Negative experience: To write this makes make me angry and sad at the same time-I was referred to this clinic by my dentist because one of my back teeth had a root resorption so I paid £599 to get it treated by endodontist , after he done the treatment I was surprised why he haven’t removed all my old filling, but not thinking a lot about that just went home and then in couple of hours the pain came it was awful , the pain didn’t go away so in about 2days went back he give me antibiotics, it didn’t help the pain was just getting worse went back he gave me different kind of antibiotics lost about 5kg of my weight due to pain and being unable to eat. The second antibiotics seemed to help after about 3month went back for follow up and he said it’s looks alright,then in few months went to my regular dentist with he done X-ray on the treated tooth and saw massive infection referred me back to the endodontist to retreat the tooth. Went back he does the x-ray and this time cleans out all of my old filling where he only then sees it that it was cracked from inside and then he’s telling me sorry can’t help you the tooth have to be removed as it has massive infection and it has cracks from inside , it’s been absolutely crazy for me as I didn’t have infection when I started my treatment with him, if only he had clean out all the old filling in the first appointment probably the outcome would be very different and I wouldn’t need to lose the tooth.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pure Dental by my NHS dentist for a specialist root canal treatment (rear molar) which required the expertise of an endodontist. The work was done on a private basis by Dr Hendrikse and the experience could not have been better. He was kind, gentle and explained everything during the procedure. If you need this kind of work doing I can recommend Dr Hendrikse, he is very experienced and thorough. The practice itself is modern, clean, spacious and has good parking. Dr Hendrikse is the best dentist I have ever used.

Negative experience: I've been a patient with this dental practice for almost 50 years,from Dobbs up until now. But now they've decided to discard me and my wife, as they no longer want NHS patients. What a disgraceful way to run a dental practice.

Negative experience: Nice dentists but really poor on timing of appointments, it's hard to find appointments anyway as they're very busy. But what's mainly disappointing is almost every time I've come in I've been waiting a while before getting seen, often between 30 mins to 1 hour late and have never received an apology. So if you need to take time out of work be mindful of that. Other than that they do a good job.

Both my son and I never feel anxious about coming, and my son who is 8, always says what a lovely man Mr Smith is, he always makes him feel important. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist since I was a young child to see my regular dentist. I now bring my own 2 children and cannot fault Mr Smith. He has always looked after us, he is very informative and explains in detail if we have any problems. We even travel from Cleethorpes and would not go anywhere else! Thank you
