Fantastic experience: My dentist Nadia is excellent, along with her team. Practice over all is very efficient and caring. Having a large back tooth out was no worse than having a flu jab. I like the fact that Nadia and her team know me and genuinely seem to care.

Fantastic experience: I came to PMA with periostitis. I was sore, swollen, stressed, and terrified. I was admitted immediately. Dr. Shilpa, after consulting with another very kind doctor, performed the necessary procedure and prescribed two strong medications. Within a week, there was no trace of the infection. Dr. Shilpa and Ms. Hanna took care of me with patience and great kindness. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind, friendly, and patient with me. I'm glad I found such a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just moved my children to PMA as was so appalled by the previous dentist we were with. My kids were so traumatised I was worried they wouldn’t let anyone near their teeth again but the dentist Shilpa and nurse Michelle were amazing. Laughing and joking with the kids and making them totally relaxed, explaining everything to my 7 year old and not forcing anything he didn’t want. This was also the first time my 4 and 2 year old have ever let a dentist look in their mouths so I’m really happy and relieved to have found PMA.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted by Shilpa. It took longer for the anesthetic to work than to take the tooth out. Amazing work and very professional lady.

Negative experience: They are brutally rude the receptionist, I didn’t appreciate the way she hanged up on me , and honestly I was not even one single rude to her, they blocked me because I didn’t attend an appointment I was unaware off , I don’t miss my appointment anywhere and I am surprised to say they don’t want me as a customer because I didn’t attend my appointment I was unaware off . They didn’t let me know how their system work either , they just love collecting payment , not the best place to recommend at all

Fantastic experience: Another outstanding trip to the dentist :-). I've been with PMA Dental since 2017. Service and care from my previous dentist Fran was always excellent and, whilst it's sad that he's now moved on, my new dentist Sharan is also excellent. Earlier in the year I needed a filling replaced, which was done expertly, quickly and with the greatest of care. Then, just before Easter, I managed to fracture one of my premolars. Whilst I was fortunate not to be in any pain, the receptionist Alicia was nevertheless able to fit me in with Sharan very quickly. Less than a week later I have just returned with a superb repair to the tooth, once again completed with care and kindness. Thank you to everyone at PMA Dental as always :-)

Fantastic experience: I've been with the practice for probably 10 years and they're always very kind and considerate. Dr Brown is by far the best dentist I've ever had and she handles my wife who has an absolute fear being in the chair extremely patiently, along side Alice who is a fab nurse. I can't recommend this duo enough!

Positive experience: I have been very pleased with the courteous, professional and friendly treatment by dentist Nadie, who has been treating me for years. The receptionists are usually very helpful on the phone and in person.The only reason I've not given 5 stars is the long wait sometimes for an appointment ...... but it is worth it for a dentist I trust.

Negative experience: 3 Appointments tooth hurts more now than before my first appointment I would give a zero if it was possible also charged me 3 times for the same tooth treatment.

Negative experience: The rudeness towards patients is another level. At first I thought it was just me but then I've sat in the waiting room and heard them on the phone to other people and now looking at other reviews reporting the same - This shouldn't be the standard. I have also seen a big turnaround in dentists whilst being here, makes me wonder what's going on BTS. The second I'm accepted to another practice I'll be moving but unfortunately there are waiting lists everywhere so doesn't look likely.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this practice since a child, but will never return. Total apathy towards patient care now and have had a revolving door of dentists. It’s absolutely pointless waiting an inordinate amount of time for an appointment, only to be hurried away and left untreated after my last visit. Avoid.

Negative experience: Called in to see if taking anyone on completely rude and unhelpful .

Negative experience: Receptionists extremely RUDE!!!!!! Never known receptionists this rude in my life, how do they still have jobs? They don't even give eye contact let alone speak to you when you're paying. Shocking.

Fantastic experience: Have been with PMA for many years, they’re excellent!!

Negative experience: Made a painful time more difficult by ignoring phone call and email requests to forward on xray results so my partner could have emergency work done elsewhere. Hung up on him a number of times when he called them to make a simple request. Completely unnecessarily and a terrible service. Avoid.

Negative experience: On hold for 20 minutes. Couldn’t get through. £17 phone bill for the privilege.

Fantastic experience: My whole experience with PMA, Nicola and Mel has been five star. I went to PMA to straighten my teeth with Invisalign aligners and Nicola, Mel and the team have been brilliant throughout. Nicola initially talked me through my options and I immediately felt comfortable that I could trust her to decide the right option for me. She’s been friendly, flexible and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. My teeth look and feel great. My only regret is that I didn’t visit PMA to get Invisalign years ago!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I've been really pleased with the level of care I've received. I was seen by Dr Nicola Brown and I thought that she and her assistant both took pains to ensure I was comfortable and that the work I had done would have a good outcome. I had a broken tooth repaired and two suspect fillings replaced and with any luck I will avoid - or will at least postpone! - the need for a root canal.

Fantastic experience: While no one would consider a trip to the dentist a pleasurable experience PMA have been my best dentist to date. In my 60s so seen a few and now have the best Dentist with very good Nurses. Exceptional level of care - clear explanation, advice and dental care. Very efficient Reception. Environment may not look modern and high tech but the service in top notch and that is more important to me!

Fantastic experience: I have a brilliant dentist, Nicola Brown is the gentlest dentist, she has never hurt me. I’ve had root canal treatment with her and to be able to say that she’s never hurt me, is a huge deal to me.

Fantastic experience: I saw a new dentist today and have to say he was the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. Very pleasant and well mannered. The reception staff as always were very polite and professional, on time and very clean. I’ve been coming here since I was a child.

Fantastic experience: This is a safe, professional practice. We trust the dentist and her team, and have recommended PMA to others. It is more expensive than NHS treatments but we are willing to pay as we feel full confidence in the practice.

Fantastic experience: Nicola Brown is our family dentist and she is fantastic! She is honest about the treatment you need or maybe don’t need and very trustworthy. Which means every visit you have you can be confident in the treatment you receive is what you need.

Negative experience: I think yr staff need retraining she hasn't polite and was rude

Negative experience: Girlfriend has had Invisalign Go from here, it was the worst decision ever. She has had issues with the trays being the incorrect size due to the first molds being poorly done. Trays constantly delayed, when the initial fixed retainer was attatched it was very poorly done, resulting in it needing to be removed and a new wire was require (which she was charged for, despite the replacement being required due to the dentists poor work). The final retainers had been crudely cut so that they could be worn with the fixed retainer resulting in, you guessed it, them not fitting correctly anymore. Over £3000 spent and, yes, her teeth are straighter (despite taking longer than the estimation of using standard invisalign which costs less!) but honestly it would've been far easier, quicker, less stressful and cheaper to have traditional braces from a different Orthodontist. I never had any issues with my orthodontist throughout my nearly 2 years of treatment. New molds for my retainers were made when i had my fixed retainer fitted (which i still have!). I generally don't like to leave negative reviews if i can help it but she's put up with so many issues that i can no longer bite my tongue. The final straw was when her fixed retainer broke away whilst eating our dinner. I've had my fixed retainer in for well over 2 years now and have had no issues. Shes had hers in for, almost, one month... For dental check ups etc I'm sure this place is fine (I actually used to go here as a child with no issues) but, based on my partner's experience here, i can't recommend this place for Invisalign.

Positive experience: It a nice Dental care. The Lady I have makes you fill as easy if you do not like going to the dentist. The only problem is there is stairs. So if you can not use stairs then this place will be a big problem as only got waiting. rooms downstairs.

Fantastic experience: The practice has a very welcoming atmosphere. From the reception saff through to my dentist and her assistant I've never felt uncomfortable, and as someone who is a nervous dental patient that positive atmosphere is a big part of the reason while I'm happy with PMA and why I would recommend them.

Negative experience: Just phoned this practice as their website said they're accepting new patients. Waited 10 mins after pressing for new patients option despite being told I was number 1 in queue before phoning again and selecting reception. After waiting again for 5 minutes and querying the 10 minute wait I was told that after 4pm there is only 1 person answering the phone so usually the phone is left to ring as patients are priority. So why does the recording tell you to wait? Not only that but I was then told they're not taking new patients! When I pointed out their website says they are, I was told the practice manager said it will take too much time to change it. But it's ok to waste 20 mins of my time and others! Glad I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience here. My dentist, Nicola was very friendly and made me feel at ease. All procedures I had done were made as comfortable as possible and all staff were smiley and approachable. I will definitely be returning soon!

Fantastic experience: Always had a huge fear of dentists and after breaking a tooth I knew I’d have to go to one to get it fixed! Managed to register as a new patient and get it fixed. The dentist was so lovely and kind, very gentle and didn’t rush anything, told me each step of the way what she was going to do. I can’t believe how relaxed and happy I came out! Ladies on reception also lovely!

Fantastic experience: The 1st time I cane here was for emergency treatment to which it was found they had to extract a tooth. This ended up not being a standard extraction and the dentist spent well over 1 hour trying to remove it, she had to seek assistance from the lead dentist as well as it just did not want to budge. Normally my anxiety levels would be through the roof however this dentist was so caring and unrushed and tried her very best to cause me as little discomfort as possible that I was fine, I'd never had a dental experience like that before and yet despite that dentist leaving and me seeing a number of different dentists there, pretty much every appointment since has been the same

Negative experience: Would leave no stars if I could. Rude staff didn’t even feel like the dentist knew what she was going on about walked out without paying only wanted a filling! Dentist I had before that had bad hygiene and smelt of bad body odour and kept arguing with the helper felt really awkward.
