Fantastic experience: Dr. Binta is an excellent dentist. She really listens to your concerns and has such a calming, reassuring demeanour. She’s never dismissive and is always proactive in her care. At my appointment today, I went in for one filling, but she also noticed another that needed attention, applied fluoride to protect another tooth, and identified one more that needed preventative treatment, all while explaining everything clearly and listening to me throughout. She’s kind, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Honestly, she’s worth the two-hour round trip. You’re lucky if you get to see her!

Fantastic experience: I avoided dentists for years after a deeply traumatic incident at a previous clinic, where I left with a slashed tongue and two chipped teeth. At 19, I was too shaken to take action; I just wanted to get home and recover. Looking back, had I been older, I would have sued - but at that age, all I cared about was retreating to the safety of my home. That experience put me off dentistry altogether. I skipped annual check-ups and maintenance, relying only on my own oral hygiene. Fast forward twenty years and unfortunately, one of the cracks from that incident eventually turned into a severe cavity that kept getting infected. After years of pain and discomfort, I finally decided I had no choice but to find a dentist. That’s when I discovered Broadway. From the start, the service was first-class. I was an anxious wreck walking in, but Amal at reception instantly calmed me with her warmth and professionalism. She not only welcomed me with genuine kindness but also had an impressive knowledge of the clinic’s services. And from every visit since, she’s displayed the same level of warmth and assistance. My first dentist there has since moved on, but since then, I’ve been treated by Dr. Sonal, who is nothing short of outstanding. Her expertise, clear explanations, and upbeat personality make every appointment easier to handle. She works quickly, with a lightheartedness that takes the edge off. Assisting her is the wonderful nurse, Lurata, whose warmth and attentiveness truly stand out. She goes out of her way to ease my anxiety and always makes me feel cared for. On one emergency occasion, I spoke with Reem over the phone. She went above and beyond to fit me in at short notice, and meeting her in person was an even bigger delight. What impresses me most is how consistently professional and compassionate the entire team is. It’s rare to find a clinic where every staff member maintains the same high standard across the board. Thanks to them, my severe dental anxiety has eased, and I’m finally willing to commit to regular check-ups as I know I’m in the best of hands. Negative experience: This dental clinic has caused me severe physical and emotional suffering and left me deeply depressed. I have not been able to sleep, for DAYS on end because of their mistakes that they probably will never admit to. They not only ruined my teeth but constantly manipulated me, making me feel unsafe, anxious, and guilty, blaming me for “not taking care of my teeth” when it is their job to guide and treat me properly. They lie about the treatments they perform, claiming to fix or improve things they never actually addressed, and their care is careless, dishonest, and dangerously inadequate. Every visit intensified my pain, anxiety, and humiliation, making me feel hopeless and mentally exhausted. Even when my health was at serious risk, they showed little concern, leaving me vulnerable and terrified. This is not dentistry. It is manipulation, emotional abuse, and professional negligence. They prioritize profit over patient safety and wellbeing, leaving patients suffering physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. No one should ever have to endure this. I am dying from pain and a lack of sleep everyday because of their mistakes.

Negative experience: They have absolutely destroyed my teeth and my trust. This place is a disgrace to dentistry and should be shut down immediately. They bully patients into leaving fake positive reviews while silencing and deleting any truthful ones. I’m sure they will try to erase this too. My entire mouth has been ruined because of them, and the years of constant pain they have caused me is beyond repair. They do not care about patients, only about squeezing every bit of money out of you. Every visit, they aggressively pressure you into the most expensive options, shamelessly lying and manipulating you into believing it is “better.” Each time, the results are worse: more pain, more damage, and more despair. They create problems just so you will crawl back to them again, only to suffer further. What they do is not healthcare, it is cruelty dressed up as dentistry. They rob you of your health, your comfort, your money, and your peace of mind. It is exploitation, plain and simple. Shame on them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and Luratta are amazing I have been coming here for well over a decade with regular visits, check ups and surgeries. They have been with me guiding my dental health throughout my memorable life. The admin team here is second to none and willing to do everything they can to work with me setting appointments and slotting emergencies promptly in as they arise. I have nothing but gratitude for the team here and implore anyone who needs stellar dental treatment to come.

Negative experience: First appointment and when asking for my full name to be used as opposed to shortened challenged by the dental assistant as if my request required explantion. Then the entire appointment with Dentist Binita I found her responces to my questions Short, condescending and dismissive. No aftercare instructions provided following treatment, just bluntly told that she's done and I could go to reception to arrange my next appointment. Only given one star as the reception team on booking, before and after my appointment were professional, polite and kind so feel that shouldnt go without being mentioned!

Fantastic experience: While searching for a dental practice, I came across all the wonderful reviews left for Broadway Dental, it was honestly so lovely to read the great experiences of so many patients. This made me very determined to try and get my mother an appointment when her wisdom tooth became painful. From my first interaction with this practice nothing was too much trouble. Despite being fully booked they called me everyday to see how my mum was getting on until they had a cancellation and could offer her an appointment. My mother is sadly very fearful of dentists, but Dr Binita was so patient and gentle with her. Dr Binita with the assistance of Farouq removed the tooth without any pain or problem. They honestly had the most outspoken critict in my mother, but won her over with their skill and kindness. From the reception staff that go above and beyond with their customer service, to the dental nurses and dentists who take such genuine care of their patients.
