Fantastic experience: We recently attended my son’s appointment and had a fantastic experience. The dentist took the time to speak directly with Oliver, explained everything clearly, and really put him at ease he left feeling excited to start his braces journey! The receptionist was very friendly, and every member of staff we came across was welcoming and kind. Overall, we felt really well looked after and are very happy with the service.

Negative experience: condescending, rude & and if you are person of colour steer clear from this place

Positive experience: I didn't get seen on time and my next appointment should of been between 8-10 weeks but have to wait 12 weeks , reception staff busy talking about their personal life .

Everyone from the moment we first stepped foot in here were so lovely, kind and everyone smiles! My daughter was seen and immediately put at ease by her dentist, I’m sure she could sense her nerves - this was only an initial assessment but she’s already feeling ok and positive enough to go back for her follow up appointment to finally discuss options to have her teeth straightened. Fantastic experience: I really can’t fault this practice. I am undergoing Invisalign treatment in my 40s after metal braces in my teens and having problems with regression, my bite and chipping of my teeth. Very informative online introduction, clean and high standard dental clinic, clear information about what can be achieved and at what cost. I have had maybe 8 appointments including scans, x-rays and fitting. Always run on time, fairly easy to get appointments that fit my work schedule, good communication and when I have had some minor issues, have been able to fit me in the same or the next day to address these swiftly. No extra costs incurred outside the quoted treatment costs and cheaper than my own dentist 200 metres away for the same product. I would highly recommend the clinic and the staff who are always very polite and helpful. Thank you.

I’ve had a first class experience during my Invisalign treatment and my daughter is experiencing the same wonderful service at Fleur with Colleen for her orthodontic treatment through the NHS.
