Positive experience: Karen, dentist, is polite, friendly, efficient and an expert. Lovely new reception area and practice offers other useful services. All mod cons being used. PPE being used. Just need to know now if she's going to go Private and should I therefore take out an affordable Plan. Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign plan with Abbeymount dental practice and couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth look better than I ever could’ve hoped for. As part of my plan, a course of teeth whitening was included and the results have been amazing. I couldn’t recommend this service, or Abbeymount dental practice enough. Fantastic experience: The doctor is very caring and attentive to her patients. When I was coughing, she preferred to delay the root canal treatment because of my asthma, rather than continuing without considering my condition. She kept checking on me frequently, asking how I was doing, and she was always smiling.

Negative experience: Had the worst experience at 22 Abbeymount Dental. I ran a few minutes late due to the road works after coming going all the way from Livingston. The lady at reception was rude and impolite despite my having a dental emergency- broken tooth with severe pain. She said she couldnt do anything about my emergency because I was late and she had done a favour for Essential Dental care by giving me an appointment.. Probably some racial discrimination.. i wouldn’t recommend going. Worst experience leaving the dentist in pain..

Fantastic experience: I've suffered with intense sensitivity for years and no dentist had ever recommended what Hannah Monaghan has. The only option I was previously given was a gum graft. The receded gum above my canine has left my tooth exposed but now it's covered and immediately the pain is gone! Looks completely natural and I love it.

Fantastic experience: From the team in reception (Karen) upto the dentist (Dr. Hannah) and her companion inside are really nice and approachable. I've had an infected root canal that the pain is unimaginable. Gladly they offerred me an emergency appointment and helped me with my current problem. Dr Hannah ever since is very good in her job

Fantastic experience: So glad I happened upon Abbeymount. It is a bus ride across town from where I live and work but totally worth going out of my way for. I was told a while ago I needed three fillings, but the dentist at abbey mount didn't find any problem and told me why I was probably in pain, which has cleared up the issue altogether. No fillings needed after all.

Negative experience: I went to the hygienist for a private appointment and was told I had 4 cavities then went back to my NHS dentist and he said I absolutely had nothing and that my teeth were super healthy. Very not knowledgeable hyginiest who only alarmed me saying I had to get them done asap if not I needed a root canal. Really wrong information.

Positive experience: The receptionist is worse than the one I had half a year ago as she seemed not attentive to what I wanted. The dentist is patient to explain my teeth problem.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a tooth extracted at an emergency appointment. Karen did this skilfully and reassuringly. Despite it being a wisdom tooth it was over very quickly and I was never in any discomfort.
