Fantastic experience: Composite bonding and smile makeover ~ I had bonding with Mohamed Helmy , his been fantastic ,he'd fixed my broken tooth and shaped them giving me natural and beautiful smile that had boost my confidence . The staff are amazing ,very warm and welcoming atmosphere . Thanks to Mohammed i can now smile beautifully

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years, and although there have been some changes more recently, they have all been positive. I recently had a check up thay was efficient and informative. I also had a hygienist appointment with Dr Nisha that was the best I have ever had. She really took into account my nerves, explained everything fully, and was extremely gentle.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Helmy following my appointment with him. He was very kind, honest and transparent. He fixed my problem as my existing bridge had come off and broken exposing the jaw underneath. Dr Helmy and his Assistant nurse did an excellent work leaving me in smile on my way back home. I am grateful for both Dr Helmy and his assistant Sara for all they did to make me smile again with confidence. :)

Fantastic experience: Went for a hygeneist appointment, was nervous as this was my first time. When I entered the room at a calm professional atmosphere, a nice ambient music playlist was playing and the procedure (despite being a little uncomfortable) was done quickly, patiently and expertly. The hygenist Anista provided lots of good advice, recommendations and clear instructions for after care. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this surgery. When my veneer came off a front tooth, they made me wait 6 weeks to get a temporary crown. It came off twice more in the meantime, each time taking part of what was left of my own tooth, so less leftover to stick the crown on. Then I finally went to my appointment only to hear they cannot send dental molds on a Friday. I feel the receptionist should have known these types of things. They then booked me another appointment, for about 2 weeks later, but the veneer came off again before. The mold was done poorly the first time, so had to be sent twice, so I had to come back twice to get a temp crown done (which is a very unpleasant procedure). Eventually the perm crown was done for a whopping £850, but it does not feel good and looks lighter than my other front tooth even though I went for colour matching. Then for a molar in the back, I had gone twice in a few weeks due to pain after a root canal, they classed it as sensitivity and the tooth actually broke in half on my holiday in Malaga. They said they would only be able to pull the tooth out 3 weeks later! Luckily I found a really professional dental clinic in Spain, who then also, after a 3D scan discovered that the crown that was done on my front tooth, should have been an implant as the root of my tooth had a fracture. Again, something that was missed. Literally the worst and most costly dental experience I have ever had in my life.

Fantastic experience: I came from Essex for composite bonding with dr. Helmy and nurse Sanya. I was worried as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but I was made to feel at ease. The process was explained to me so I always knew what was going on. I was there for most of the day so we took regular breaks and he was constantly making sure I was okay and comfortable as well as my mum who came with me. We were offered drinks and just made to feel very relaxed. I honestly don’t think I could have chosen a better dentist, I would highly recommend! I love how my teeth turned out and so does everyone that’s seen them so far!

I found him extremely professional and it was actually a positive experience going to the dentist when I’m normally anxious. He made me feel totally at ease and he’s very funny and kind. They explain everything being done to you beforehand, let you know what is happening at each stage. Very patient, ask questions, show you the xrays and explain the findings with you. The doctor involves you. Normally doctors just go ahead and do what needs to be done and do not expect your input or value your questions. The entire crew is an amazing group. I have frequented this place for a few years and have referred others who liked the service. I recommend.

Negative experience: Don't bother calling if you want to register as a new NHS patient. Only care about private patients and money. Edit: in response to your message, I called around 12:45 and eventhough the call lasted 30 seconds what you haven't mentioned is that not once did the person say BUT we have other places or can i take your details to call you back. Then I received a call from a mobile number well after 5pm with no voicemail. I called back and heard a man with children in the background so i hung up as i thought it was the wrong number. Then the text I received back was saying how they are from your clinic. If you did have another clinic the person I spoke to could of immediately said there is a sister clinic or I can take details if a space became available but they didn't.

Fantastic experience: I got a composite white filling done by Mohamed Helmy and Sushma, I experienced no pain a little bit of sensitivity but that was expected, and it looks amazing, Mohamed and Sushma made me feel at ease and made me comfortable in their abilities, they also explained before the procedure what would happen step by step and made me feel comfortable and had a conversation to get to know me and what I am doing which made me feel much more welcome. The white filling looks well done and honestly gave me so much confidence as it blends in with my natural tooth colour seamlessly. Best encounter with any dentist I’ve ever been to.
