I have been a patient at Sunbury Dental Practice for over three years and have received treatment from several excellent dentists along with their dedicated assistants. All of them have provided services of a very high standard. However, Dr. Mohsin and Lisa have stood out as truly outstanding among them. Dr. Mohsin consistently takes the time to explain his treatment plans and procedures in great detail, often using sketches and written dental terms. During each procedure, he works with great proficiency and always informs me of the next step, which helps me stay calm and prepared throughout the treatment. Lisa is equally exceptional in her role. She is always attentive to the patient’s comfort—providing neck support during longer procedures, promptly removing excess water, gently wiping my face, and adjusting the protective sunglasses under the bright operating lights. I particularly appreciated her thoughtful gesture of supporting my neck when Dr. Mohsin was carefully flossing a tight gap between my teeth—her care made a significant difference to my comfort. In addition, I would like to thank Hygienist Wing, who also delivered outstanding care. She thoroughly assessed my gum pockets and teeth condition, provided a meticulous cleaning, and gave me heartfelt, practical advice on proper brushing techniques. Greg Winter puts you at ease as soon as he greets me. I am fully briefed with my treatment. I’m treated very well. I would highly recommend this Surgery. Today I saw their specialist for Root Canal work Dr Stefan Ciapryna. He had a great patient manner. Listened intently. Put me at ease. Explained fully in terms I understood. I felt confident in his diagnosis. Feel very blessed to have such good level of care. The staff at this surgery are caring, personal and informative. I feel in excellent hands.

Fantastic experience: Didn’t take too long

Negative experience: Went in a 6+ years ago, this practice still sends me letters, I won’t ever go back to you. You wouldn’t accept me as NHS, when I paid for my filling privately which wasn’t cheap for someone on benefits. It lasted about 3 months then came out, told I would have to pay again. Keep sending letters about how I’m at risk of heart disease, because I won’t spend another penny at this dentist.

Ziad’s attention to details has been exceptional and no question I’ve had on the journey has been unanswered. His professionalism was unwavering and with Georgia the dentist nurse who was above excellent made for a great journey to what I felt was a perfect smile for me. Totally recommend the team and the surgery.

Fantastic experience: I've only been going too this practice for a few months. I've found all the staff very friendly and pleasant. The receptionist are very nice especially the blonde young lady who sits on the left. She was very helpful on my first visit filling out the form for me which was difficult for me due to arthritis.

Fantastic experience: Anita is a brilliant hygenist. She is professional, friendly and did an amazing job on my teeth - they have never looked and felt so clean and smooth! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: NHS appointments booked with dentists at this practice are poorly conducted compared to private appointments which are anyway pretty average for the money. One can almost see a clear distinction and the reluctancy in doing a thorough investigation even given it was an emergency. Sad to see this place turning into a money making hub of doctors with no real motivation to help.

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Dr Lucy Dalton for my Invisalign treatment. I was nervous going for the initial consultation, but she quickly put me at ease with her friendly and relaxed demeanour, and made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. Everything was clearly explained throughout, and the treatment itself went really smoothly. I'm really glad I went for it, and so pleased with the results!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough how grateful I feel for everyone who helped me last week when I suffered a tooth infection while away in Gloucester and unable to visit the practice. In addition to providing a prescription for antibiotics they followed up with phone calls to check on my progress. The level of care went far beyond my expectations and was exceptional. Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to Dr Minoc Vo for saving my tooth. I had booked an emergency appointment to sort out a toothache. Dr Minoc Vo was excellent - she did a thorough exam and correctly diagnosed that a tooth had lost much of its enamel and had a hairline crack and thus was very sensitive when I bit down. She performed a non invasive and painless procedure which relieved the achiness. She gave helpful advice on how to better treat my teeth going forward. At some point in the future, I would have to have the tooth crowned and i would have no hesitation coming back to Sunbury Dental to do that. Thank you Dr Vo!

Fantastic experience: I had to book an emergency appointment after losing a gold tooth to a chewy sweet, and with a huge gaping hole in my tooth, i was very anxious. I called around a few dentists (as I hadn’t gone in a few years) and Sunbury Dental Practice immediately put me at ease. I booked an initial appointment, where Mo & Lisa talked me through the problem and the proposed solution, it made sense, but as someone with a long standing fear of the dentist, I was still pretty apprehensive. Over the next two appointments, Mo & Lisa continuously checked in with me and walked me through the process of what was happening, albeit slightly uncomfortable, it all went smoothy and was pain free. The end result, is a significantly better tooth than I had before (i couldnt tell you the details but they essentially built a new tooth from scratch) at a cost that seemed fair. I would definitely return and would definitely Reccommend to anyone out there, its by far the best experience ive had at any dentist. Thanks so much guys! Fantastic experience: Absolutely astounded by the level of care my son received by Stefan Ciapryna. My son (aged 11) had chipped his front teeth at school and was in so much pain. We saw Stefan who greeted my son with a huge warming smile and instantly set his nerves at ease. My son had nerve damage and underwent an emergency root canal and teeth rebuild, but with the shock and changing of the plans due to my sons tooth crumbling this did not unnerve (not pun intended) Stefans magical hands. He really had the pressure on him and was just incredible. Our appointment had over ran because of the extra problems Stefan had to face and we felt like someone who mattered and who he cared about not just another patient in the chair. My son said that Stefan is his favourite dentist and mine too thank you sunbury for all your amazing customer kind service. Really incredibly happy thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the practice for over 20 years now and have always been very satisfied with the calm atmosphere and treatment. Staff are polite and caring. I recently had onlays done, which was not a pleasant experience, but I admire Mosin Nathu’s skill and care in doing the job and making me feel as comfortable as was possible in the circumstances. I was glad on my recent visit to hygienist Wing Tang that she was prepared to do the work by hand - I really hate that machine!

However I have just had a very large filling and not even the injection hurt, Mo is an expert at what he does and so is Lisa and they both constantly check im ok. I managed to get in the morning before the practice broke for its annual break. I saw Dr. Ziad Ali. Wonderful dentist. I am not a good patient. But Ziad was fantastic. He rebuilt my tooth and put on a new crown in the morning. Wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I had to book an emergency visit to the clinic, and I was very pleased with the service already from the initial call - they found a time to see me within 24 hours as a new patient. The dentist and his assistant were very polite and accommodating, they addressed my issue professionally and pain-free and offered a couple of different treatment plans to consider. They sent me home with the medication to make sure I remained pain-free over the holidays. One of the most pleasant visits to the dentist, thank you, Dr Moshin Nathu and the team.
