Fantastic experience: I needed some complex treatment that my current dentist couldn't complete for me. I was referred to another dentist of my choice but didn't feel like it was the right place for me to have my treatment and couldn't fit me until February despite being in pain. I came across Ivory Dental Practice on social media and made an enquiry and before I knew it I was invited to see Brad who listened to me and went through my options. I was booked in and started my treatment today for extractions and implants. Brad and his dental nurse were amazing, telling me what was happening every step of the way and made me feel at ease! I'm a very nervous paitent and have had bad experiences in the past that scared me for life! Thank you to all the staff who have gone above and beyond to get this treatment done in such a short time, I was in pain and hopefully this will start to ease now treatment has started.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my treatment at Ivory dental with Brad and his team. It's been a lengthy process due to the complex bridge work and alignment. But I have to say that the end results are outstanding. The professionalism, care and attention to detail from Brad and his team at Ivory Dental really is First Class. I have to travel a fair distance, as Ivory dental is not local for me, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: very professional. I went with my 3-year-old daughter to a lot of dental clinics and they all told me that the front tooth had to be removed, but they didn't want to do the procedure and sent me to the hospital with an appointment after 6 months. I found this clinic and on the first visit the doctor managed to remove the tooth with local anesthesia without my little girl feeling any pain or fear, he succeeded in a maximum of 30 minutes and for only £50, what more can I say than thank you and you are the best!!!!

Dr. Rob has done a really great job on my teeth and has been so reassuring and supportive throughout my journey - his treatment felt really tailored and everything was explained thoroughly at all stages. Negative experience: Worst experience ever ..paid over £800 for one tooth the staff was very rude and tried to find a excuse not to go through with the procedure made me feel very uncomfortable worst experience ever after I paid the amount I have had problems with the tooth ever since paid for a bridge and the metal has moved from the tooth causing my tounge to bleed daily when called the dentist they said there’s nothing they can do about it just feel like my experience here was the worst and currently going to go ahead of filing a form for dental negligence and had to Go with another dentist would never go back there after this

Fantastic experience: Jack from Ivory Dental is the best dentist I think I have had. Very personable and professional. Does advise on necessary work and answers any questions you may have honestly. Also does not pressure you into things if you cannot afford it, which I find is a great touch. Works extremely well for my whole family, very good with my daughter which is great because it reduces the weariness that understandably comes with dentists for children. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came in as an emergency and requested a full check up once I was back from my travels. Unfortunately, I needed a lot of treatment which completely triggered my anxiety. Ivory Dental have been absolutely amazing! I definitely cried at my consultation haha but they never made me feel embarrassed or anxious. I opted for sedation which was the best decision ever. You are conscious whilst sedated but you do not remember the treatment at all. It's like being drunk with no hangover! The support is there from the dentist and qualified sedationist. Monica Duggal was incredible (Thank you!) The crown I had fitted was perfect and she gave lots of advice. The whole team are extremely friendly and I would highly recommend Ivory Dental.

Fantastic experience: I went to discuss replacing my very old composite veneers. They're over 8 years & have gotten discoloured and have started to crumble in parts. My current dentist is NHS & sponsored through my employer, they no longer provide non emergency (non NHS) private treatment, so won't replace my composites. I had to find a new private dentist to replace my composites. I looked online for local private dentists & checked reviews. Ivory dental wasn't the first one that came up but as I was looking through reviews it's was the one that stood out so I booked a consultation (cost of the consult reduced from any treatment) the dentist was really nice, she made me feel comfortable, went through all the options and costs. They offered to do my treatment on the ground floor (I have a disability and struggle on stairs) she explained all the options even bits I didn't realise were possible. Nothing more she could have done. I've made my decision to have porcelain veneers & have made my next appointment. I'm looking forward to getting my new porcelain veneers done.

My first consultation with Jack was so calming, then second Lungma this again was painless and very calming I am really happy and I still have treatment to have I am looking forward to the final look of my teeth.
