Dr Sian Li is endlessly patient with my anxiety and is always reassuring. She'll offer choices like sedation, or adrenaline-free local anesthetic (so you don't get that horrible shakiness later!) Fantastic experience: Truly the best dental team in London! I am extremely dental phobic having had years of bad treatment and experiences. However, this year I had to have quite a bit of work following an accident. Dr Shefali was kind and caring throughout the whole process, taking time (even on days off) to explain my treatment options and check on my well-being. The standard of work is outstanding - a pain free root canal carried out by Dr Suraj and crown replacement by Dr Shefali. The clinic is a calm, welcoming environment with a friendly reception team to put you at ease. After years of hiding my smile, it has been transformed. I cannot recommend Londent enough, thank you for taking such great care of me.

Negative experience: I booked an 80 pound emergency appointment to get my crown reattached. Doctor was very agitated by anything and everything she seemed stressed and impatient and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The whole thing took 10 mins for an appointment that was scheduled to be half an hour. It just felt like she didn't care and just wanted to rush through the appointment. I paid 200 pounds into total. Considering the cost of the service I expected a higher level of care and professionalism from the clinic. I'm very disappointed by the treatment of patients.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed a course of Invisalign at Londent and I am very happy with the end results. Throughout the treatment I was primarily looked after by Dr Shefali Sood and Millie both of whom were fantastic, however, all staff were great to deal with. Marion in reception is great. The information received as to what work was being carried out and why it was being carried out was always clear and I liked the fact I could see what results we were trying to achieve at the start of each set of braces. Happy to recommend Londent who's treatment was excellent from start to finish.

I have been a patient of Dr Shefali and her team for a few years and they are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional. When walking through the door at Londent you are immediately made to feel comfortable with a warm greeting from Marian or Millie and then been shown into your treatment room by Dr Shefali or her team. I have had various treatments with Londent from routine check ups, hygienist appointments, fillings, whitening and have recently had Invisalign treatment there- where they treated me with great care throughout and really catered to my needs. Since having my Invisalign treatment I have now gained the confidence to smile again at my wedding later this year! Fantastic experience: I've been lucky enough to go to good dentists since I was born in the 1950s. Londent is the best of all of them. My wife has unhappy memories of another dentist decades ago, and is therefore always anxious about her dental appointment, but she regards Londent as excellent and appreciates all they do to make the experience as positive as possible. The receptionist who books your appointment by phone is very friendly and clear, and appointments are available relatively soon. You can fill out the medical questionnaire online in advance if you want. The reception area is very calming and welcoming. I've never known them to be more than five minutes behind schedule with appointments. The dentist and assistants are very expert, fast and gentle in their work and listen carefully to everything you have to say. They explain a simple sign to give if you want them to stop at any point. Overall it's an excellent experience. And there are nice cafes and pubs nearby if you want a treat afterwards!

Treatment options were clearly explained and discussed, in what is a very professional setting just off Shad Thames. I appreciate the fact that costs were also discussed before making the appointment, which meant that there were no surprises on the day. Overall, very professional service for what is a well run practice with dedicated professionals.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was an emergency appointment at London, needed a tooth extraction - and it went well. Good service, felt safe in my dentist's hands and definitely outstanding in London; also good location and by London measures a fairly short waiting list. I can't say it's cheap, but probably I shouldn't compare to my usual Hungarian prices, as a privet practice in the UK I wouldn't call it pricey. Overall it's a good experience, I can recommend them.

Negative experience: My partner arrived for appointment looking forward to having a deep clean, after 22 minutes from the appointment time she text me to say she was worried as we had another appointment and still haven’t gone in,. 15 minutes later she was at the car really upset that she only had her teeth cleaned for 10 minutes which was a good clean and a really fantastic hygienist Dr Shwaita Swood who gave her also great advise as she was leaving her room. The manager Georgia insisting then that she was in with the dentist room and chair for 30 minutes and had to pay for 30 minutes and lied how long she actually arrived in the chair, the manager Georgia will ruin the reputation of the clearly good dentist with her lies and rudeness that we’re proven and We was given a refund. Watch your times when you get there with there charges !!!!
