Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for nealy 40 years and would not go anywhere else. All of the staff are highly professional and a credit to the principal dentist , Kirsty Robinson. In particular they are excellent at dealing with older patients who may , in the distant past , have been subject to questionable treatment elsewhere. Go elsewhere if you want but it won't remotely compare with Harborne Dental Practice!

Ella took her time to explain exactly what she was doing and why and gave me tips and practical coaching on how I could improve, which was really helpful and informative. Fantastic experience: Have been a client at this practice for over 35; years and the standard of care and friendliness of all the team has continued to be exceptional. Otherwise why would I have stayed with them for so long.

Fantastic experience: Over the past eight months, I’ve received a fantastic service from this practice, with Noshin diagnosing and treating a dental infection, advising on root canal vs extractions for an impacted wisdom tooth and x-raying composite-binded teeth for signs of nerve damage.

Negative experience: Rubbish dental, cheating on price and programs. Never go there!!! After 15mins teeth cleaning and then said need one more 30 mins session, 89.5 pound for half teeth cleaning! Really rubbish!!!! Ok, 30 mins including 12mins waiting and toilet time, right? Could you show me the record please, I will show my records after yours. I do the teeth clean twice in a year for minimum ten years, last time is in Feb but abroad which not in UK. This is not my first time do the teeth cleaning in your dental Practice, I am satisfied with the last time which I brought my son to do the check as well. Did you tell the appointment booker that your price on 89.5 is only counting 30 mins which including waiting time and your hygienist wasting some mins? You are a lier, why you keep cheating? Show the records please, if you are right, I apologized and deleted this view. Thanks very much!

He explained every step clearly, shared the pros and cons, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the way he guided me through the whole process. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Visited the hygienist today. She said I had stains due to caffeine. She spent 15 minutes instead of 20 minutes. She didn't do a thorough clean as I can still see stains around some teeth. £89 is a rip off, I will change my dental practice. For £75 you can get a 30 minute appointment with hygienist who will do a thorough clean and polish

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Harborne Dental since 1982. The practice was originally set up in Handsworth Wood by Chris Gattas before moving to Harborne. My teeth at first visit were in a very poor state a a result of neglect and poor dentistry. I could easily have lost all of my teeth at that time but they were saved by the remarkable skill of Chris. Since that time my teeth have survived over the subsequent 42 years and counting by the dedication and skill of first Chris and in latter years Kirsty Robinson. The practice also has a friendly atmosphere and is run extremely efficiently. I cannot recommend them highly enough and long may they continue.

Positive experience: I have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty for dental work. When I moved back to the West Midlands this year I rejoined the practice, even though I no longer live close to the practice. So, why only 4 stars? The website has pictures of people showing off their smiles. Alas, you will not be greeted by one at reception, as the receptionist is wearing a face mask. These devices present a threatening aspect, hinder communication & of course are useless for their intended purpose in this situation. To be clear, this does not apply in a clinical situation where dentists are perforce close to large droplets & aerosols, which may present a real risk.
