Fantastic experience: Brilliant team! My dentist was so good when it was feared I might lose a tooth after a fall. She was professional and pragmatic but also very caring. To this day my hygienist takes particular care around that tooth. They are both excellent practitioners

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient with a fair few dental problems, I can’t recommend this place enough. I always feel at ease and well cared for when I visit. The dentist (Nikita) is amazing, always pays lot of attention to my teeth and anything that may be happening with them. Recently just had 4 filling replacements (from a previous dentist many years ago) and a new filling all in my front teeth. They look absolutely amazing, the dentist did an amazing job and took her time in not only making sure they blended in but that my smile looks beautiful. Again as someone nervous of treatments I always find them pleasantly surprising here, and much better than other experiences. I feel much more confident in managing my teeth knowing I’m a patient here. Thanks Nikita!

Positive experience: For anyone who respects their time and schedule, please note that this practice can change the time of your appointment 24 hours prior an appointment despite confirming it 48 hours before. Email screenshot clearly shows the reminder sent to me on 30 July confirming the appointment date and time (1 Aug 14:30). Upon turning up, the receptionist explained to me that this automated email confirmation is of no value and is subject to final confirmation on the phone the day prior. A call which I unfortunately missed. They claim a voicemail was left however I did not receive it. When we saw the dentist in May (Elizabeth Houghton), we thought she was good. So if you don't mind last minute changes and are relaxed about this approach to scheduling, it is probably still worth visiting this place as an NHS patient.
Dear Jacqueline. I have looked into this for you. Unfortunately on day in question the dentist you were meant to be seeing had to attend a doctors appointment. We were only notified of this at late notice and had to call all the patients that afternoon to move the appointments. Unfortunately you did not receive the voicemail ( I have checked our system and a 45 second call was logged). Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused - I have advised the reception going forward that on these rare occasions that appointments do need to be moved - to follow up with text/email to avoid this happening again.

Fantastic experience: This week I had to be referred to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was booked with Elizabeth Roughton. I don’t always leave reviews but Elizabeth was so lovely and i will always ask for my appts to be booked with her. She answered thousands of questions I asked … with a smile! lol which i really appreciated.
