Fantastic experience: I found the treatment and care I had today was excellent. Every effort was made to make sure I was comfortable about the dental work I was having and explaining at each stage what was happening and why. I was also dealt with efficiently and very politely by the people on reception.

Fantastic experience: I had my regular check-up today and as always it was highly professional and thorough in all respects. Bav gave me detailed feedback and recommendations for my daily dental care, which will help to prevent serious problems in the future. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and was highly efficient in arranging my dental care plan and a couple of future appointments, all of which were quickly confirmed by email.

Absolutely lovely people from the minute you walk in, lady on reception always has a smile on her face and abi and her assistant are brilliant make you feel at ease especially if you are nervous about the dentist and talk you though everything. Vanessa the hygienist was lovely and really helpful she was so thorough with the clean I was really impressed, money well spent and will be back in the future. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: I add to my previous review, I'm over 80 and have had many dentists look after my teeth over the years. Abi has been my dentist at Pampisford, for a couple of years now. She is the best dentist that I have ever had looking after me. Totally professional; very caring; explains everything; works fast and carefully and everything is done with a friendly approach; indeed maintaining a level of fun, with me and with her skilled assistants - even when restoring my old teeth! My previous review seems to still comes up when I write this?: I was sad when Pampisford Dental Practice changed hands a few years ago. my worries were entirely unjustified. It gets more and more efficient and professional and all involved are friendly, as well as being damned good at their respective jobs, from the reception desk to the dentists and their support teams. Excellent! - and thank you all.

Update on next visit: my dentist - Bhavin -was extremely kind and gentle and explained everything in great detail. Likewise, my hygienist - Vanessa - was thorough whilst being kind and caring. She also explained everything in great detail.

Clearly had read my previous records, discussed my home dental hygiene routine, demonstrated optimal flossing and interdental brushing, recommended tooth brush, explained everything she was doing as she went along, recommendations at the end for follow up. Positive experience: I was very unhappy with the cheap gloves they used and I tasted and smelled the rotten fish/ dirty seaweed in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Saw Abi on Monday for a tooth extraction, after lots of pulling on the tooth it eventually came out. She did a great job, not much pain afterwards, which is good news. Overall very pleased with the work Abi did.

Bhavin was incredibly informative and enthusiastic, making sure I understood the full process of Invisalign and sending a document with a full breakdown of the projected cost.
