The dental staff, including the dentists , dental hygienists, through to the reception staff are always so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dental practice. The car park is also very handy for those who drive .

Fantastic experience: have now been to about four appointments and I can’t believe I’m going to say this but I enjoy going to the dentist. The lady I’m seeing makes me laugh and I think she’s really quite cool. The nurse with my dentist was just as fun and comforting as my dentist. From what i see in this place, I think all of them look down to earth and at the same time professional nice clean uniforms. The enormous Tv screen that I had my X-rays shown on was enormous and The chair was very big too so don’t worry if you like your burgers a lot because there’s plenty of seat. Everywhere just seemed to be spotlessly clean, my appointment was to help me change my life back to normal thank you I feel they will do this for me

Positive experience: Dental care is good, but they need to improve the overall customer experience. There is no customer wifi, no bike rack for patients cycling and no water hub to get a drink.

Fantastic experience: Based on my 1st visit after a long 5 year break from this dentist (at another dentist )the examination and diagnosis for further treatment was thorough and competent and above all honest with nhs pricing and limitations ie some things not covered by nhs I found them very helpful in reaching decisions something I could not say at my last surgery was clear but sometimes felt evasive on pricing and procedures and also difficult to get emergency treatment hence why I have returned to this surgery . “ the grass is not always greener on the other side) 2nd appt update Just had a scale and clean very impressed with the hygenist gave me an option of a new system which I can only describe as a miniature jet wash pretty impressed

Positive experience: Excellent service, but waited almost 15 mins for my appointment.

Negative experience: Normally this is a great dentistry Dr Stefan always gives the best treatment like his father. But unfortunately for the first time I had a negative encounter with another Doctor she made silly excuses to clean my sons teeth

Negative experience: The dentist is lovely but the hygienist is rude, very rough and dishonest. I was a few minutes late and she told me she could only spend 10 or 15 mins but according to the website it’s a 30 min appointment. She has never spent the whole 30 mins. On more than 1 occasion the hygienist has cancelled my appointment a few minutes before , when it has taken over an hour to get there. Her service is terrible and unfortunately gives the Practice a bad name.

Negative experience: I went there with my son for emergency appointment as he had pain in his tooth. Doctor was scared to approach my son she looks like lost. She was trying do x-ray scan for his teeth but she had only items for adults witch was a bit to big for his mouth so she just put in tong and when he moved his head she said she cant force him. She didnt know how to approach him. He was fine just bit scared as he is a kid and many kids dont like dentists. My son has another health problems and he is used to doctors so he didnt panic. This dentists doesnt have any competition to work with kids. She said that cant help us and she left us with pain to go home. We were waiting for his appoitment with hope that dentist will help him but they were not able at all. We just waste the time there and after the visit we have to go and look for different dentist clinic. Very disappointed.

Dr.Masah Korki took the time to explain my treatment options and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was very clean . I have also had an appointment with the dental hygienist Diana, who was very friendly, informative and professional, all of which helped to reassure and put me at ease almost immediately. Diana took the time to carefully explain the clinical importance of regularly practicing good dental care using the right techniques and my treatment with her was a very positive pain-free experience.
