentally preparing for a repeat performance. But to my absolute surprise, my daughter turned into a dental champion! Why? Two reasons: she’s a bit older and wiser (watch out, world!) and she was under the gentle care of the dental wizard, Dr. Sangma Limbu. Dr. Limbu was like the Mary Poppins of dentistry—she was friendly, professional, and somehow managed to turn my daughter’s fears into giggles. She explained every tiny detail of the procedure, from the tools she would use to the magical powers they possess. I half-expected her to pull out a wand and say, “Abracadabra, let’s fix those teeth!” What really made me laugh was when Dr. Limbu advised Sophia to raise her hand if she felt any discomfort. I imagined my daughter thinking, “Raise my hand? I’m not in class; I’m at the dentist!” But guess what? She did raise a couple of times during the treatment but she was calm and never panicked! The whole operation felt like a well-choreographed dance between Dr. Limbu and her assistant, like a dental duet performing for an audience of one—my brave little girl. So, a massive thank you to Dr. Sangma Limbu and her fantastic team! You’ve turned what could have been a dental drama into a delightful experience. If only all of life's challenges could be tackled with such professionalism.⭐️

I went in with a chipped front tooth and some concerns about the overall health of my teeth, and she handled everything with such skill and care. Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for many years, I moved to the south coast and still travel nearly 2 hours to come to check my teeth checked. Yesterday me and my daughter met Marla and honestly she was the best dentist I have ever had the experience with. She explained absolutely everything to us and was able to sort out a broken tooth so fast and pain free for me. Being a nervous patient she really put me at ease. Along with Marla's wonderful professionalism, the receptionist and dentist nurse were all equally as great with us both. Thank you for making our experience as stress free as it was. Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist for the first time on Tuesday, I love that they have an online booking system which I didn’t have before at my previous dentist. Mala was really friendly, she knew what she was doing, she also had no issue answering all of my questions and explained everything really well. She also gave me options on what I wanted to do next in term of future treatments which I think was nice. You should definitely consider making this your dentist.

Negative experience: I had to ask the dentist to smooth the filling because it was very rough. She also left a space between my teeth I told her about and she dismissed my concern. I paid £180 to make things worse. So disappointed

Negative experience: I highly DO NOT recommend the dentist who works here, the ladies at the reception are nice and very helpful, the dentist should stop working there. she started treating my teeth when I was already pregnant and there was nothing she could do as she claimed because of the pregnancy, I came back several times when I had a maternity card, she still didn't help and canceled my visits when I arrived at the clinic and was waiting in the waiting room. I have three children, so my husband had to come back from work early to take care of them and the dentist simply ignored me, which is why I have already lost 2 teeth and the next two are beyond saving, today my appointment was canceled again when I was already there and waiting 20 minutes for I found out that she has to cancel my appointment, this dentist is making fun of me, until the dentist in this clinic changes, I don't see their future

Fantastic experience: One of the BEST Dental Clinic, i visited in last many years. This was my first visit to them and right from the first call you talk with the receptionist Joanna, to arranging appointment and warm positive welcome at the time of appointment is simply superb Arranging appointment was no fuss and Patient friendly. Online web tracking of your appointment is good and easy. Clinic itself is very clean, spot less and well hygenic. meeting with Dentist was precise but informative, sharing the risks and pros and cons of the treatment process. Further update, will put once actual treatment starts. however, first impression was good. Thanks to Joanna who had been exceptional to create this first impression on a positive note

Negative experience: The dentist did kit take my anxiety or any of my concerns under consideration lied with a smile on her face and continued to proceed with out me being full sedated then says I'd you're in pain I'll stop 3 times ,, I was I pain because my tooth was not numb and I was not asleep it's ridiculous considering I got referred in may and only today I had my appointment and she treats me like THAT absolutely disgusting hope she stops working that 1/2 day a week Not to mention she missed my vein 3 times and my tooth extraction was not completed

Negative experience: I had bleeding and pain from my wisdom tooth. I sent Highview 6 emails, 2 of the emails via their email address website with no reply and other 4 direct with no reply. I finally received a phone call 3 Weeks later demanding payment over the phone at their private rate. I explained I've been too ill with heart surgery to work so I asked for NHS and was refused. I complained to the manager & recieved the quickest response, ( with in hours) the manager said we can not offer you NHS due to covid & paying private clients need treatment before NHS clients. No mention of the pain I'm in. What made no sense to me: they made me an appointment at their private rate but could not see me at NHS rate what has that got to do with covid? Here I am with bleeding gums, infected wisdom tooth and in a lot of pain and told by a NHS dentist to phone the NHS as they are only helping private paying customers right now. Absolutely disgusting for a medical venue to turn their back on a patient in severe pain over money one of the worst experiences I've ever had .

Negative experience: Although Dentist was good but price was very high for a simple tooth extraction. Simple tooth removal or extration with NHS is £65 When I call this dentist they said £90 for private on the phone and when dentist checked she said my fee is £180 and on the till they charged me £216 for a simple tooth extraction while in private clinic in Turkey they charge only £25. This was not right and something is wrong in this business or dentistry in the UK

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment as soon as I rung. My partner was in agony with his tooth and I called and spoke to a very polite and accommodating lady who booked him in for an emergency. When he arrived he was made to feel very welcome and was reassured by the advice he was given. They were able to treat him on the same day and gave him a filling which put and end to his toothache and also referred him to see an orthodontist. Very fast, friendly and professional service with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend

Negative experience: This is my review of when I was a new patient joint in possible early October 2020. Well, I have moved to the area and this dentist look very good from the reviews. I called them up and needed help urgently with a broken molar. As a new patient, they didn't accept NHS ( I was pregnant) . They booked me an appointment for a check up and the next was for a clean up( which I didn't go to) . My daughter was also booked in a week after mine and she was only 2 then. What made me give your dentist a one star is only for a receptionist lady. She was lovely. The lady I saw both myself and my daughter appointment was dreadful. The appointment literally lastee no long than 10 minutes with her. Awful . The way she talked to me was disrespectful especially when she asked me why I was still breastfeeding my two year old! Not professional at all. She is the second lady from left in the 4th group picture. Since then I went to another professional dentist, who actually accepted NHS new patient and fixed my broken molar tooth straight away , the same day as my first appointment!

The dentist was also very good , i am new and compared to the previous practice i was with highview are so much better . I had my baby with me and the lady helped keep her entertained while i had an xray on my teeth which was very kind of her . Thank you.

Negative experience: I withdrew my 5 star review from 2 years ago. I don’t know what has happened to this dentist since being under new management, I booked an appointment clearly stating I needed root canal treatment as this is what I was told by the dentist, when I got to the surgery I was told I wasn’t having root canal treatment this was just an assessment an appointment……. Then told to book a root canal treatment appointment, I was cross as I was in pain, I was charged for this appointment where no work to my teeth was done! I have since had the work done with another dentist. Exactly the same happened with my husband today. I will move my whole family to another dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Highview for several years and I have always received consistent dental care. However, things have improved even more in the past few years. During my first appointment in a while, I met with Agi the hygienist, who immediately made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely kind and gentle with me throughout the appointment, but also very thorough and professional. She also gave me lots of practical advice and tips on dental care. The clinic itself is tidy, stylish and very clean. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly. I am really pleased with how easy it was to make an appointment and how well they've adapted to the new COVID procedures. Really great service and I would recommend to everyone, particularly those who typically dislike the dentist or haven't been in a while.
