Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment here and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Omar was fantastic throughout the process – very informative, easy to understand, and always made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. A big shoutout as well to Lauren at reception. She has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning, guiding me through everything and always accommodating my schedule with a smile. The level of care and service has been brilliant. Highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Invisalign or dental treatment in general!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, Eleanor the hygenist left and her replacement wasn't as good. They kept on changing the appointment and make me wait months to see a hygenist so I moved practice. Trying to get a refund out of this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Very difficult, weeks later I'm still waiting...

Fantastic experience: Being a fifty something lady and having had a terrible experience with a previous dentist (20+ years ago), things got to a point where I needed help and I could not put off the inevitable any further. I was absolutely petrified of the dentist, but over the last few months I cannot recommend highly enough Dr. Fauzia Taj and her dental assistant. Having had 6 extractions today I really was not looking forward to it, but I have to say Dr. Taj and her assistant were both kind, compassionate and very caring. Dr. Taj has 110% changed my perspective of dentists, such a lovely lady, thank you so so much, after over 20 years, I can now smile X

They saved me hundreds if not thousands of pounds from other quotes, gave me the best service and just couldn’t have been a better team to help get me ready for my wedding day; they continuously went to every effort over and about to help get around obstacles like holidays and did everything they could for me thank you so much. Negative experience: I'm hoping that by writing this review I may finally receive a response from this dentist. I signed our family up and our first appointments were in June. Very quick, with my husband and I told we needed some work done, which was booked for the next week. My husband's appointment was then cancelled within a day, as the dentist was on holiday. Surely this would have been known before it was booked? I then had my appointment except it didn't happen. I waited over 45 minutes over my appointment time, no explanation. I then heard others being warned about a possible two hour delay and being given the option to rebook. This was only given to me when I asked. I rebooked and then had to wait another 40 minutes on this appointment attempt. At first I was told I didn't have an appointment, luckily I had the text on my phone. I was then told I was being charged for the appointment I cancelled- the one others were given an option to rebook as he was two hours behind! After the previous aborted appointment, I politely asked whether the same was happening again- I have to fit appointments in around running my business- to be told no he will see you next. Clearly, he wasn't happy about my polite enquiry as he proceeded to be very rude and heavy handed with me throughout my filling. At one point he dropped some filling material down my throat and instead of apologising became angry as I was choking and he had to stop. I twice had to ask his assistant not to scrape an item across my face as it was sharp and it left a cut. At that time I asked if I needed antibiotics before the filling to be told no. I also requested to have a permanent filling and was told no. It was this option or he removed the tooth. After a month of continuous pain post filling, I requested to go back and was told that dentist had left the practice I saw another dentist but was told he wouldn't be able to fix anything I would need a follow up. He did however find that I did have an infection at the site of the filling. So I was correct when I suggested before that I should have had antibiotics prior to the filling, hence the pain. This dentist asked was I allergic to anything to which I very clearly said yes, latex and penicillin. He gave me a prescription and said due to the infection I now need a root canal. I believe this could have been avoided if the other dentist had of given me antibiotics at the time and feel his negligence has led to more invasive treatment being required. I took the prescription to the pharmacy - I had been given a penicillin based antibiotic. Clearly another dentist who doesn't listen. I called to alert them to be at first dismissed by the desk assistant. It was only when I said actually that type of mistake is meant to be flagged to the NHS that she took notice. However the practice manager was not available until Monday but she assured me they would replace the antibiotic at no cost. Monday- no reply from Practice Manager. I emailed the next day and was called only for her to fob me off and refuse to change the antibiotic until the dentist returned from holiday. She was very rude and disinterested and not in any way helpful. Considering I have paid nearly £200 for treatment, I am in a worse position now than in June. I am in constant pain, the temporary filling is falling out and is now sharp and I believe a piece of tooth has also chipped off with the filling as I was told the tooth was cracked by the second dentist - it wasn't previously so this was clearly done by the first dentist when he was rough with me during the filling. I have left messages and been ignored. Frankly this place is dangerous and negligent. I am now considering my options legally and unless I gain a response I will be speaking directly to the ombudsman for dentistry because I doubt very much that the dangerous mistake with the antibiotic was reported.

Fantastic experience: I have had such an amazing experience with Mahmoud and Eloise. I recently had an implant tooth put in by them. From my first consultation, they have both been so happy and friendly and this has continued in every other appointment. They are very informative and answer any questions about the procedure. They help you pick the colour of the tooth to best suit your mouth. They kept in with you after different parts of the procedure. They have great after care as well. I would 100% recommend them

Well for this one I cant be grateful enough for their 5 star service, was a pleasent experience in the end and the two doing it was totally proffesional and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Dr Tara and Nurse Zaina were some of the nicest and most efficient dentists I’ve ever seen, made me feel so comfortable and had my completely broken tooth fixed in less than 40 minutes. Absolutely made my day, can’t thank them enough.

Negative experience: Unreliable. Had a call to say that my appt was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be able to reschedule until a month later because no one would be covering. Asked for a different dentist and told I’d have to pay for another consultation if I wanted to see a dentist before. Have seen other people say they’ve had appts cancelled too which is not ideal. Dr Ameen is fab but if you want reliability go to a different practice.

Negative experience: My daughter had a terrible experience at this dentist. Fauzia Taz told her over a month ago that she had a cracked tooth that had got infected and she required root canal treatment. This was booked in for April school holidays (my daughter has GCSEs). The appointment was cancelled several times and rescheduled several times. They were always cancelled on the morning they were meant to take place as Fauzia repeatedly called in sick. Eventually today my daughter was booked for her 4th rebooked appointment (scheduled after her exam) and once again it was cancelled. My daughter has been left in a great deal of pain because this dentist keeps calling in sick with no cover offered. We have moved dentist practice and already have been seen and offered appointments. My family will never go back to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with perfect smile (Wokingham). From the initial consultation to the final appointment, I felt supported throughout and never had an issue with booking appointments. The process was seamless and I was given an in depth consultation around the Invisalign journey and what to expect. I can’t fault the staff, specifically Dr Rana and Lauren who have supported me though out and made me feel super comfortable.

Negative experience: Unprofessional dental clinic ! Dental fillings fall out 3 times ! Unbelievable My appointment was cancelled 5-6 times since I joined them ! I called and they cut my call. I don’t want to give any star if I can submit!

Negative experience: Initially gave this place 5* but changing to 1*. Had an appt booked for May then told dentist is going on AL and I wouldn’t be able to have my appointment until a month later. Then told if I want to go with another dentist at the practice to get an earlier appointment I’d have to pay for another initial consultation with them. Can’t fault Dr Tara Ameen though. She is lovely and caring and clearly knows her stuff! Highly recommend her if you do go here - but if you want reliability go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Took me a while to find a dentist to go with for my Invisalign and chose here because of friendly customer service, great communication and everything about the process being made really clear to me from the start. Special mention to Omar and Lauren who have been great since I first came in. But all the staff I have dealt with over the last year or so have been friendly and helpful!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience from them. Wrong appointment date from receptionist. Even worse attitude from management lady. Unbelievable and unacceptable ! I want to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience at your clinic. I had paid for my son's dental appointment, which was initially scheduled for the 23rd of November. However, due to receptionist error, it was rescheduled to the 5th of November without my consent. When I questioned this change on spot, I was informed that if I wanted to reschedule again, I would be required to pay an additional £30. Feeling that I had no choice, I reluctantly accepted the appointment on that date to ensure my son could proceed with his dental cleaning. In addition, I was met with poor attitude from the staff. A middle-aged management woman, displayed an even worse attitude and blamed me for the situation. I also feel compelled to mention that I suspect there may have been an element of discrimination involved, as I felt treated unfairly as an Asian customer. I believe that, as a paying customer, I should have the right to choose the appointment date that works for me without being subjected to additional charges or unprofessional behaviour. I hope they can admit their mistake and improve their service in furture.

Ever since, I've received the warmest welcome by all the Reception staff and the highest professionalism from the entire team. He spotted a serious issue I had for decades within only a few months. His expertise outshines anything I expected. I never feel rushed, am allowed to talk freely and ask any questions. I am always given concise and well informed answers. The visit I am reviewing began with a lovely conversation with Elouise before my appointment, then the appointment itself. This wasn't an exception; the Receptionists there are always very well organised, helpful, friendly and passionate about delivering a brilliant service along with exceptional approachability. I feel they have a very robust procedure which allows them to provide a consistently fantastic service and this is always explained if appointment options are limited or there's any issues otherwise. Negative experience: Bad experience with reception staff! Had quite a few good service with hygienist, Eleanor is caring, gentle and patience, explained very detailed on the process so I made my recent appointment 2 months ago through telephone call with staff & received confirmation after service booked. When I went there for my appointment, I was told by reception that there was no booking for me, EIranor was busy, I showed my confirmation to staff, received a cold face response of don’t know what’s happened, perhaps wrong message sent, I told her that my surname was correctly input on the confirmation so the appointment should be for me but not other patient so I ask what to do now, cold face again claiming she can only re-schedule the appointment to Jan, another 3 months later, no apologise, no reason was given, no intention to help at all, I don’t want to put myself in risk for disappointment & inconvenience again (which the appointment being mixed up or cancelled without any reason) sad to say that I have to leave Eleanor no matter how good her service was, the clinic will lose more loyalty patients if reception staff couldn’t improve their work standard and no intention to help when problems occurred & lucky that we have other choices in Wokingham which can provide better service

Fantastic experience: After years of tolerating infections and pain from a buried wisdom tooth that other dentists didn’t want to remove. I was referred here for a private surgical extraction. Mahmoud the surgeon and El’oise the dental nurse were incredibly caring and talked through the procedure. It went very smoothly, all fully recovered now and the after care was great. Answered any questions I thought of. I would recommend Perfect Smile Wokingham peach street to anyone that needs dental treatment. Final note the surgery itself was pleasant and the price was very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Having a wisdom tooth removed is a scary prospect, but Mahmoud and Eloise put me at ease from the moment I arrived. They provided the most exceptional standard of treatment and care; way beyond my expectations. We have been patients at this dentist since it first opened and I can't speak more highly about them.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed an eight month implant programme which has gone really well. From the start Dr.Mahmoud and El'oise were very supportive and clear in their communications and explanations and the whole programme proceeded exactly as planned. They made the sessions as cheerful as possible with humour whatever was going on and no matter how difficult my mouth was making it! It’s not cheap but the price was exactly as proposed at the start and they threw in a couple of little extras which was appreciated. The only suggested improvement is to put a TV in the ceiling.

I'm normally quite nervous at the dentists but the staff here really helped me relax, everyone was so friendly and it helped make the whole experience positive! I take Warfarin so having an extraction does have its problems but Eloise, to say she was helpful would be a complete understatement, helping in getting things into place. The Dentist, Sheirh, had a very relaxed and welcoming manner putting me at ease, explaining everything to me relating to the extraction and doing everything possible to keep me informed of what was being done and why especially with me being on Warfarin. Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist! Definitely recommend. The staff are fantastic. Fauzia and Indira are very kind and understanding of my anxiety of dentists and help put me at ease. With my asthma also being problematic I needed to take a few short breaks which they were understanding of. The reception staff are also a credit. The practice is extremely clean and tidy as well.

I found Dr Mahmoud to be an excellent surgeon, the end result being even better than I had anticipated. It may be an old cliche, but they have provided the "Perfect Smile".

Fantastic experience: 100% would recommend this dentist to others. I had Invisalign with Dr Omar Rana and he was amazing, explaining everything in detail and checking I was happy with the results. Being a nervous patient, I definitely felt at ease and comfortable here. Thank you!

Negative experience: Rip off sadly. Unprofessional Rude staff. Upped their prices by over 40% for check up and 50% for x-rays without even telling us despite having booked the appointments 3 months ago. Receptionist denied of price increases, lied about when we were last seen and didn’t even apologise when I proved it to her on her system records. Instead she rudely pointed me to their current tariffs at their reception. I asked does she really expect me to find out about their new tariffs each time by coming into the surgery! Really. I am still in shock! Unfortunately I cannot accept this behaviour. despite being their registered patient I was denied my due treatment over an unannounced and significant price hike and was mistreated in front of my family. I feel that they completely ignored duty of care they owed towards me as a patient and wish that there should be some way to report these people.

Fantastic experience: Convenient location on Wokingham High Street and so great to find a dentist accepting NHS patients!! The receptionist team are all lovely, friendly super helpful and really organised and on top of everything, very efficient when booking in appointments and can't do enough to help you, especially when I had to call and change an appointment last minute. I was helped by Jas and her customer service was amazing, she was a pleasure to speak to and had everything booked in and sorted very promptly, made everything very easy! My dentist was Jaco, he was very professional and reassuring, I liked that he took the time to show me my x rays and explain what treatment plan he was recommending and why and answered all my questions, great dentist surgery would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Called these guys asking for an emergency appointment, El'oise was extremely helpful and managed to book me in the same day. When I arrived the girls on the front desk were very helpful and got me seen right away. The dentist Jaco was extremely friendly and knew his stuff. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my usual dentist and was super apprehensive having had an infection and difficulties with my tooth before coming here. From the first phone call with Elouise to my appointment I was made to feel so at ease, listened to, and in safe hands. The dentist who did my tooth extraction was so kind, personable, and friendly, the team with him did a great job even making me laugh, chatting with me, and keeping me calm whilst the anesthetic kicked in. The dentist clearly explained everything to me and answered my questions, I didn't feel rushed or like I couldn't ask things. The extraction was simple, pain-free, and stress-free. Completely different from my prior experience at another practice. I honestly could not recommend this practice highly enough, they are the most friendly, caring, and warm people. If in any doubt about going here, don't be! They are fantastic! Who knew going to the dentist could be so carefree? Thank you all for taking such good care of me. Claire C

Fantastic experience: After suffering swollen gums for almost a week, and nothing seemed to ease them, I contacted my surgery and was answered by a sympathetic receptionist Jasmine, who booked me in for a problem appt within an hour. I was seen by Jaco, who x-rayed the gums, and reassured me that my crowns below the gums seemed secure and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. I felt a lot better for the reassurance

Fantastic experience: Perfect smile has been with the practice for a couple of years. Since September I have been getting Invisalign with Dr Rana and have been very happy with the service and final results. Dr Rana is friendly and always happy to answer questions that I had throughout the process. Lauren and all the staff on the front desk is always friendly and remembers me which provides a welcoming environment before a dental appointment. I would recommend the practice and Invisalign - I have had many compliments on my straighter teeth and have always been happy to share who has got me here.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered countless traumatic dental treatments over the years, I cannot speak highly enough about Mahmoud and Eloise. Throughout the series of implant procedure appointments, they were sensitive to my concerns and always reassuring and empathetic. Mahmoud is without doubt a gifted implantologist, dedicated to his craft and I am more than happy with the results. Eloise is kindness personified. Her calming manner helped me through every appointment. Without this 'dream team' combination, I'm certain my experience would have been very different. Thank you both so much.

Negative experience: Fauzia Taj a horrible dentist, She gave wrong advise for our child tooth and was extremly rude. She should be reported to the GDC for being highly unprofessional, incompetent and arrogant. AVOID HER PLZ

Negative experience: Made a booking a couple of months ago for a check up before some cancer treatment. Got reminders and turned up and checked in by receptionist. 15 mins later the receptionist tells me they’ve double booked the dentist so I’ll have to rebook! I had to have the check up today so I can have the bone infusion. Regardless, no other dentist would see me so I was asked to go to another surgery! At no stage whilst I was stressed and upset did the receptionist show any empathy or apology! Just said it was human error. I believe it was because I was an NHS patient and they booked me with a private dentist. There was nobody else waiting for an appointment at the time, so I don’t believe it was a double booking at all. The Easthampstead Road surgery were far more welcoming and professional and I have now transferred to them for future treatment

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service with a special mention to Eloise and our dentist. We had an appointment for a Thursday during school time which was less than ideal but necessary. Anyway Eloise called me to offer a Friday appointment after school when she realised they had new appointments available to save all the school admin stress. The fact she called me to help make my life easier was unexpected - and deeply appreciated. She also fitted in the whole family in at the same time and was super patient when I forgot to fill all the forms out before our visit. A special mention also for our dentist who was so caring and straightforward with all of us and especially with the kids. Super patient manner. Surgery is also sparkling.

Fantastic experience: My family and I are new patient at Perfect Smile. I am very grateful to have Dr Jaco as my Dentist as I am a very nervous patient . He just did my tooth extraction and my filling today. I must say he was very gentle and nice. My kids love him too saying he was very kind and gentle.
