I suffer with anxiety which I explained on my first visit, they listened to what I told them and took the necessary steps to ensure I was as comfortable and calm as possible, even making sure that extra time was added to each appointment so if I needed to take a break I could. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Spent an hour with the dentist Aishah and Siobhan today having a deep clean and 2 fillings, I'm always very apprehensive at spending time at the dentist and prior to joining this practice had lots of appointments cancelled by my previous one so my teeth have become neglected. Although I find the whole experience not pleasant the two ladies are cheery professional informative and friendly which helped me emensley. Thank you Sarah

Negative experience: The dentist doesn't know what he is doing. I came to whiten my teeth but it was obvious the teeth weren't white the doctor was busy telling me that I should go that my teeth were fine I had to insist that I want you to wash my teeth after many arguments he had to do it non. I won't recommend anyone to go there is a waste of money. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: A very well organised practice with regard to Covid protection. I have had good remote support during lockdowns and like the fact that pre-visit requirements can be completed online. My dentist has a lovely manner, a light touch and she clearly explains my "problem areas" which enables me to make informed decisions about treatment options. I recommend this practice for the quality of service provided by the practitioners and all support staff.

Negative experience: Very disappointed of this clinic and the service which they provide. I have missed appointment for a reason that my child was seek on that date and I was on emergency with him; that’s why missed appointment When I tried to reebok my appointment they just told me that it is not possible because I missed my appointment on the date when it was but the reason that I was on emergency with my son for them is absolutely NOTHING!!! Where is JUSTICEHumanness???

Fantastic experience: It was extremely busy at reception and the waiting area, on a hot day too. Yet both members of reception staff were really lovey, polite and full of smiles. This made the experience really positive as I usually stress out in busy places. I felt happy because of their happy aura. Dentist was fab. Thanks

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom tooth removed by Naveen she was amazing and made me feel really comfortable as well as the other lady in the room, I was reassured as I’ve never had a tooth out. I’ve been going to Parkside for as long as I can remember all staff are very lovely Naveen is the best dentist I’ve had by far

Negative experience: My dad have just have just had an awful experience with this dentist. I personally have had great experiences and was surprised to hear what’s happened today. My dad had an appointment at 13:35pm today, he just arrived and went to the reception and immediately the receptionist shouted at him saying ‘you’re late!!’. My dad said I’m not late my appointment is half one… the lady insisted their appointment was 5 past one as per their system and told my dad off. We explained politely our appointment was booked for half 1 today. The young receptionist was truly rude towards my dad and insisted they were late. My dad took out the appointment slip they gave him which showed the appointment was booked for 13:35pm… showed it to the lady and she then gone quiet. No apology no nothing and just told my dad to take a seat. Really rude unnecessarily!! The elderly lady who used to be at the reception however is really nice to customers - on this occasion for some reason the young receptionist was really rude to my dad in general! Hope it’s not because he’s Chinese…. Please can this incident be looked into, thank you so much.

Negative experience: Terrible, the dentist removed the wrong tooth from my son. He then had to go to the dental hospital & they did an x-ray & said when doing a filling the nerve had been damaged so needed removing so he ended up with 2 teeth being removed instead of 1

Fantastic experience: Taken on as a new patient on Monday & got my appointment with in few days. Had my treatment today, receptionists lovely & polite & dentist and his helper where lovely too. For someone who doesn't like dentist, I felt at ease.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and so caring :) reception are wonderful, nursing team brilliant and dentist… Roopa you are a star I am so anxious when attending the dentist and the thought of having root canal without sedation was overwhelming. Roopa was very reassuring, calm and understanding with me and she did everything at my pace. I tried a new coping strategy of listening to music on my headphones which helped keep me distracted. Roopa and her team were very thoughtful and gentle, keeping me calm throughout. Thankyou so much to a great team! :) x

Fantastic experience: I am always looked after at parkside. I hate going to the dentist and probably wouldn't attend if it wasn't for Roopa. Dont ever let her leave. Shes amazing and always looks after me and listens to me.

Negative experience: Vert unprofessional. Been there 3 days ago . They extract my tooth. They damaged my gum . I called them few times they didn't pickup I had to go to A&E . To get treatment. However they charged me £275 just for an extraction. No recommended at all they rip u off people .

Fantastic experience: Fitted me in for an emergency appointment and turned out I needed a root canal. Can't praise them enough for getting me in and seen to so quickly. Gone to this dentist all my life and I couldn't recommend them more. The team is really helpful and friendly and put you at complete ease. Roopa is really friendly and one of the best dentists Parkside will ever get. Extremely lucky to have her.

Positive experience: The staff attitude was ok, checked in was smoothly and one of the receptionist was trying to find HC2 Form for me as well. but there were something really upsetting me, first of all, I was checked in before two patients but they were prioritised than me, and the reception lady told me they were not in the order(maybe because they are private patients?) And when I was in the treatment room, the surgeon was nice as well but after looking at the x-ray, she told me that there’s definitely a big hole in it but I need to take antibiotics tablets for at least five days, and either registered with them, or I have to find another dental hospital to get my tooth extracted, that’s really confusing me since I went to Vallence and SMEDEC as well, as long as they see the decayed tooth, either they will extract it or refill it( of course there’s inflammation inside the decayed tooth, but they did not ask me to take medicine first), which saves my time and solve the problems directly. I’m assuming that they probably wants me to pay more on the tooth extraction surgery as a private patient.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing Dentist and staff. I was booked in under an emergency appointment, but for some reason the appointment didn’t come through. The receptionist (Linda) couldn’t have done anymore to help me. The dentist was about to finish and managed to see to me / help me even though they had no appointment come through for me form the Emergency NHS. My procedure wasn’t a quick and easy one, but the guys went over and above to ensure I was sorted / seen too. They took great care of me and helped me become pain free after suffering so badly. I can’t thank these guys enough, can honestly say I have never had this support and amazing service in helping me and putting me out of my painful misery. Thanks so much all, never received such kind help like this before from any dentist. Zoe Wright
