Fantastic experience: I’ve just had my last appointment removing my braces, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how the results have turned out. Dr Uns was amazing throughout — always patient, really knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything just right. He’s a total perfectionist in the best way. I also really appreciated the complimentary teeth whitening, which he included since I started my treatment under 18. So glad I chose to go ahead with it.

I have finished my orthodontic treatment today, I initially thought braces were just for younger patients but Dr Uns has sorted out my smile and I’m so delighted with the results. Fantastic experience: Hello, Well, just been to Bottesford Dental practice again and as always, I was welcomed by two lovely, smiling young ladies. Again I saw Sidra, who is the loveliest, kindest and most wonderful Dentist ever. Today she was helped by the very lovely Poppy. They both made me feel at ease and made sure I left with a smile on my face. My phobia of Dentists will never go away, but with Sidra and all her little helpers, I managed to battle the fears. Fantastic experience: Amazing from start to finish! I wanted straighter and whiter teeth so decided to get metal braces in march 2024, i have just had them removed today and my teeth are amazing and look so healthy. I start my whitening journey once i get my retainers. I love my teeth now and it’s made a huge difference from the overcrowding i had before. Staff are all lovely and welcoming at every appointment. Really nice atmosphere and i would 100% recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I had a brace on with this practice. Very happy with the outcome. I’m 38. Was seen to every 6 weeks for 2 years. Always got seen to quickly. They would squeeze me in if a bracket came off and something was bothering me. Gave me retainers to wear at night and teeth whitening all in the price. Uns and the staff are great.

Fantastic experience: A good Dental practice is actually run by the Receptionists as they are the first port of call. The girls that were working yesterday, the 3rd October, are outstanding at their positions they are normally on reception when I have an appointment. Either by phone or in person they literally cannot do enough to help. So polite, friendly, definitely any nerves you may have they put you at ease. Can I recommend you listen to them either on the phone or when a patient is in front of them. Their tone never changes, always so bright and cheerful, they understand the world of a receptionist, ‘You may have seen 90 people a day! You have your own worries! However you treat ALL your patients as though they are the first person you spoke to all day’ outstanding. The practice is so bright and spotlessly clean. Giving patients a message as soon as they enter, you care. The only negative about the waiting area there is no privacy for a delicate conversation. Maybe patients could be made aware that a room is available for this purpose if required? As for myself! I am a very nervous patient with several health issues! My dentist is Hannah, yay without whom I would not have come this far. Thank you for all your understanding, kindness and patience that you show me at each visit. You are constantly busy, your days are always full. But when I’m with you I have never been made to feel that you’re not interested in me or my feelings, never feel rushed, only genuine concern is shown making me feel you don’t have any other patients waiting. Your Nurses are wonderful too. Huge smiles and kindness throughout.ALL staff that I see whilst there are very pleasant too. They always say hello and smile. My dentist Tasha Patel, was absolutely super from the initial stage of identifying the problem to resolving it.
